År 1961 startas utbildningen vid den nybildade Militärhögskolan. Bildandet av Militärhögskolan föregåsav utredningar som pekar på fördelarna med att kunna samordna de stabsutbildningar som tidigare harbedrivits utan samordning inom ramen för de olika försvarsgrenarna. I samband med detta lyftsstrategiutbildningen fram som ett ämne där stora samordningsvinster finns att hämta. I den utredningsom ligger till grund för bildandet av Militärhögskolan framgår att utredarna ser möjligheterna att genomsamordningen av strategiutbildningen ge officerarna en enhetlig syn på försvarsproblemen. I uppsatsenhar jag undersökt huruvida denna enhetliga syn på försvarsproblemen är styrd och påverkad av depolitiska beslutsfattarnas officiella uppfattning i dessa frågor eller om den enhetliga synen iförsvarsfrågorna baseras på andra uppfattningar.

The first aim of this study is to examine what the differences are between the Classic directive (directive 2004/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on the coordination of procedures for the award of public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts) and the Revised Classic directive (directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement and repealing Directive 2004/18/EC) when it comes to social considerations in public procurement. The second aim is to examine if the revision of the directive has solved the prior existing problems regarding social considerations in public procurement. In this paper a traditional European legal method is used. The examinations show a number of things, including the Revised Classic directive involving codification of case law, references to other sources of law and some clarified rules as well as new provisions. The regulations regarding reserved contracts, technical specifications, and selection criterion are satisfied in the Revised Classic directive.

The society today is more aware of the importance of early diagnosis of children?s hearing impairment. Neonatal hearing screening is used in many countries today, that is to be able to start habilitation at as early age as possible. Studies have shown that if children are diagnosed early enough will their language ability follow the age group of normal hearing peers.This is a journal study where journals form 99 Icelandic children, diagnosed in the Hearing and Speech Institute of Iceland during a period of 5 years, between 2002 and 2006, were inspected and analyzed. At the same time as the age of diagnose was analyzed the influence of gender, type and degree of hearing impairment was inspected.The age of diagnose of hearing impairment in Iceland was found to be between 5 and 6 years of age which looks higher than in other counties.

The aim of this study is to examine how teachers enable students with intellectual disabilities to participate in their own learning journey. The study is based on qualitative methods and data collection has been done through five individual interviews in another European country. The interviews are analysed with a qualitative method inspired by Bryman (2011). The studies theoretical frame is founded on thoughts of Dewey (1997; 2002; 2004). The results of this study shows, among other things, that good relationship between adults in school and students are an important base for participation. To build a good relationship to the students, the teacher has to have good knowledge of each individual student and its disability.

The purpose of doing this essay was to illustrate how people living with chronic disease, dependent on medical technology experience their life situation. The study includes people with either dialysis therapy, mechanical ventilator or chronic oxygen therapy. A meta-synthesis was used as a method where a systematically review of studies that are made in a given issue compiles. Findings of the studies resulted in a synthesis of three themes: Limitations in life as a consequence of life-long treatment, to take responsibility for your life provide self-esteem and safeness, and to be cared for in different contexts ?help or prohibit.

Arbetet syftar till att beskriva tre tekniklärares teknikundervisning och deras tankar därom. De tre lärarna valdes så att de representerade de lärarkategorier som förde en facklig kamp om att ?ta kontrollen? över det obligatoriska teknik ämne som skulle införas i början på 80-talet. De lärarkategorier som de i undersökningen deltagande lärarna representerar är slöjd/tekniklärare, Tekniklärare och NO/tekniklärare. I resultatet redovisas att lärarna vill att ämnet håller en praktisk profil men att det innehåller en teoridel också.

Latvia has been an independent state twice, the first time during the years 1918-1940 and the second time from the year 1991 and ahead. During these two periods Latvia has been a destination for tourists. The aim of this study is to describe how Latvia as a destination has developed during the years of independence. One further aim is to compare what Latvia?s tourism industry looked like during the same periods to descry similarities and differences.

Kravet på tillgängliga, rörliga och interoperabla styrkor för uppgifter till oroshärdar runt om ivärlden har ökat. Sverige är medlem av EU och bidrar med styrkor till EU och NATO:sstyrkeregister. De svenska luftstridskrafterna står i dag i beredskap för ett antal uppgifter ochden uppgift som bedöms vara mest utmanande är Nordic Battle Group (NBG).Luftstridskrafterna har delar i NBG och delar som är direkt understödjande så kallade enablar.NBG är dimensionerad för att kunna vara autonom och första styrka på plats i ettoperationsområde. Detta innebär för de svenska luftstridskrafterna att upprättandet avluftkontroll, understödjande av mark och understödjande av sjöstyrkor ligger på Sverige och desvenska luftstridskrafterna. Detta kräver expeditionär förmåga.Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka i vilken utsträckning de svenska luftstridskrafternastransformering går mot en expeditionär förmåga.Den övergripande frågeställningen är till vilken grad är de svenska luftstridskrafternaexpeditionära? För att kunna analysera de svenska luftstridskrafterna expeditionära förmågadefinierar jag inledningsvis expeditionärt.

The use of artificial insemination (A.I.) as an alternative to normal mating in dog breeding in Sweden are controlled by regulations from the Swedish Board of Agriculture and by ethical rules assigned by the Swedish Kennel Club. Only veterinarians, who have a specific certificate and are specially trained and educated, are allowed to perform inseminations in dogs. Each artificial insemination must be documented and reported to the Swedish Kennel Club (SKK) which, on the behalf of the Swedish Board of Agriculture, yearly presents statistics concerning the use of A.I. in Sweden. The objective of this study was to illustrate the use of artificial insemination in dog breeding in Sweden for the last decade, using the yearly reports from the Kennel Club during the period of 1995 to 2004.
