Hälsingelivs är en idéel organisation som hjälper lokala producenter i hälsingland att fortbilda sig inom områden, som berör deras verksamhet och erbjuder tjänster för att utveckla nya produkter.De har idag en egen hemsida som behandlar nyheter inom organisationen och intressanta artiklar för producenter i området.Vår uppgift är att skapa en digital plattform för Hälsingelivs, att använda i sin utbildning, som erbjuder såväl kontakt mellan producenterna. Samt möjlighet till att hitta och ta in digitalt lagrade media i form av filmer och text.Rapporten går igenom tankeprocessen, planeringen och utförandet samt teoretiska och praktiska lösningar att arbeta i HTML, PHP programmering, SQL, CSS samt JavaScript för att skapa en digital mötesplats som innehåller forum, användarfunktioner, uppladdning av media, profildesign, sökfunktioner mm. Den ger även en överblick i att jobba med Google API för sökfunktion samt phpbb3-anpassning av en redan fungerande login/registreringsfunktion på den egna sidan. Rapporten går även igenom teoretiska problem gällande anpassningen till öppen källkod och implementering av externa system..

Syftet med vårt examensarbete var att belysa olika faktorers påverkan på barns talspråksutveckling i förskolan. I vår studie använde vi oss av en kvalitativ metod i form av pedagogintervjuer och barnobservationer. Vi observerade barnen under vår aktivitetsserie, där rymdvarelsen Twixa var en central gestalt. Genom analyserna av vår aktivitetsserie kunde vi reflektera över pedagogers tillåtelse till barns erövrande av talutrymme. Vardagssituationerna (exempelvis måltider, påklädning) ansåg pedagogerna vara den viktigaste faktorn för barns talspråksutveckling, då de skapar enskilda dialoger mellan pedagog och barn.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka familjers erfarenheter av att ha deltagit i ett samverkansprojekt med nätverksmöten. Studien omfattar semistrukturerade intervjuer med tre familjer. Texterna tolkades med hjälp av kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Fyra kategorier framkom utifrån familjernas svar nämligen, samordning/samarbete, förväntningar, delaktighet och frustration.Samtliga intervjuade familjer hade en livssituation som innebar att de var tvungna att ha kontakt med olika verksamheter för att få stöd att lösa ett problem. Att verksamheterna samordnades i nätverksmöte sågs som en lättnad av familjerna.

Syftet med kandidatarbetet är att skapa musik till en folkgrupp som saknar en etablerad musikkultur. För att göra detta valdes folkgrupper ut ur den fiktiva spelvärlden Drakar och Demoner: Trudvang. Fornnordisk kultur var en inspiration till Trudvang och detta studerades för att påvisa likheter till folkgrupperna i Trudvang. Parallellerna mellan de olika kulturerna blev uppsatsens förundersökning. Uppsatsens förundersökning resulterade i att det finns en efterfråga på musik i spelet varpå två folkgrupper från Trudvang valdes ut för gestaltning med musik, alferna och virannerna. Baserat på instrument som samerna och anglosaxarna kunde tänkas använda producerade vi musik till den andra delen av forskningen. Musiken undersöktes genom att dela ut en enkät till erfarna spelare på spelets forum för att bestämma huruvida gestaltningen av alferna och virannerna var lyckad. Resultaten visade att det lämpar sig att gestalta dessa folkgrupper med den producerade musiken och som ett resultat ge dem en musikkultur..

This master thesis is based on a general issue of quality in social services. I have chosen to illustrate through an empirical case, namely the position social responsibility coordinator and shortened SAS.This position is fairly new to the Swedish social services and has the overall mandate to monitor, develop and ensure quality.To study this, I have developed two analytic schemes. One is based on the concept of quality value components, the second is based on the concept of quality character components. These analytical schemes are used as the presented material. When I study mycase, I have used two methods, documents and questionnaires.In this study I will try to describe how new solutions to improve the quality of social services can conform and develop.

Konflikter uppstår dagligen i en skolmiljö och ger upphov till känslor, reaktioner och missförstånd. Pedagoger behöver varierande arbetssätt för att arbeta kring konflikter. Skolans styrdokument (Lpo 94) samt den nya lagen om förbud mot kränkande behandling menar att skolan har som skyldighet att arbeta förebyggande mot konflikter. Uppsatsens övergripande syfte är att utveckla ett arbetssätt för konstruktiv konflikthantering för pedagoger i skolan. Bilden som kommunikationsredskap ligger i fokus för arbetet med känslor tillsammans med eleverna.

The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine public library and information technology IT discourses to see which relationships are established between them in four library journals. This is done in two steps, where first discourses are defined followed by an analysis of the relationships established between the public library and IT in each discourse. The questions from which the analysis emanates are as follows: What discourses exist around the public library and IT in the library journals? What conceptions of the tasks of the public library are constructed in the discourses? What conceptions of the tasks of IT are constructed in the discourses? What conceptions of the relationships between the public library and IT are constructed in the discourses? The theoretical and methodological starting-points are found in Ernesto Laclaus and Chantal Mouffes discourse theory. 37 articles from four library journals Biblioteksbladet, Bibliotek i Samhälle, DIK-forum and Ikoner - are analysed through a model in five phases.

The function of traditional leaders in the modern states of Africa has been under debate for decades. The dominant research discourse suggests that these institutions should be integrated into the state in order to minimize the amount of parallel political spheres, since the latters are considered to affect state legitimacy negatively. But are the states in a situation where they need to compete with the traditional institutions in order to gain more legitimacy? If so, is the struggle for legitimacy a zero-sum game where there can only be one winner? Or is it possible for these institutions to co-exist or even benefit from each other? The aim of this bachelor?s thesis is to research if, and to what extent, African citizens? confidence in traditional institutions has an effect on state legitimacy. This has been done by statistically analyzing the data from the latest completed round of the Afrobarometer survey, a study that has been conducted in 20 different countries across West- and Northeast Africa.

The aim of this study was to explore how social workers interpret the part of the Swedish social services act that regulates each municipality?s responsibility of the people staying in it. The study?s general methodological approach connects to sociology of law. The research questions were: (1) What factors are considered important by the social workers in assessments of responsible municipality? (2) Are there variations in the assessments of responsible municipality and in that case; how can the variations be explained? (3) What discretion do the social workers consider that they have in assessments of responsible municipality? Previous studies have found considerable differences in professional social work assessments in Sweden.

The change in the information society has affected the development of the labour market for information specialists and informants as well as their roles. Companies are now aware of the fact that information specialists have a variety of important skills and competence that is important for them. The goal of this thesis is to see what defines an information specialist and an informant and also to find out their situation on the labour market. The similarities and differences between the two professions will also be discussed in the thesis. The main method used is the investigation of the job advertisements in the journal DIK-forum from the year 2000 and year 2004.

This thesis aims to describe how enterprises can approach and reach older citizens inorder to sell new technology products. For that they need information about aspectsaffecting elderlies purchase decisions regarding these kind of products. The study isbased on 13 qualitative interviews where we have applied semi structured interviews andobservations of the elderlies behaviour towards an Ipad which we used as a study objectduring the interviews.The results of this study shows several aspects which affect the elderlies purchasedecision regarding new technology but it all comes down to one matter, lack ofknowledge. In order to overcome that obstacle, enterprises need to modify theircommunication strategy. They will be needing information about elderlies preferencesand their self-image, meaning how they perceive themselves which is connected to howreceptive they are towards new technology.

BakgrundFler och fler företag väljer att annonsera sitt varumärke på facebook eftersom det är ett billigt alternativ till annan annonsering. Dessutom är det lättare att nå ut till sin målgrupp då annonserna är riktade.Syfte Ambitionen med denna studie är att ta reda på om facebook verkligen är rätt forum för alla sorts varumärken. Huvudsyftet för denna uppsats lyder:  Hur ser unga facebookanvändare på företag som annonserar på facebook?TeoriUndersökningen tar sin grund i logisk positivism. Jag stödjer även uppsatsen på grundläggande marknadsföringsteorier, övervakningsteorier och teorier om hur man bygger upp ett trovärdigt varumärke.MetodResultatet av studien baseras på en surveyundersökning med frågor som berör ämnet undersökningen fick totalt 88 respondenter.ResultatUr undersökningen kom det fram att en del branscher, så som sjukvård inte ansågs höra hemma på facebook.

The so called democratic deficit and the lack of legitimacy have been at the core of the EU-debate in the last decades. Low turnouts in the elections for the European parliament and disapproval in the ratification processes of the latest changes of the treaties are examples of the citizens lack of confidence for the EU and continuous integration. In Nice 2000 the heads of the member states governments agreed to try to improve the democratic legitimacy in the EU and initiated a public debate aiming at proposals for changes in the decision making processes in the EU. In July 2001 the commission published a white paper with their view. A fundamental presumption in discourse theory is that language and language usage not just is a way to deliver information about ideas and behaviours.

The thesis ?Vi fixar och trixar oss fram till att hjälpa människor? focuses on social work in the field of prostitution and human trafficking in Sweden. Through semi-structured interviews with social workers in the municipalities of Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö working with persons selling and buying sex, and through discourse analysis, the author analyses the perceptions among these social workers of the relation between human rights, prostitution and human trafficking, and the social work which they conduct.The thesis concludes that although the social workers perceive prostitution and human trafficking and social work in this field as human rights related, they are not explicitly using a human rights based approach in their work.The thesis concludes that the social workers identify several aspects that infringe on the rights of their clients in relation to the human rights principles of Universality, Non-discrimination, Accountability and Rule of law and the principle of Participation and Inclusion. They portray the human rights situation of street based sellers, especially those not being Swedish citizens and those affected by human trafficking, as severe.The thesis concludes that the social workers find several obstacles (legal as well as structural) that diminish their ability to strengthen their clients? human rights situation.

On the 17th of January 2002 the Swedish government presented a bill to theSwedish parliament, proposing ways of strengthening the Swedish democracythrough reforms for increased elements of participatory democracy. A publicreport on the state of the Swedish democracy had been released two years earlierwith similar enthusiasm for participatory democracy. However, the participatoryideals of these two documents were strongly criticised by a group of scholars.The aim of this thesis is to analyze and compare the arguments articulatedbetween the years 2000 and 2002 by the actors mentioned above, and to examinetheir relation to arguments concerning political participation, articulated bythinkers from previous times. By classifying the arguments into different groupsdepending on their content I find that both parties in the Swedish argumentationfocus on the effects of participatory democracy on political equality, on theefficiency of the political decision-making and the quality of the decisions beingmade, and finally on the personal character of the citizens. Among the argumentsarticulated by thinkers from previous times, similarities with the Swedishargumentation can be seen as well as important differences.
