Las empresas que entran en nuevos mercados se vuelven internacionales y diferentes culturas se mezclan en la organización. Esto a menudo es un problema ya que diferentes culturas utilizan distintos tipos de liderazgo.

Målet med denna uppsats har varit att kartlägga vilken kvalité informationen som datalager tillhandahåller har för de beslutsfattare som använder datalagret. Vi har även försökt identifiera olika faktorer som kan vara viktiga att beakta för att uppnå en hög informationskvalité hos datalager. För att kunna genomföra detta har vi intervjuat olika beslutsfattare för att kartlägga hur de uppfattar den information som deras datalager genererar. Genom denna undersökning har vi kommit fram till att datalagren varit givande och framgångsrika för de tre företag vi genomfört undersökningen på. De har alla upplevt omfattande fördelar med det som de inte upplevde innan introduktionen av datalagret.

Swedish agriculture stands in front of big changes the whole time. As a milking producer you have to adapt and develop the company to these changes and find the best solution. This potential is easy to find if you compare your company with other similar companies. Labour cost is the biggest cost in milking production after the cost for food. Today it is rather easy to measure how many hours per cow different system of cow houses needs, but we do not know so much about how many hours it takes to breed a calf. To learn more about the labour time with the calves during the first time after the calf was born, I made time studies on five different farms with calf hutches, automatic milk system, large calf boxes, and smaller calf boxes with teat buckets.

Bakgrund och problem: Människor i dagens samhälle blir mer och mer medvetna och bryr sig mer om vart ifrån de produkter och tjänster de använder kommer ifrån. Begreppet hållbarhetsredovisning har därför blivit allt viktigare för företagen. De statliga företagen måste följa GRIs riktlinjer från och med år 2008. Hållbarhetsredovisning är inte längre frivilligt för de statligt ägda företagen, utan de måste i årsredovisningarna utarbeta rapporter där informationen kring miljöaspekter, socialt ansvar samt medarbetare redovisas. Men är kravet nödvändig för att få företagen att redovisa dessa områden, eller finns det andra påtryckningar som avgör vad företagen inkluderar i sin redovisning? Vilka faktorer utöver riktlinjerna som infördes 2007 kan förklara vad förändringar i de statliga företagens hållbarhetsredovisning beror på?Syfte: Syftet är att kartlägga förändringar i två statliga företag samt två privatägda företag.

Denna rapport är resultatet av en analys som gjorts vid Vest-Woods fabrik i Forserum under våren 2007 i syfte att reducera interna transporter. Vest-Wood AB i Forserum tillverkar dörrar för den svenska marknaden men förser också en annan fabrik (SdrFelding i Danmark) i samma koncern med dörrstommar. Materialhantering för att förse Sdr Felding fabriken med dörrstommar medför i dagsläget mycket interna transporter i Forserumsfabriken. För att klara ojämn efterfrågan från Sdr Felding fabriken samt för att kunna jämna ut sin egen produktion har Forserumsfabriken valtatt lagerföra de tolv artiklar som beställs mest frekvent från Sdr Felding fabriken. Buffertlagret vid Forserumsfabriken där artiklarna lagerförs är placerat ca 200 m från produktionen vilket medför mycket intern transport för hantering av dessa.

På SAAB Aerostructures i Linköping utvecklas och tillverkas delsystem, så som dörrar och skevroder, till kommersiella flygplan åt framförallt Boeing och Airbus. Inom flygindustrin går utvecklingen mot en större användning av kompositmaterial i denna typ av strukturer. För att befästa sin position på marknaden och bygga kunskap kring konstruktion i och tillverkning av kompositmaterial har SAAB startat ett forskningsprojekt kallat GF Demo. Projektet syftar till att ta fram nästa generations kompositstrukturer för civilflygplan, samt att utveckla effektiva produktionsprocesser för detta. En utmaning med konstruktioner i kompositmaterial är den dyra och komplexa tillverkningsprocessen.
