En ny modernistisk syn på ledarskap började utvecklas i början på 1980 talet, där nya kommunikationsmönster för chefer lyfts fram. Den nya ledningsfilosofin betonar kommunikativt ledarskap framför traditionella strategiska kommunikationsmönster.Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka ledarskapet på en telemarketingavdelning med många unga medarbetare och se vilka metoder chefer nu använder sig av för att leda unga medarbetare. Fokus ligger på kommunikation, ledarskap och organisationskultur. En kvalitativ metod användes i form av intervjuer i kombination med observationer. Studien omfattade sju intervjuer och urvalet var ändamålsenligt.

AbstractMellan 1944-1950 gick Frankrike från att förorda ett decentraliserat,stympat och i praktiken svagt Tyskland till att medverka till den centraliserade Västtyska republikens statsbildning.Man tog dessutom, med Schumanplanen, initiativ till ett djupgående samarbete mellanstaterna.Med ländernas historiska fiendeskap som bakgrund var detta en snabb och betydande process. Syftet med den här studien har varit tvådelat: med Jakob Gustavssons modell för utrikespolitisk förändring har vi ämnat beskriva och analysera omställningen samt revidera modellen efter de svagheter vi funnit vid appliceringen. Arbetet har gått genom ett brett material av historiska andrahandskällor och genom några moderna statsvetenskapliga teoretiker inom utrikespolitisk förändring.Vi har funnit att samspelet mellan deninternationella strukturenochett fåtal individer resulterade i två genombrott för en ny fransktysklandspolitik den berörda perioden.Internationellla faktorer, Georges Bidault och Jean Monnet bör tillskrivas den franska kursändringen. AbstractThere is a general perception that women are victims and men are the perpetrators of sexual offense. Female perpetrators of sexual crimes have been neglected in the research literature, because female sex offenders do not live up to preconceptions of female as motherly and caring. Females tend to be responsible for a very small portion of all crimes and are estimated to account for 1-2% of all sexual offenses. Theories use to discuss female sex offending include neutralization of behavior, mental health and feminist theory. The aim of the present study was to describe female sex offenders and examine the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim by analyzing court judgments.

The aim of this literature study was to give a clear picture of what gastric dilatation-volvulus is, and how the acute- and postoperative treatment and care is managed. The general aim is to support and help the veterinary technicians in their clinical work. Gastric dilatation volvulus is always an emergency. The primarily goal when these dogs are hospitalized is to establish an adequate cardiovascular function. This is done by immediate intravenous fluid therapy followed by decompression of the dilated stomach.

Anorexia Nervosa är en komplex sjukdom som kräver en individualiserad vård. Då patienter med anorexi ofta kännetecknas av att vara ambivalenta angående att tillfriskna, behövs ett gott samarbete och en god relation med sjuksköterskorna. Syftet med studien är att undersöka vad god omvårdnad innebär för patienten och sjuksköterskan vid vård och behandling av Anorexia Nervosa. Arbetet är utformat till en litteraturstudie grundad på tio vetenskapliga artiklar. I resultatet, som är tvådelat, framkommer sju teman vilka är självständighet, socialt stöd, isolering, en utmaning, relationen, omtanke och respekt samt tillit.

The purpose with this essay was to study and analyze how gender roles is represented in six different mathematic books for children in the third and fourth grade and to see if the books counteract or reinforces traditional gender roles. It was also to see if the mathematic books follow the goals in the curriculum. I had four questions that I focused on while analyzing the mathematic books:What kind of activities does girls and boys like in the exercises in the mathematic books?What does girls and boys own in the exercises in the mathematic books?What does the relationships look like between different persons in the mathematic books?Based on the results from questions 1-3, do these six mathematic books try to follow the curriculum?The results of this study shows that girls often can be interested in things that usually is seen as either girlish or boyish, while boys mostly is interested in things that is seen as boyish. I got almost the same results when it comes to the second question, girls can buy things that is often seen as either girlish or boyish, while boys mostly buy things that is seen as boyish.

Under perioden 1990-2000 har Ghana och Ugandas demokratiutveckling väsentligen skilt sig åt. Trots att de båda länderna delar många egenskaper och förutsättningar har Ghana demokratiserats medan Ugandas utveckling stannat vid ett enpartistyre.Denna uppsats tar sin ansatts i teorier kring vad som skapar goda förutsättningar för en positiv demokratisk utveckling. Enligt Gordon White rör dessa socioekonomisk utveckling, det civila samhället, det politiska samhället, politiska institutioner samt det internationella klimatet.Syftet är således att genom en komparativ fåfallstudie finna förklaringar till varför Ghana och Uganda utvecklats olika, samt att utröna vilken roll bistånd och konditionalitet kan spela i en demokratiseringsprocess. Särskild fokus har legat på EU:s omfattande biståndsprogram i de båda länderna och hur dessa har inverkat de faktorer som utgör grunden för teorin.Genom att utifrån denna metodologi analysera de båda fallen, visar undersökningen att den skilda utvecklingen delvis kan förklaras utifrån hur externa aktörer har använt sig av bistånd och politisk konditionalitet i sin biståndspolitik. Dock existerar även andra viktiga förklaringsfaktorer, främst i Uganda, där den komplicerade etniska sammansättningen och ekonomisk snedfördelning försvårat en vidare demokratisering av landet..

It has been roughly 86 years since Gunnar Myrdal?s book ?The Political Element in the Development of Economic Theory? was published, in which he declared economic thought and theory as being established by hidden ideological premises. As well as accusing modern economic theory of being the subject of a pseudo-scientific construct. As such, this study seeks to test Myrdal?s critical view on Swedish economic education in upper secondary school.

The aim with this study was to examine what it is that govern the way that municipalities develop the non-institutional care for youth. An extensive development of non-institutional care for children is a visible trend in municipal social service and probable reasons for this development are, among other things, research that show inadequate results of the institution care and economy. Our main questions at issue were how the municipalities argue the priorities that have been done within their youth care services with regard to the non-institutional care and how they reason considering this? Furthermore we asked why the municipalities have chosen to develop their non-institutional care for youth the way they have and on what grounds they make their choices? This study consists of eight qualitative interviews with politicians and employees in four different municipals along with analysis of relevant documents. We have found that what governs the way that municipalities develop the non-institutional care for youth has to do with that the municipalities found it vital to find alternative solutions to the expensive and ineffective institutional care, that they comprehend that the quality of non-institutional care are higher then of the institutional care and that the non- institutional care is seen as more effective with regards to economic results and achieved treatment results.

Despitehigh incidencethere is a generallack of awareness about therisks and theeffectsthatthese diseases have on both mental and physical health. Health carepersonnel are experiencing difficulties to meet and care for these patients. Aim: The aim ofthis studyisto describe patients'experiences of health care after they were diagnosed with asexually transmitted disease.

Background: Since the end of the 1990`s the self-harm among adolescents have increased. Research is needed on how to improve the ability to care for these patients. That is why it is important to investigate how patients who self-harm and the next of kin are encountered by the caregivers.Aim: The aim of this study was to illuminate the experiences of encounters with caregivers at self-harm.Method: The study was based on narratives, which in this case means analysis of autobiographies. Five autobiographies were analyzed in accordance with a description by Dahlborg-Lyckhage. Four of these were written by self-harmers and one by a next of kin.Results: Three themes and twelve subthemes emerged which describe both negative and positive experiences of encounters with caregivers.

The thesis explores representations of fatherhood in the Swedish blog 'Hemliga pappan' ('Secret/Anonymous Daddy'). The purpose is to identify three themes in the blog material; The Father, The Son and The Partner. I have performed this study using discourse analysis as methodological tool and Critical Studies on Masculinities and Fatherhood as theoretic approach. The theories are Social Constructionist and consist of sociologists and socio-psychologists as Connell, Hearn and Johansson. Important theoretic concepts are the presence and absence of the father as well as hegemonic masculinity.

This essay follows a Media Teacher in her work as a coordinator and an artistic leader for a European project called Legalopoli concerning laws and ethics in a senior level school for 13-16 year-olds in Mora, Sweden. The students write film stories about how their characters have to make choices in ethical dilemma situations. Then the learners create interactive computer games together through practical film work. At the same time we can see how the educator also gets into difficult ethical situations, when she is working with the students. This forces her to self-reflection.
