Bakgrund: Livet förändras för individer som drabbats av en brännskada. Många får beståendeärr och funktionsnedsättning som innebär stora sociala, fysiska och psykiska utmaningar sompåverkar deras liv. Brännskada är ett trauma som uppstår när huden kommer i kontakt medvärme. Huden fungerar som skydd för inre organ, reglerar kroppstemperatur ochvätskemängd, fungerar som känsel och kontaktyta samt infektionsbarriär.Syfte: Syftet var att belysa individers upplevelser av livet efter en brännskada.Metod: En allmän litteraturstudie genomfördes baserad på kvalitativa och kvantitativavetenskapliga artiklar.Resultat: Resultatet visade att individer som drabbats av en brännskada upplevde sin kroppsom främmande och kände sig begränsad i vardagen på grund av funktionsnedsättning ochsynliga ärr. Stödet från närstående var ovärderligt för dessa personer och det hjälpte demgenom den långa rehabiliteringen.

Hälta är idag den vanligaste anledningen till sjukdom hos svenska hästar och den vanligaste orsaken till hälta är osteoartrit (OA). Ställandet av diagnosen OA kommer ofta för sent så att irreversibla ledskador redan hunnit uppstå vilket gör det av yttersta betydelse att förbättra diagnostiken inom området. OA kan uppstå på flera olika sätt; akut trauma mot leden, intraartikulära frakturer, repetitivt trauma, skada på mjukdelar som orsakar en instabilitet i leden med flera. Förenklat kan OA orsakas till följd av en normal belastning på en onormal led eller onormal belastning på en normal led. Oavsett orsak ses skador på ledbrosket och beroende på hur utvecklad OA är kan röntgenförändringar ses, vilka avspeglar ett dåligt broskstatus.

Aim: Earlier studies have investigated what impact the relationship between the auditor and their clients have on the auditor?s objectivity. There are different opinions about whether a close relationship harms or promote the auditors work. Furthermore there are studies that show what strategies the auditor (and client) tends to use in the negotiation between the two of them. On this basis we have chosen to study if there are any correlation between the nature of the auditor client relationship, the auditor?s negotiation strategy against the client and the auditor?s objectivity.Method: Because of our purpose to study if there is any correlation between the relationship, the negotiation strategies and the auditor´s objectivity we have chosen to implement a quantitative survey.

School and education are topics that are frequent in Swedish media. The intention of this essay has therefore been to investigate the image of teachers and their profession in Swedish daily press. The overall aim has been to analyze how teachers are portrayed in the debate that followed the TV-show Klass 9A, and by that find how the debate defines the concept of a good teacher. The representation that was found was then compared to earlier studies. The series was shown on Swedish television between January and March 2011.26 articles were chosen and the ambition was to have various perspectives represented, such as different voices and also papers from different areas of the country.

As a consumer, you can use cards for payment more or less everywhere you go, however, it is not certain that the card can be used for all purchases. When a customer pays with card there arises a card transaction fee charged to the merchant. This is a big problem for businesses where transactions with small amounts are a large portion of sales. An observation at the beginning of this study showed that seemingly similar merchants have chosen to solve this problem in different ways. Some merchant?s refuses card purchases below a certain amount, while others accept card with any purchase.

The studied interaction took place between the Swedish clothing company H&M and the active visitors on the company page in the social network. The subject of social interaction in social media is an interesting field to study due to its vast range, the largely amount of people involved and it is of interest to see how the company and customers interact. The purpose of the essay was to study the interaction between the company and visitors. The statement of the problem is divided into four questions which is processing a deeper analysis of how the company page is used.

Osteochondros är en relativt vanlig sjukdom med en multietiologisk grundorsak, med ärftlighet som den viktigaste och biomekanism som den näst viktigaste.När fragmentet sitter på ett lättåtkomligt ställe och med operation i tid innan benbiten ställt till med skada har hästen en god prognos. Rehabiliteringstiden ligger på ca 2 månader och sedan kan unghästen eller den vuxna tävlingshästen börja tränas på allvar och tävla med nästan lika bra resultat som en häst utan OCD.Det vanligaste stället som drabbas av OC är hasleden. Föl kan få lesioner som försvinner, men ingen förändring sker efter ca 12 månaders ålder, beroende på vilken led som drabbas. Därför är s.k. friröntgen onödig innan fölet blir 1 år.Frakturer i kotleden kan antingen vara POF/Birkelandsfrakturer, eller bero på trauma utan något samband med ärftlighet m.m.

The thesis work wants to create a method that treats villages in an analytic way in a context; with green, blur, grey and all the other colors that together are the completeness.This master's thesis is made to be used as foundation in detail plannng in the municipality of Örkelljunga. Target audience is on one hand those who work with planning and green matters in Örkelljunga municipality, but also other planners who work with landscape.Literature in the field of green city planning has been studied and 30 methods for analysis have been valued. The method for analysis that has been used in this work is a merging of ten different methods and has included literature studies, sketches, interviews and work on spot. The ten methods are consciously chosen to together make one comprehensive and true image of the village, as far as it is possible.

Pensioneringen är för individen förknippad med olika förändringar som till exempel inträdet till ett nytt livsstadium, nya sociala roller, ändrad ekonomi och ändrad livsstil. Pensioneringen har tidigare betraktats ur ett eländesperspektiv och fokus har legat på att pensioneringen inneburit ?chock? och ?trauma? för individens livskvalitet och välbefinnande men de empiriska resultat som har framkommit har inte visat detsamma. Några enkla samband mellan arbete och pensionering har ej hittats utan pensioneringen bör snarare ses som en process. Detta examensarbete syftar till att undersöka vad pensioneringen innebär för individens livskvalitet och välbefinnande i termer av roll- och aktivitetsförändring och till att identifiera faktorer som bidrar till god anpassning till livet efter arbetslivet.

AimThe aim has been to describe the goals and the pedagogic model concerning physical education in the Waldorfschool. Further purpose was to describe what the teachers focus on in there teaching roll about physical education. We have also chosen to give a picture of what other documents says about the teaching roll in booth the Waldorfschool and in the traditional municipal pedagogics. The Waldorfschool runs under Lpo 94 but they can also as other schools adapt and formulate there own curriculum after there pedagogic. That?s also why we have chosen to look at what the teachers says, about how they work and trying to achieve the goals of the curriculum in physical education.Framing of the questions? The theoretical perspectives have been the theory of street-Level Bureaucracy, social constructivism and Stages of change. The material has been collected through qualitative semi-structured interviews and email-interviews with the social workers. The aim of this study was to examine if the social workers uses their theoretical experiences about their attitudes in their practical work and if their response can raise or reduce the young offenders motivation to change their behaviour. To collect information it was chosen that this study would only concentrate on the social workers opinions.

Tidigare forskning har visat att posttraumatisk stress syndrom (PTSD) och depression är vanligt förekommande symtom hos individer som exponerats för krig. Studier om kurdiska emigranter i Sverige och deras psykiska hälsa är dock begränsad. Denna studie syftade till att beskriva människors erfarenheter av bombattacken av Halabja. Avsikten var även att förklara och öka kunskapen om individers hanterande av erfarenheten. Ett ytterligare syfte var att undersöka hur respondenterna blivit bemötta av myndigheter de kommit i kontakt med.

Förlossning som avslutas med sugklocka är den vanligaste instrumentella vaginala förlossningen i Sverige. Orsaken till att sugklocka används är att barnet har en hotande fosterasfyxi eller att modern drabbats av värksvaghet. Det finns få studier som belyser kvinnors upplevelser av att ha genomgått en förlossning med sugklocka. Studiens frågeställning är: Är det alltid ett trauma eller kan det upplevas som positivt att få hjälp att avsluta förlossningen? Vad kan påverka utfallet av förlossningsupplevelsen? Syftet med studien är att belysa kvinnors upplevelse av att ha genomgått förlossning som avslutas med sugklocka.Åtta förstföderskor intervjuades, 10-15 månader efter sin förlossning, om deras upplevelse av att ha blivit förlösta med sugklocka.

This paper is the result of an osteological study of the skeletal remains uncovered during an archaeological excavation of the medieval cemetery in Norra Nöbbelöv. The purpose of the study is to compare the material from the rural site (Norra Nöbbelöv) with materials excavated from the old medieval graveyards in the city of Lund. The aim is to try and shedsome light on the question of whether there is any difference in the occurrence and frequency of fractures and osteoarthritis in the materials compared. The first section of the paper consists of a short historical background of Norra Nöbbelöv and Lund, a chapter on ethics, general results of the analysis and the methods used. Thissection was co-authored by Ulla Zagal-Mach and Åsa Strandh.
