Denna uppsats handlar om programmering av autoriggningsverktyg för Maya 2013 som skulle effektivisera animeringsproduktionspipelinen genom att spara tid vid riggningsdelen av animeringspipelinen. Vidare handlar denna uppsats om utvärdering av tiden som man kan spara vid användningen av detta autoriggningsverktyg. Verktyget är flexibelt på det sätt att den stödjer humanoida karaktärer och är användbar för mer än mänskliga karaktärer. Tiden som spenderas att manuellt rigga samma typ av karaktärrigg varierar från person till person och det kan ta väldigt lång tid, därför gjordes en enkät som delades ut till deltagare som är erfarna inom riggningsområdet. Resultaten av denna enkät hjälper vid beräkningen av tiden som kan sparas med autoriggningsverktyg i en animeringspipeline.

The purpose of this bachelor essay was to analyze two Swedish district footballassociations and how the responsible coaches of the elite youth developmentteams identify and select talent. Key questions in the thesis were how thecoaches described their leadership and their own part in the team, how thecoaches identify talent, how they work with the selection process and theiropinions about the elite youth development team structure. The study wasbased on 7 semi-structured interviews. The interviews showed differencesbetween the district football associations but also many similarities in how theyselected the team during the talent identification process. All coaches wereinvolved in the selection process but the way they talked about developing eliteplayers varied.

This essay shows how the concept of virtue can deepen our understanding considering processes of empowerment. A virtue is understood as a trait of Character, manifested in habitual action, that it is good for person a to have. Virtues are interpreted as socially constructed. Empowerment is presented as a process toward self-confidence and self-determination where recourses and freedom propels the development toward power for the individual, the household and the community. Why does the concept of virtue deepen our understanding? It is argued that our theoretical perceptive of empowerment needs to better encompass values, norms and practise.

Vattenfalls purpose with SAP is to centralize certain processes within economy that are common to all the companies in the group, this to gain benefits with economics of scale. However, KSU is not convinced that SAP is a suitable system and that the common processes apply to them.The purpose of this degree project is to investigate if SAP is a suitable system and if KSU will benefit from a transition to SAP. Three perspectives were applied to further specify important areas of the main question. From a technical point of view KSU:s demands on a system was mapped against SAP.
