AbstractCopyright is designed to not interfere with society's general and overriding interest of effective competition. An effective market competition benefits consumers by lowering prices, raising the quality and expands the range of goods and services.The purpose of the paper is to investigate if the collecting societies licensing violates competition laws. On the basis of the investigation regarding the bill for a new Swedish copyright law (URL), mainly the new wording that regulates the license agreement, corresponds to the EU competition rules and customs within the area.The collecting societies licensing violates the competition laws in the following cases? Discrimination of members because of nationality?           Authors transferring their sole rights to global exploitation?           The collecting society have the right to manage the rights after the author have left as a member?           Users that are established abroad do not get access to the repertoire of  the collecting societies, the same goes for concerted practice if this is the purpose or result?           Parallel behaviours that cannot be explained objectively?           Dividing the market?           Fixed Prices?           Refusal to sign multi-territorial licenses?           Apply different conditions for equivalent transactions resulting in competition disadvantages for a company that cannot be justified by reasonable causesCurrently there are no indications that the new bill to a new URL violates EU law. Syftet med uppsatsen var att kartlägga vilka faktorer som konsumenter prioriterar när de väljer hotell.De respondenter som besvarade enkätundersökningen var författarnas vänner på community-sajten Facebook. Detta gjorde att urvalet blev snedvridet och den största ålderskategorin var 20-29 år. Intangible feelings of sorrow and grief, caused by events like separation, death, loss and trauma, all leave some kind of traces in us and they play an important role in our development. The individualistic society here in Sweden has shaped us to keep our feelings inside and at bay; since our childhood we have learnt that showing emotions like tears, sorrow and sadness are signs of weakness and can make others and yourself feel uncomfortable. With the starting point from my own experience and understanding of how we can deal and handle grief, I take a closer look on how jewelry, objects and rituals can be of importance in a grieving process and our lack of visual outer display of grief in today?s society. Through Sara Ahmeds theory I found a new possible way of understanding emotions and how they shape us.

This paper constitutes graduate work at the landscape architecture program at the Department of Urban and Rural Development at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala. The main purpose of this paper is to create a project from an idea to reality. The place for the project is the environment of Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi in the north of Sweden. Icehotel is a unique hotel concept and each winter a hotel, a church and a bar is built at the area of only ice and snow, and each spring it all melts down and returns to the Torne river. During the project a plan for the environment, in ice and snow, will be made and then a part of it will be built in January 2010. The purpose is to improve the outdoor environment with landscape architecture to enhance the experience of Icehotel and create an exciting entrance to the area.

The project has been implemented in collaboration with Carl-Johan Lundberg on Deltagruppen Ltd in Jönköping. Problem introduction comes from Carl-Johan's own experience from the hotel sector. The problem that all hotels has is that they sell two products, i e. simple - and double rooms. Persons that travel in companies do not desire always to share bed.Focus in the work is to develop a product that holds together two simple beds and forms double bed, concurrent that it goes that converters to two simple bed without needing to disassemble the product and be done invisible.

I merparten av litteraturen för vårt valda ämne diskuteras yttre belöningar i form av ekonomisk ersättning ingående medan inre belöningar i form av till exempel erkännande och ökat ansvar bara benämns i förbifarten när det gäller motivation av de anställda. Den uppsats vi tagit del av som behandlar belöningssystem och motivationen menar att detta bör ändras då de i sin rapport fick fram att anställda värderar inre belöningar högre än yttre och ger det som förslag till vidare forskning. Vi kommer i den här uppsatsen att ytterligare undersöka detta fenomen och se ifall vi kan finna några ytterligare eller nya samband som kan vara bidrag till framtida forskning. Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att undersöka personalens syn på belöningssystem samt motivation. Vidare vill vi undersöka vilka delar i belöningssystemet, det vill säga de yttre respektive inre belöningar samt individuella respektive kollektiva belöningar som har störst betydelse för personalens motivation.

Vad gör att eleverna känner sig anställningsbara efter Hotell & restaurangprogrammet, och vad tycker eleven är viktigast för att vara anställningsbar? Undersökningen har gjorts med hjälp av intervjuer med elever i årskurs tre på gymnasiets Hotell & Restaurangprogram. Respondenterna kommer från tre olika gymnasieskolor i sydöstra Sverige och är intervjuade några veckor innan de slutar sin utbildning. Eleverna anser att det viktigaste för anställningsbarheten är att vara trevlig, social, flexibel och anpassningsbar. På frågan om vad det är som gör att eleverna känner sig anställningsbara efter tre år på Hotell & Restaurangprogrammet anser de flesta att deras stora styrka är att de är trevliga och sociala..

The main target is to find some understanding of the struggles of this population and smartphones have made it easier to adapt to the hearing worlds? demands with the applications that follow. To acquire the information for this essay, representatives from both the deaf and hearing impaired communities were interviewed.
