The essay aims to show n interpretation of Vampyr and Ordet; seen from a viewpoint Kierkegaards christian existentialism can enhance the understanding of mentioned movies. Central notions from Ks philosophy are explained and then the author points to examples of how this corresponds with the essence of the two movies.The argumentation is based on Ks thoughts on faith and human existence. Other theories concerning Dreyers movies, and to some extent his background, is also discussed.Finally the author concludes that he was right in his hypothesis: that it is possible to show an influence from Kierkegaards christian, existentialistic thoughts in the two movies.Moreover the author thinks that the chosen perspective works as a complement to other written material on the movies and that other writers on the subject have some problems summing up the contents of the movies from their different perspectives.The final conclusion is thus that an interpretation of the movies from a Kierkegaardian viewpoint increases the understanding of the same movies.

The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to examine how user-friendly the OPAC of the Märsta public library is considered to be.Theoretical basis are HCI and Allwoods definition of usability. Issues are: Is the OPAC suited to its task? Is the OPAC user-friendly? How well does a user accept the OPAC? and What degree of competence is shown by users of the OPAC? The source material consists of six interviews in the form of .avi files. The method I have chosen is qualitative semi-structured interview form. The result is that, based on Carl Martin Allwood?s defini-tion and with exception for the using of help-resources, the usability of Märsta?s library OPAC can be considered less good..

This master thesis is about a place that has a story to tell. Olsson?s garden came about when Mr Carl Oscar Olsson acquired a piece of land in Landalabergen in the beginning of the 1930's and at that time he started his industrious work of uniting much of Sweden's flora in his garden. Since the very beginning Olsson's garden has played a lot of different rolls in a variety of situations and meant different things for different people. Today one can find traces from Mr Olsson's life and deeds in the garden.

This study has been conducted in order to try to clarify how one as a piano teacher, by the choice of teaching material and method of teaching, can influence the process of learning. The study deals with novice teaching and more specifically first semester teaching. I have studied three books, their methods and how they take on the task of introducing music and piano playing to novice students. I studied three groups of novice piano students during the autumn of 2005. For twelve lessons each class worked with one of the following three books: "Vi spelar piano 1" by Carl-Bertil Agnestig, "Pianogehör 1" by Åsa Söderqvist- Spering and "Spela piano med ADAM".

Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att få en klar bild av familjernas syn på nepotism, samt om denna syn förändrats över tiden och i så fall hur. Metod: Vår uppsats är en kvalitativ undesökning av de två fallföretagen Bonnier AB och Carl Aller Etablissement A/S. Vi har genomfört ett antal intervjuer som vi har relaterat till relevant managementlitteratur. Slutsatser: Vi har funnit att fallföretagen aktivt arbetar med ägarbegreppet och har en syn på nepotismens fördelar såsom; ansvar, engagemang, långsiktighet, förtroende och kunskap, samt på nepotismens nackdelar såsom; favoritism, groupthink och rivalitet. familjernas syn på nepotism har förändrats från att vara icke-existerande, till att vara medveten om familjeägandets möjligheter och fallgropar..

I mitt arbete undersöker jag hur man kan serietillverkaen liten produkt med hjälp av mallar och fixturer anpassade för film och hur mandokumenterar processen med hjälp av film. Jag har tittat på olika filmer som rörämnet och olika typer av mallar för att sedan formge en liten figur vid namnCharlie, som serietillverkades i en serie av 30 stycken. Jag utförde några avmomenten i serietillverkningen med hjälp av en typ mall som jag konstruerade.Mallen, som jag valt att kalla för karusellmall, är inte den mest rationella men ärdäremot betydligt mer spännande och spektakulär än en traditionell mall.

Syftet med föreliggande studie är att utifrån ett socialpsykologiskt perspektiv erhålla djupareförståelse och ökad kunskap kring de processer som finns i smågrupper, hur konflikterpåverkar sammanhållningen och vad det är som gör att en stabil grupp förblir stabil. Studienutgick från ett kvalitativt förhållningssätt med en hermeneutisk ansats. Med ensemistrukturerad intervjuguide utgjordes urvalet av två grupper med fem medlemmar irespektive grupp där hälften är män och hälften kvinnor. Resultatet visar att konflikter inomvänskapsgrupper inte är av ondo och kan vara utvecklande för både gruppen och den enskildeindividen. Den starka sammanhållning grupperna har visar på att konflikter inte är en storfaktor för gruppens välmående.

Uppsatsen handlar om den historiska debatten hur Göteborgs stadsteater kom till. Med stadsteaterns placering vid Götaplatsen med konstmuseum, konsthall och konserthus innebär det en mycket central och betydelsefull plats i Göteborg. Uppsatsen behandlar svårigheten att anpassa teatern till denna kulturella plats. Därför ingår en kort historik om Götaplatsen. Undersökningen tar upp arkitekten Carl Bergsten som ritade teatern i samarbete med regissören och scenteknikern Knut Ström.

Invandrarpolitik är ett omdiskuterat ämne i Sverige. Alla partier som befinner sig i riksdagen eller som har varit representerade i riksdagen har åsikter och förslag till invandrarpolitik, en vissa partier har mer eller mindre fokus på det området. Syftet med min studie är att undersöka om Folkpartiets invandrarpolitik har förändrats under tidsperioden 1990-2009. Jag använder mig av Carl Dahlströms tre dimensioner respektive åtta typer av invandrarpolitik som teori. Mitt material utgörs av partiets partiprogram och motioner som Folkpartiet har framfört i riksdagen.

As the numbers of immigrants to Sweden and the EU are ever increasing even the right-wing populist parties grow faster in number. Sweden, Germany and France are three European countries that receive 90 percent of all asylum seekers and should therefore have a well-established and talked about immigration policy one can think. Yet the political parties in Sweden do not mention much about the immigration policy apart from the political party Sweden Democrats. This study aims to analyze eight different political parties in the Swedish parliament through a textual analysis to see what kind of immigration policy they share. Carl Dahlström has a theory to determine what type of policy a certain party has and whether they want to assimilate or integrate immigrants.

Play is an important part of children´s everyday life, it is through play children develop. Play occurs a lot in kindergarten and in this study, the aim is to examine how play activities play is used in preschool teaching and the role of the teacher´s in the play. Video recordings of play activities done and qualitative methods (conversation analysis) has been used to analyze the video recordings. The results of this study show that play are widely used as a pedagogical tool in preschool. It is through play children develop.

In this essay, the aim is to study the role the politicians play in relation to the people they represent. This is manly a theoretically study, which focus is on the theories behind the way we choose to identify the role of politicians. We ascribe different underlying values to the role of politicians and as a result from these different values a conflict can arise. Two central terms in my discussion are the way the politicians represent people's values and meanings combined to the possibilities for the people to hold the politicians responsible. Depending on which ethic values you put to the role, you have different views about how the politicians should act.

This essay examines the debate that arose in connection to the sale of Carl Larsson?s monumental painting Midvinterblot in 1987. My main purpose is to examine which meanings the debaters ascribed Midvinterblot and in which way the debate influenced the paintings significance as cultural heritage. I will therefore argue that the debate initiated a renegotitation of the paintings meaning as cultural heritage. In the debate the debaters emphasized the National Museum?s responsibility over cultural heritage, Midvinterblots aestethic, the paintings economic value and its national implications.
