Den här rapporten beskriver ett examensarbete som genomfördes åt Flex Datasystem med syfte att vidareutveckla Flex HRM mobile. Vår uppgift var att implementera projektrapportering som ingår i modulen Flex Tid, vilket innebär att användaren kan registrera eller redigera diverse projekt via mobila enheter. Vi använde oss av JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 och även diverse ramverk för att fullfölja vårt arbete..

Context: During the 21st century several alarming reports have been published that deals with the depletion and pollutant of the earth by human interference. The earth is an ending resource and so are the mountains and bedrocks which are continuously mined in order to harvest its minerals. The idea behind Urban Mining is to (re)invent processes enabling further purpose for materials both from old deposits and new products providing secondary raw materials and energy. This thesis aims to investigate the challenges and opportunities of how firms and organizations can and will be able to strike a better balance between product-/service systems, economic growth and environmental stewardship in the context of Urban Mining as an approach. With the innovation of processes, technology, business- planning and creation in focus.Objective: How to future proof a business model for Urban Mining by the usage of business model design.Method: This thesis will be conducted using a case study approach, meaning that it will incorporate qualitative, exploratory and descriptive characteristics - aiming towards enabling both applied and fundamental research.Results: The result evaluates the business model element differences between traditional C&D industry and Urban Mining industry.

Companies today are exposed to a turbulent market with fierce competition and the ability toinnovate itself becomes increasingly important. But what innovation is and how it is managed is farfrom obvious. In this case study at EVRY the research questions are: ?What is innovation in ITconsultant companies?? and ?how can innovation be managed in IT consultant companies?? ITconsultancy is a complex type of business and their focus is often to innovate the customers businessrather than their own. The study is based on a literature review, field studies, unstructuredinterviews and an interpretive analysis.

Thanka är en tibetansk konsttradition som består av religiösa bilder föreställande en rad gudar och heliga personer ur den buddhistiska tron. Motiven är starkt symbolistiska och strängt traditionsbetingade. Detta arbete beskriver denna företeelse i tre delar där den första är hämtad ur litteratur, jag redogör här för uppkomsten, motiven, tekniken, de religiösa aspekterna och dagens plats. Den andra parten består av intervjuer och den tredje delen sammanfattar processen i den tavlan jag själv målat. Slutsatsen blir att denna konst är mycket komplex och tidskrävande, samt att den i sin lugna precision kontrasterar till den västerländska stressen.

This thesis in Art History and Visual Science is about values to graffiti and graffiti artist Banksy. I have studied values relating to Banksy´s graffiti images through which context they are placed in and where they are located. I have selected two different images of Banksy as an example on the basis of a transnational phenomenon, where the images that circulate in the public arena by street art and other images and imported into the galleries and consumption market. My conclusion is that the values of the images are based on the context in which each room have its surroundings and that therefore the impression will increase. The public space context, signal availability and the white cube context indicates art, and the commercial context signals goods and items that can be bought.

This study seeks to outline the reason why public limited firms choose to bear the cost of auditing despite the annulation of legal requirements. The aim is to provide an overview and a better understanding of the decisions made by such firms. My research work focuses solely on the dentistry branch. Relevant data has been collected through interviews and adequate scientific theories are implemented to Canvas and analyse the reality of auditing for public limited firms working with dental services.The background knowledge contains historical aspects and the importance of audit obligations together with the fact that the law no longer regulates these conditions. To begin with, the regulations were institutionalised in order to prevent financial and fiscal criminality and offence, in public limited companies.

Tillväxt är ett sätt för företag att överleva på marknaden genom att antingen öka eller behålla sina marknadsandelar. För att fortsätta växa på en konkurrensutsatt marknad är det viktigt att företag utvecklar sina tjänster och hittar nya sätt att skapa värde för kunderna. Revisionsbranschen har länge kunnat sitta på sin kammare med övertygelsen om att affärerna rullar in, något som förändrades i samband med avskaffandet av revisionsplikten. Studien avser att besvara hur affärsmodellen som koncept kan användas för att förstå varför tillväxten skiljer sig åt mellan olika revisionsbyråer. Syftet med studien är att utifrån resursbaserad teori öka förståelsen för konkurrenskraften i revisionsbyråers affärsmodeller.

The aim of this thesis is to develop a new business model for district heating and cooling firms which can contribute to a stabilization of the Swedish national energy system. The business model is developed for a district heating and cooling firm and is exemplified with Fortum Heat. The theoretical investigation around the topic creates a rigid base for following qualitative empirical studies. Osterwalder?s Canvas for business model generation is used together with a Casual Loop Diagram to identify a number of business opportunities which stabilizes the national energy system.

In the early 80s, several new synthetic materials have come to be used in the treatment of Canvaspaintings, among them Plextol D 360, Plexisol P 550 and Beva 371. Today, many conservatorsfind the information about the long term sustainability of these binding mediums to beincomplete. Evaluation of synthetic materials is mostly done through clinical research, sometimesartificial aging is simulated. The correlation between artificial and natural aging is however notestablished, useful information can therefore be gained through evaluations of actualconservation treatments. The intention of this study is to find out more about how thementioned products perform over time in normal museum conditions.

Syfte: Syftet med examensarbetet är att beskriva och pröva befintliga teorier som behandlar konkurrensstrategier samt visa vilka konkurrensföredelar som används inom branschen för att vidare visa småföretagare som verkar inom hushållsnära tjänster vart öppningar finns för att skapa långsiktiga konkurrensfördelar. Författarna ämnar bidraga till forskningen kring hur småföretagare skall bevara en ihållande konkurrenskraft inom branschen. Efter granskning och analys av ett urval av företag ger författarna ett verktyg som företagen kan använda sig av för att finna en god konkurrensstrategi. Metod: Metoden för examensarbetet har en kvalitativ ansats då empirimaterialet baseras på semistrukturerade intervjuer. Detta kompletteras med kvantitativ sekundärdata för att kunna utföra en branschanalys samt kvantitativ information från respondenterna för att kunna skapa jämförande grafer.
