The purpose of this study has been to examine how customers, by interacting with each other, can communicate and create the image of a brand. We find this topic to be relevant since there are no previous studies conducted concerning the customers influence on the brand image. Our ambition has been to describe in what ways and to what extent the customer can affect and influence the brand image by communicating with other customers. To fulfill our purposed we have targeted three important questions which are:? In which ways can the customer affect the communicated image of a brand?? To what extent can the customer influence the brand image and the perceived value?? Who has control over the brand, the customer or the company?For this study we have used a qualitative approach in which we have conducted eight personal interviews with brand consultants and the editor of the magazine Dagens Media which has given us the foundation for our analysis.

This means that the researcher works close to the object of research and tries to understand it. We believe that this is a suitable method for our study since it?s based on seven personal interviews.

Syftet med den här studien är att få inblick i pedagogers reflekterande kring estetiska uttrycksformer. Som frågeställningar har vi haft: Vad inkluderar pedagogen i begreppet estetiska uttrycksformer? Hur arbetar pedagoger med estetiska uttrycksformer? Vad vill pedagogerna uppnå för lärande hos barnen med användandet av estetiska uttrycksformer? Vår ambition har varit att synliggöra förskollärares olika sätt att se på användandet av estetiska uttrycksformer i förskolan. Till detta har vi valt en kvalitativ metod där vi använder semistrukturerad intervju för att samla in material. Genom intervjuer med sex förskollärare försökte vi synliggöra deras tankar och reflektioner kring arbetet med estetiska uttrycksformer i förskola.Resultatet visar att det finns olika sätt att se på estetiska uttrycksformer och dess användning i förskolan.

The foundations of the Swedish labour market have shifted due to a number of new circumstances affecting its framework. Employment is no longer a right taken for granted but rather something one should work hard to achieve. Given the new conditions, employers are not only trying to ensure their own businesses survival but also uphold the structures of our society. Competition between enterprises forces management to forge new boundaries to maintain profitability.Concerns have arisen whether or not these so called management strategies are within the limitations of the law. As a result and as a response to the design of the labour laws creativity is peaking to overrun the statutory regulations.

Denna studie handlar om hur fyra lärares socialisationsprocesser och bakgrunder på olika vis hänger samman med deras didaktiska ställningstaganden i ett genus- och jämställdhetsperspektiv. För att uppnå syftet har jag valt att genomföra en kvalitativ intervjuundersökning med en abduktiv förklaringsansats. Min kulturanalytiska tolkning är gjord utifrån en modell i tre steg som jag hämtat från Kvale (1997). I min tolkningsmetod har också Ehn & Löfgren (2001) varit betydelsefulla för min förståelse av kulturanalysen som metod. Resultatet av min undersökning visar på en del av de svårigheter som ett genus-och jämställdhetsperspektiv i grundskolans år 1-6 kan innebära.

Vi har studerat tolv avsnitt av den amerikanska dokumentären Kvinnor som mördar. Dokumentären presenterar tolv kvinnors bakgrunder och deras liv fram tills de begår mord och får sitt straff i domstol. Vi har fokuserat på att studera brottslingar av det kvinnliga könet, eftersom detta område inte är lika utforskat som brottslingar av det manliga könet. Vårt syfte med studien är att studera hur dessa kvinnor som mördat sina män/pojkvänner presenteras i dokumentärserien. Då det är ett ovanligt fenomen att kvinnor begår mord, fann vi det intressant att studera detta forskningsområde.Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie där vi studerade och analyserade avsnitten i dokumentärserien, enligt ett materialdrivet tillvägagångssätt.

Detta är en studie om skillnaden i dopsyn mellan Svenska kyrkan, Jehovas vittnen och Livets ord. Uppsatsen har haft som mål att försöka klargöra skillnader mellan dessa tre samfund i dopteologi om det överhuvudtaget finns någon, samt även skillnader och likheter mellan samfunden när det gäller det praktiska tillvägagångssättet att bli döpt inom respektive organisation. Jag har utifrån den litteratur jag kommit över om respektive samfund, samt en intervju med en förespråkare för en av organisationerna försökt mig på en någorlunda sammanfattande redogörelse av dilemmat.Då jag använt mig av ett traditionellt vetenskapligt perspektiv har jag inte lagt någon tyngdpunkt på intervjuer. Dock har jag på grund av praktiska omständigheter valt att intervjua en förespråkare för Livets ord, då jag har haft svårt att få tag i material från denna organisation.Målet med uppsatsen har varit att skriva en uppsats i ämnet eftersom jag inte har hittat någon uppsats som tar upp skillnaden mellan dessa organisationer. Detta kan verka konstigt då alla tre samfunden har bibeln som grund för sin ideologi.

Projektet ?Rationell råjärnshantering? på SSAB Tunnplåt i Luleå har varit mitt examensarbete under vårterminen 2005. Projektet har gett mig en nyttig inblick i tung industri samtidigt som det har gett mig möjligheten att nyttja de verktyg som utbildningen gett mig. Uppdraget har varit att utforma ett kontrollrum med ergonomin i fokus. Det studerade kontrollrummet finns i anslutning till svavelreningsstationen vid stålverket och betjänar två behandlingsstationer samt är hemmabas för några traversförare.

Ambitionen med denna uppsats är att försöka identifiera huruvidamanövertänkandet är tillämpbart i modern krishantering. Frågans aktualitet harökat i takt med Sveriges ökade internationella ambition. Frågan aktualiserasytterligare med det faktum att den svenska Militär Strategiska Doktrinen från 2002anger;?För att nå största möjliga effekt, givet våra resurser och värderingar, skallmanövertänkandet utgöra grunden för försvarsmaktens agerande i alla militäraoperationer, men också tillämpas flexibelt av varje individ i varje situation?För att försöka utreda i vilken omfattning ovanstående inriktning är relevant hartvå stycken fallstudier genomförts. Ur dessa två fallstudier har jag försökt attidentifiera de faktiska förutsättningarna för att agera enligt manöverteorin.

This thesis examines the environmental benefits resulting from the choice of environmental certification scheme, with focus on energy. This was carried out by studying the measures that were implemented as a result of the certification of Sweco's three largest office buildings in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. The office property in Stockholm has been certified with the Swedish Environmental Building, Gothenburg with the British BREEAM and Malmö with the U.S system LEED.The results from the study indicate that an environmental certification can reduce the energy consumption by up to 59 percent and the water consumption by 20 to 66 percent. However; the interviews, literature study and simulations in MATLAB indicate that the size and scope of these environmental benefits depend on several identified factors: the type of building and its conditions, system selection, grade level, the choice of indicators, the ambition of those involved and when in time the certification process begins. The comparison between Environmental Building, LEED and BREEAM showed that Environmental Building for the office property in Stockholm gave the largest environmental benefit in terms of reduced energy consumption thanks to several large measures.

I denna uppsats behandlar vi ämnet idrott och hälsa ur ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv med fokus på rörelsehinder. Idrottsämnet kan för rörelsehindrade elever vara problematiskt eftersom kroppen och dess rörelser har en central roll i undervisningen. Däremot finns det en ambition att alla elever ska vara inkluderade och det är skolans uppgift att skapa pedagogiska miljöer där alla kan delta utifrån sina egna förutsättningar.Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka fyra idrottslärares uppfattningar om inkludering av rörelsehindrade elever i idrottsundervisningen. För att ta reda på detta utgick vi från en kvalitativ forskningsansats med halvstrukturerade intervjuer som metod. Vi genomförde fyra intervjuer med idrottslärare som har olika erfarenhet av rörelsehinder.

This thesis examines the municipalities of Västra Götaland and the way they are prepared for crisis communication towards people with a foreign background. Over the past years there have been several studies that have examined the issue of crisis communications towards minorities but these are often focused on the target group. In this study, I focus on the authorities' actions. The theoretical approach is primarily an intersectional one and in this way the thesis is centred on the creation of different categories, the relationship between these categories and the possibilities working with these at the municipalities.On behalf of Region Västra Götaland, this investigation began with a survey that went out to the communications officers in charge of the crisis communication in each municipality. The ambition was to clarify the preparedness of each one and show how they relate to one another.

AbstractThis study deals with motivation as an overall concept, from a student perspective. It encompasses factors that could directly affect students and their positive or negative motivation, concepts such as relationships, communication, expectations and interactions and their importance to my informants.The study also discusses certain theories to show the different ways of defining motivation, specifically in relation to my informants and their and my conclusions. My ambition is to establish the importance of the concepts mentioned above, as well as perspective changes to the enhancement of the performance standards of a good teacher.The purpose of this work is to describe, understand and clarify the external and internal factors that affect motivation. In order to achieve this purpose, I chose to use a method of qualitative interviews with three students, with different backgrounds, schools and conditions but with a lack of motivation as a unifying characteristic. The research questions were as follows:What factors influence students' motivation?   What impact do achievement targets have in relation to the pupils? own motivation to learn?How important are teachers' expectations for the individual student's motivation?Within this study sub-concepts such as importance of expectations, relationships, and significant others are, according to my analysis, of great importance.

The purpose of this Masters thesis is to examine the debate concerning Agnes von Krusenstjernas Fröknarna von Pahlen-novels from a ideological analytic perspective. This debate came to be called The Krusenstjerna feud Krusenstjernafejden and was most intensive in the years 1934-35 after Porten vid Johannes and Älskande par had been published. We examine 8 articles using a text analytic method. We have limited ourselves to public material that is available in Swedish press and Swedish magazines. Our ambition is, through this, to determine the articles authors political point of view and ideas of preference.

Designing temporary cities is a study of the design and physical planning of five temporary cities. The purpose was to discuss and note the important questions to be considered, when designing the outdoor environment in temporary cities to create as good an environment for the visitor as possible. The five cities I have chosen are among the most famous ones in Scandinavia, and they represent different kinds of temporary cities. This was a deliberate choice to achieve diverse research material, and with that a broad view of what the planning stage generally looks like. Study of the cities has been done through interviews with the people responsible for the design and/or physical planning of each city.
