Samhällets rådande styrningsmentalitet innebär att medborgarna ska styra sig själva genom självförståelse, självkontroll och självomsorg (Öhman, 2007). Skolan har alltid brottats med ordningsproblem, men disciplineringsverktygen har skiljt sig åt genom tiderna (Granath, 2008). Även dagens skola brottas med ordningsproblem (sr.se) och dessutom med en allt mer utbredd psykisk ohälsa hos eleverna (bo.se). För att få bukt med dessa problem introducerads under 1980-talet i USA olika typer av program som skulle träna emotionell och social kompetens (Wennberg, 2000). Den svenska skolan är idag resultatstyrd och det finns ett större krav jämfört med tidigare att nå mål och visa upp resultat. Uppföljning av mål- och kunskapsuppfyllelse i form av bedömning är därmed också något som fått en mycket central betydelse i skolan (Silferberg, 2013). Syftet med den här studien var att undersöka gymnasielevers upplevda självkänsla i samband med att deras skolprestationer blir bedömda av lärare. Detta undersöktes genom att intervjua 20 gymnasieelever som studerade vid Samhällsprogrammet och Ekonomiprogrammet på en skola i sydöstra Sverige. Eleverna var i åldrarna 16-19 år.

Professor Christian Diesen tycker sig se ett samband mellan dom i våldtäktsmål och kön på den verkställande domaren. Tidigare forskning i USA har visat statistiskt signifikanta resultat för att domarens personliga karakteristika påverkar utfallet i bland annat fall av dödsstraff. This essay examines how the author of 1 Peter exhorted Christ-believing slaves and wives in 1 Pet 2:18-3:6, a passage that invites questions about submission, questions that, in contemporary contexts, are oftentimes controversial. The essay also calls attention to the advantages and the complexities of understanding 2:18-3:6 relative to ancient Roman familial and hierarchical structures. A close exegetical analysis of the passage points out a variety of scholarly viewpoints on ?Peter?s? admonitions to slaves and wives. Following the exegetical analysis, attention is given to feminist hermeneutics and to potential uses of this biblical text in contemporary contexts.

Denna studie behandlar de fyra böckerna Brott och straff av Fjodor Dostojevskij, Kråkflickan, Hungerelden och Pythians anvisningar alla tre skrivna av Jerker Eriksson och Håkan Axlander- Sundquist. Jag utför en illustrativ komparativ analys av mördarnas psyke och böckernas struktur samt undersöker det didaktiska värdet av att göra denna studie.Genom att psykologiskt analysera böckernas mördare har jag kunnat göra en psykologisk profil till de fyra. Raskolnikov som är dubbelmördare i kriminalromanen Brott och straff har en narcissistisk, schizofren läggning som beror på att hans omedvetna strider med det medvetna om det moraliska i att mörda. Viggo Dürer, den onda mördaren av ett femtiotal barn, som figurerar i trilogin är klart psykopatisk med en könsidentitetskonflikt. Victoria Bergman, den trasiga föräldramördaren som är huvudperson i Kråkflickan, Hungerelden och Pythians anvisningar lider av dissociativ personlighetsstörning till följd av upprepade övergrepp i barndomen.

This survey has as its aim to see how two local newspapers in the city Växjö and the region of Kronoberg in Sweden reported and acted in connection to the referendum taking place in 1922 whether or not alcoholic beverages should be prohibited. In order to do this we analyzed Smålandsposten and Nya Växjöbladet to see their reporting. We found that the numbers of articles and debate contributions increased during the months closer to the referendum. We also found that Nya Växjöbladet where slightly supporting the prohibition of alcohol while Smålandsposten where against it. The arguments used by both sides during the debate were also analyzed.

The purpose of this study is to examine whether the high school textbook on religious studies differences in how Christian ethics and in what way it is presented in comparison with the presentation of Buddhism, Hinduism and Judaism and it´s ethics. The analyzed material is textbooks from the late 1960s to the 2010s. Due to the survey´s nature the focus is first and foremost the chapters dealing with religious ethical issues and what amount of pages or space the different religions are given in the books. The results from the textbooks are compared with the curriculum that is or was effective during the time the books were published. This is done to determine whether there is a clear link between the books and the guidelines of the curriculum.

En studie om inåt- och utåtagerande barn av Christian Antoft. Studien baseras på kvalitativa djupintervjuer av lärare. Syftet med denna studie är att försöka klargöra lärarnas syn på inåt- respektive utåtagerande barn samt hur lärarna bemöter dessa och vilka åtgärder lärarna kan vidtaga för att hjälpa och stötta dessa barn. Intervjupersonernas svar kan ha påverkats av deras personliga erfarenheter vilket framgår av resultatredovisningen. Min slutsats är att intervjupersonerna och litteraturen i stort sett är överens om att de utåtagerande barnen söker all form av kontakt vare sig den är positiv eller negativ, därför är det viktigt att lägga fokus på positivt beteende.

Ett förslag om att befria de allra minsta aktiebolagen från det lagstadgade kravet på revision ligger under utredning. Vilka företag som kommer att beröras är ännu inte fastställt men professorerna Thorell & Norberg har givet ett förslag att det är de företag med en omsättning på högst tre miljoner som kommer påverkas.Ett aktiebolag omges av flera intressenter och vi har i vår kvalitativa studie valt att intressera oss för en intressent: banken och hur deras kreditbedömningsprocess kommer att beröras om de minsta aktiebolagen undantas från revisionsplikten. Vi har även försökt skapa en uppfattning av hur en kreditbedömning går till idag samt reda ut i vilken omfattning reviderade räkenskaper används. Vår uppsats utgår ifrån en deduktiv ansats med en teoretisk utgångspunkt för att fånga upp studiens syfte.Studien visar att banktjänstemännen i stor utsträckning använder reviderat material men att den kompletteras med mjuk information. Det framkom även av undersökningen att kreditbedömning i hög grad bygger på personen bakom företaget, vilket påvisar att reviderat material och mjuk information likställs vid en kreditbedömning.

The main purpose of this essay is to analyze the late medieval shirt found in the cathedral of Lund. It has been preserved in the church and later on exhibited in the museum of Lunds cathedral. The most interesting thing about this shirt is probably its close connection to the secular world, as well as to the church. At first sight it appears to be a liturgical garment, it seams to be far too big for a regular, profane smock or shirt, but in a letter received by the church of Lund from Christian I of Denmark this shirt is mentioned as a chemise, or smock.
