Abstract Co-operation difficulties in the work place can be a problem serious enough. Co-operation difficulties can occur between employee and employer, as well as employees among themselves. Irrespective of between which individuals the co-operation difficulties occur, it will have negative consequences. These can consist of, for example that individuals might suffer mentally, inproductivity and also an unwished economic disadvantage for the employer. From the employers? side it is pointed out that it is important with employees who are possible to co-operate with in a satisfactory way.

Introduktion: Anmälningar gällande bemötande till patientnämden är inte ovanligt, år 2010rörde ca 33 % av dessa frågor bemötande. Det handlade ofta om kontinuitet, att känna sigifrågasatt, inte lyssnad på eller trodd och om att inte bli behandlad som en individ. Syfte: Syftetmed denna litteraturstudie var att ta reda på möjligheter och svårigheter på vad som är ett gottpatientbemötande, ur ett sjuksköterske-och patientperspektiv. Metod: En litteraturstudie.Resultat: Både sjuksköterska och patient måste vilja skapa en relation med varandra. Att kännaförtroende för varandra och att patienten kände att sjuksköterskan var kompetent, visade sigvara en förutsättning och ledde till att patienten kände trygghet.

We have conducted ethnographical studies concerning the one-stop-shops frontdesk and telephone exchange. During these studies we became aware of some differences under which the daily work was to be carried out. Alltfler människor har en önskan om att få leva sina sista dagar i hemmet. Att vara närstående till en döende person innebär ofta en enorm påfrestning och en krisartad livssituation. The digitalisation of adolescents? everyday lives has created new contexts in which intimate partner violence can occur. Digital intimate partner violence includes controlling, monitoring, and harassing behaviours carried out through digital tools such as social media, messaging applications, and location-sharing services. These behaviours are often normalised among young people, which makes the violence difficult to recognise and address. This study aimed to explore how school counsellors perceive and define digital intimate partner violence among students, how they describe their work with identifying and managing such violence, and which organisational and communicative opportunities and barriers they experience in preventive efforts.
