Det har på senare tid uppmärksammats att svenska fastighetsbolag paketerar näringsfastigheter i svenska handelsbolag med utländska juridiska personer som delägare. Detta fenomen är ett skatteupplägg som kallas för handelsbolagslösningen. I uppsatsen utgår vi från ett typfall där delägarna i det svenska handelsbolaget är nederländska juridiska personer. Skatteupplägget inbegriper tre transaktionsled, där det första ledet innebär att ett säljande svenskt aktiebolag underprisöverlåter en näringsfastighet till det svenska handelsbolaget. Det andra ledet är att de nederländska delägarna avyttrar sina andelar i det svenska handelsbolaget samt fastigheten, det vill säga fastighetspaketet, till ett utomstående köpande aktiebolag i Sverige.

Volvo Powertrain tillverkar motorer och drivlinor till AB Volvos samtliga dotterbolag förutom Volvo Aero. Vid anläggningen i Skövde tillverkas motorer och delar till motorer och växellådor och vid anläggningen finns alla tre nödvändiga produktionsområden; gjuteri, bearbetning och montering. När rådande lågkonjunktur slog till stod bearbetningen med väldigt höga lagernivåer vilka företaget snabbt tvingades sänka då det blev huvudfokus från koncernledningen att minska det bundna kapitalet. Utan egentlig analys sattes nya gränsnivåer för lagren inom samtliga avdelningar på bearbetning och målet med examensarbetet har varit att ta fram en metod för att dimensionera säkerhetslagret på optimal nivå med bibehållen hög leveranssäkerhet. Därigenom skulle företagets lagernivåer kunna styrkas med hjälp av en teoretisk grund.Som utgångspunkt har en lagernivådimensionering med servicenivåkonceptet SERV2 och där alla artiklar tillåts ha differentierade servicenivåer använts.

Bakgrund och problem: Finanskrisen 2008-2009 hade sitt ursprung i överoptimistisk långivning med anknytning till fastigheter. Bostadsbubblan som hade uppstått mellan 2001-2006 i USA fick störst betydelse och kom att beskrivas som den främsta utlösande faktorn till finanskrisen. Bostadsbubblan sprack och huspriserna började falla under 2007. Krisen intensifierades och utvecklades till en global finanskris under 2008 då den amerikanska investmentbanken Lehman Brothers tilläts gå i konkurrs. Botten nåddes sannolikt under 2009 som präglades av en global recession.

Framgång innebär att lyckas, att uppnå goda resultat. Begreppet har flera betydelser. Det kan handla om att lyckas på ett personligt plan men det kan även handla om att etablera, utveckla och förverkliga ett företags affärsidé. Det kan för ett företag innebära att bli en erkänd aktör inom ett marknadssegment, det kan handla om att maximera företagets vinster och aktieutdelning, det kan handla om optimal kundnöjdhet eller om trivsel på arbetsplatsen. Vad framgång innebär för ett företag beror helt och hållet på vilka värderingar och vilka visioner det specifika företaget har.

The way we design our cities today will affect the living conditions for future generations. Planning as a discipline can become crucial to attain a sustainable urban development with an increased quality of life among the urban population and an improved environment. Urban Agriculture in the Sustainable City -a case study in Managua is a Diploma Work that deal with poverty issues, aspects of sustainability and development work. We have had a theoretical starting-point, but our focus has been on the case study i.e. the practical part, that we carried out in Managua, the Capital of Nicaragua. Today about half of the worlds 6,3 billion people live in cities. The demographic growth of the countryside has declined, while the population in the cities is considerably increasing.

In these days of globalization, with a higher level of openness and interaction over geographical, cultural and economical borders, the importance of the company?s intangible asset, its brand, is gaining importance as a differentiating factor. Building a strong brand and the emphasis on strategic brand management is something that before was given less attention in firms but today we can see a general increase in awareness and relative emphasis in the strategic work of companies.Countries as brands: Is it possible to consider a nation or a country as a brand the same way you consider a product? Well, looking in to the subject it seems to be a rather complex matter and there are many questions to be asked and answer. Nations around the globe are indeed marketing and positioning themselves for several purposes.

SammanfattningVi har undersökt hur kreditprocessen påverkas ur kredithandläggarens perspektiv, av att det kreditsökande småföretaget använder sig av en extern rådgivare eftersom tidigare forskning tyder på att det blivit svårare för dessa företag ett erhålla finansiering från banker. Ändringen i förmånsrättslagen 2004 är en bidragande faktor till småföretagens prekära situation eftersom det försämrade bankens utdelning vid en eventuell företagskonkurs. När en småföretagares kunskaper inte räcker till, kan en extern rådgivare konsulteras för vägledning i kreditprocessen. Vårt syfte med uppsatsen var att beskriva kredithandläggarnas uppfattning om den externa rådgivarens olika funktioner i kreditprocessen samt att analysera hur kreditprocessen påverkas av att en extern rådgivare agerar i småföretagets intresse. Vi har genom en kvalitativ undersökning och studerat fyra kredithandläggare i fyra olika banker med erfarenhet av vårt ställda problem och fångat deras respektive betraktelser.

SammanfattningI dagens förändringssamhälle, med en ökad globalisering och en snabb teknologisk utveckling behöver företagen hänga med i utvecklingen för att de inte ska bli ikapp- och förbisprungna. För att de ska lyckas med detta behöver de ha en offensiv inställning till tillväxt, de bör hela tiden tänka framåt och se vad de kan göra för att, inte bara hänga med utan, ta ledningen och visa vägen in i framtiden. Företagarna (FR) i Bollnäs kom därför på idén att låta en student genomföra ett arbete om tillväxten bland små företag.Det finns två syften med uppsatsen. Det ena är en övergripande bild för att se hur företag inom Bollnäs kommun ser på tillväxt på företag. Det andra är att se hur företag inom kommunen ser på tillväxten för sitt företag.

Today Scania give a high priority to the continuous improvements on the quality of their vehicles. To follow up the flaws in product quality, which are recognized by the repairs at the local workshops, material requests are carried through to be able to analyze the defects at the plant in Södertälje ? in purpose to improve the product quality. The material requests are also carried through to compensate the workshop for their expenses and to check that they are working according to the company?s warranty manual.Due to local routines and different distribution structures at the different markets the lead times and the costs caused by the flow of material are hard to estimate.

Forest enterprises have always searched for ways to improve efficiency. For the past few years there has been an emphasis on stock-keeping levels. Increased demand for fresh round timber and the need to decrease the amount of tied-up Capital has made the forest industry reduce its inventory levels. This has brought on a higher demand on the timber supply from the forest management districts concerning both delivery in time and assortment output. As a result, the flow of timber has fluctuated a lot with serious consequence for the timber supply during 1994.

In Sweden today so-called "prescribed nature conservation burning" is performed due to the change in silvicultural law, certification and an increased knowledge regarding the field of fire in the forest landscape. The aim is to re-create structures and qualities made by the fire regimes of the past, though on a much smaller geographical scale. The structures and qualities to be re-created are for example broad leaf stands, trees with large diameter, heterogeneous stands regarding variables such as age and diameter. If we increase our knowledge of the constitution of forests characterized by fire, then we will be able to set goals for what achievements to reach both on landscape scale and stand scale. The aim of this paper is to try to describe how a stand from the past was composed regarding mainly the spatial arrangement and compare it with the stand of today in the same place. This to be done by using relict material, that is stumps and dead standing trees.
