The aim of this study was to describe and to analyze needs and social efforts concerning unaccompanied/separated asylum-seeking children. The responsibility for the reception of this target group was transferred on July 1, 2006 from the Swedish Migration Board to the municipalities that sign an agreement with the Swedish Migration Board. Eight qualitative interviews were carried out with representatives for transit-residents and assigned municipalities in Skåne. Our main questions were: How has the reception of unaccompanied/separated asylum-seeking children been planned, how do the municipalities and the transit-residents consider their needs and what is the level of qualifications and competence within the municipalities in order to work with unaccompanied/separated asylum-seeking children on the basis of social efforts? We chose to clarify our findings on the basis of the attachment theory, which is applicable during the critical emancipation phase that the vast majority of the unaccompanied/separated asylum-seeking children find themselves in.

Bakgrund: För att uppnå kundtillfredsställelse behöver företag vara serviceinriktade och erbjuda kundanpassade tjänster. Därmed är medarbetares beteende och kompetens av stor vikt för företags lönsamhet. För att få medarbetare att utföra önskvärda prestationer måste ledningen hos dem skapa engagemang och delaktighet. Ett tillvägagångssätt är att delegera ansvar och överlåta befogenheter till dem. Ett koncept som bygger på detta är empowerment.

This study focuses on the Nordic model of Extended Collective Licenses (ECL) and how this model can be used in the process of digitalising and publishing archival material such as photos, letters, maps or films. The question that this study aims to deal with is what advantages, and disadvantages, there are for archives and copyright holders when an ECL is being used. To help answering this question the ?theory of the knowledge commons? has been applied. The research question has been answered through a text analysis based on legal texts including Swedish law.

This paper deals with a taphonomic study of contexts with osteological material of dog (C. familiaris L.) from the Mesolithic and Neolithic of Sweden and Zealand, Denmark. The general aim is to develop and test a method to try to understand the activity behind and define specific archaeological structures. My questions also regards to wether a taphonomic analysis of the material could be used to identify treatments as wrapping and contraction of the dogs, but also dismembering and other preparations of the body. The study focuses on the relation between the space of decomposition, disarti-culation of the joints, evidence of wall effect, cutmarks, weathering and signs of postdepositional arrangements.The analysis is based on contexts from the materials Hornborgasjön, Vedbæk, Skateholm I and II, Sjöholmen, Ertebølle, Bökeberg, Bredasten, Löddesborg, Bergsvägen and Röekillorna, dating from early Maglemose culture to Neolithic Battle axe culture.The analysis shows that a closer study of taphonomic processes can be used to identify different structures as graves, offerings, religious and non religious contexts or parts of animals, probably put into the ground as waste.

In May 2010 the plans for Malmö?s new Concert Hall, Conference Centre and Hotel were announced publically. The purpose of this thesis was to present strategy for communication in order to gain approval for the new concert and conference center from the inhabitants inMalmö and to incorporate the use of it in their everyday life.Material from the receiver?s as well as the sender?s perspective has been collected from qualitative interviews. Through group interviews we have investigated the general consensus of the inhabitants of Malmö regarding the investment, placing, offered events, expectations as well as how they collected information.

The mountainous Central Asian and former Soviet country Tajikistan is the least advantaged country economically among the former Soviet Union states. Approximately 6.5 % of the land is arable in a country where roughly 80 % of the households typically own small numbers of sheep and goats. Management practices and animal husbandry in the villages such as uncontrolled breeding, mixing of animals on pastures favor transmission of infectious diseases. Problemställning: En verksamhetsstyrning med fokus på de ickefinasiella styrmedel börjar framhävas som allt viktigare faktorer för ett företags långsiktiga framgång. Vårt främsta mål är att belysa de mest särskiljande drag och problem med verksamhetsstyrningen på ett hotellföretag. Detta gör vi då det finns mycket skrivet om styrmedel i allmänhet och, utifrån vårt intresse för branschen, har vi därefter valt att utföra undersökningen på ett hotell.Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva och analysera särdrag och särskiljande problem med verksamhetsstyrningen inom ett hotell.Metod: För att uppfylla vårt syfte har vi utgått från litteratur som handlar om verksamhetsstyrning. Särskilt stor vikt, med tanke på syftet, har lagts på litteratur som behandlar servicebranschen. Därefter har vi utfört kvalitativa undersökningar i form av intervjuer med de anställda på Quality Hotel Konserthuset.

SAMMANFATTNINGSjuksköterskan tillämpar omvårdnadsprocessen genom att observera, värdera, prioritera, dokumentera och vid behov åtgärda och hantera förändringar i allmäntillståndet, samt motverka komplikationer i samband med sjukdom, vård och behandling. Andningsfrekvens (AF) är den vitalparameter som först förändras och signalerar en förändring i allmäntillståndet. Vid de flesta hjärtstopp på sjukhus finns tecken till försämring hos patienten redan några timmar eller upp till ett dygn före. Syftet var att undersöka sjuksköterskans inställning och följsamhet till att mäta och bedöma AF hos akuta sjuka patienter, för att tidigt upptäcka en försämring i patientens hälsotillstånd. Genom en litteraturstudie framkom fyra teman. Rutiners betydelse, sjuksköterskans inställning till AF och varför den inte mättes, värdet av förändringsarbete samt möjliga arbetssätt för att undvika vårdskador.

After the last European Union expansion the east European countries became members of the European Union. This meant that they would become apart of the Schengen agreement and that they would be able to travel, live and work anywhere in Europe. This came as a shock tothe Scandinavian trade unions that were worried that work migration would escalate, and that it would lead to social dumping, which would make the working conditions worse for the native workers. .The Swedish labour market is build up by the principal of negotiations. The evolution of the labour laws comes from the rules and regulations of collective agreements.The Lex Britannia principal was made to regulate the working conditions for guest workers in Sweden, by making it possible for trade unions to take industrial action against foreign companies to make them sign a Swedish collective agreement.Even though Swedish labour law includes an obligation to maintain industrial peace it is not valid for foreign companies.

SammanfattningSyfte och frågeställningar: Syfte var att a) undersöka interbedömarreliabiliteten av testerna Neer sign (NS), Hawkins-Kennedy test (HKT) och Jobe test (JT), samt b) undersöka sambandet mellan resultatet vid NS, HKT och JT med resultatet vid muskuloskeletal ultraljudsundersökning hos patienter med subacromial smärta. Frågeställningarna var följande: Hur är interbedömarreliabiliteten för NS, HKT och JT? Vilken sensitivitet och specificitet har NS, HKT och JT som enskilda test respektive tillsammans i ett testbatteri för att diagnosticera subacromial smärta med muskuloskeletalt ultraljud som referensmetod? Hur väl samvarierar ett positivt impingementtest med ett onormalt lågt avstånd mellan humerus och acromion? Finns det någon skillnad av det acromiohumerala utrymmet (AHD) mellan personer med eller utan impingement i skuldran? Metod: 18 forskningspersoner (fp) med skulderbesvär (medelålder 54 år, besvärsduration median 2,25 mån) rekryterades konsekutivt.  Under samma dag undersöktes fp av två sjukgymnaster med testerna NS, HKT och JT. Ultraljudsundersökning utfördes inom åtta dagar och användes som referensmetod vid uträkning av sensitivitet och specificitet för de kliniska testerna.

Döva personer i Sverige och världen lever nästan uteslutande i ett hörande majoritetssamhälle och har således på ett eller annat sätt en fortlöpande kontakt med hörande människor i såväl privat- som arbetsliv. De flesta döva i arbetslivet arbetar som enda eller som en av få döva på en hörande arbetsplats och ofta anlitas tolk för möten mellan hörande och döva kollegor. Föreliggande uppsats är en etnografisk studie av tolksituationen på en arbetsplats där en döv samt ett tjugotal hörande kollegor arbetar tillsammans. Med hjälp av fältanteckningar, intervjuer och videofilmning har en bild av tolksituationen genererats. I resultaten visas tecken på att den döva deltagaren till stor del lider av informationsbrist på olika plan.

Soils in a metal contaminated site on Stångberget in Gusum in southeastSweden were investigated and compared to relatively unaffected soils a fewkilometres away. Pollution came from historical release of untreated flue gasesfrom a brass mill. The objective was to find information on how high the metalconcentrations are, if metals from the polluted soil affect the surroundings andif the metal contamination affects the microbial community. The soil wasinvestigated using several different methods, such as field XRF measurements,chemical analysis of metal, carbon and nitrogen content, pH, acid neutralizingcapacity, texture, soil depth, field leach tests, sequential extraction and microbialfunctional profiles. The study showed that copper and zinc concentrationswere above Swedish Environmental Protection Agency guidelines for lesssensitive land use on the entire investigated area.

Event is something that an increasing number of Swedish cities are investing in since it contributes to higher attractiveness of cities and generate economic revenues. New arenas are built around Sweden to meet the increasing demands to host such events. Event projects are carried out in Sweden and it is important that the planning phase is carried out thoroughly to get a successful project. This thesis aims to look more closely at selected organizations and how they plan their projects and whether it is possible to follow project plans in the event projects. Karlstad has many events that recur annually, including the Swedish Rally.

Upplevelseplan för Öckerö Resort lyder underrubriken på denna uppsats. Öckerö Resort är ett kommande resort nära Göteborg som förhoppningsvis inom kort ska öppna portarna för gästerna. Tanken bakom namnet upplevelseplan ligger i fokuset på upplevelser, därav upplevelseplan och inte marknadsplan eller affärsplan. Tre huvudteman kommer vara fundamentet i denna uppsats, som också kommer att genomsyra alla olika delar i uppsatsen.
