Our employer Camatec Industriteknik AB gave us the assignments to increase theirs range of versions on Camcoil that is their own patent product. Camcoil is a capstan system that is used when steel band fabricated. Exist for example in production lines their steel band should be annealed. Our goal with this work is to come up with a completed production basis on a Camcoil for heavy industry. The basis should contain calculations, 3D-constructions, drawings and cost proposal on manufacturing and detail purchase.Demands on this project:1.

Det här är ett examensarbete som går ut på att konstruera ett modulerbart matarverk för bandstålsindustrin. Examensarbetet görs på företaget Camcoils förfrågan. Som underlag och inspiration fanns ett matarverk som tagits fram i examensarbetet ?Matarverk för Camcoil? som tidigare gjorts åt Camcoil.Camcoil är ett nystartat produktbolag som bygger på deras haspelsystem med samma namn. Camcoil vill komplettera detta haspelsystem med ett matarverk för att bland annat bli mer konkurrenskraftiga på marknaden.

Arbetet har utförts i kursen Examensarbete för högskoleingenjörsprogrammet i Innovations-teknik och design (MSGC12) vid Karlstads universitet. Handledare har varit universitetsadjunkt Lennart Wihk och examinator professor Leo de Vin.Uppdraget har bestått i att genomföra en designstudie på Camcoil, ett haspelsystem inom främst tillverkande industrin. Anledningen till detta är att uppdragsgivaren, Camatec Industriteknik AB, vill att produkten ska göras mer konkurrenskraftig och öka chanserna att kunna sälja maskinen utanför Sveriges gränser. Målet är att skapa en varumärkessignifikativ konceptlösning som är kompatibel med haspelsystemets många olika utföranden. Handledare hos uppdragsgivaren har varit Mikael Hallenborg.Studien är utförd enligt produktutvecklingsprocessen.

Uppdragsgivare var Camatec Industriteknik AB vars huvudkontor är stationerat i Karlstad. Projektet gick främst ut på att modulanpassa Camatecs patenterade haspelsystem Camcoil men det inkluderade även konstruktion av flertalet detaljer. Rapporten behandlar dimensionering av förband mellan axel och nav, konstruktion av ett passivt bromssystem, dimensionering av motor och lämpliga utväxlingar på drivlinan, beräkning av kritiskt varvtal för haspelsystemet, materialanalys av manteln, konstruktion för lateral rörelse samt konstruktion av en avskjutningsmekanism. Genom beräkningar och simuleringar har det säkerställts att vitala delar av behandlade konstruktioner är korrekt utformade och dimensionerade med avseende på hållfasthet, deformation och egenvinkelfrekvens.Modulanpassningen har gjorts löpande genom hela projektet och, i så stor mån det går, har standardkomponenter använts vid samtliga konstruktionslösningar. Förbandet mellan axel och nav består nu av ett kilförband vars dimensioner är standardiserade för hela modellprogrammet.

In Eskilstuna, thehandball is very popular but there are only three grounds that meet the standards of the dimensions ofa handball pitch, 40x20 meters. The same dimensions are used by floorball. Eskilstuna municipalityowns one of these, the other two is privately built and owned and the municipality rents time in thehalls.IF Guif and HK Eskil are two handballclubs in the central part of Eskilstuna.

Our goal with this work is to come up with a design basis for a strip feeder.Functionally a strip feeder consists of two rollers which with the aid of the friction between the strip and the coating on the roller create a strip force that pulls the strip through the working progress.Demands on this project:? 10 ? 600 mm in strip width and 0,1-1 mm in strip thickness.? Minimum 30m/min in production speed.? A maximum strip force on 30-40 kN.? The cost of the strip feeder?s components is to be considered of economy and quality.The need of a strip feeder occurs when the coil doesn?t manage to feed or pull the strip before or after a working process. The strip can otherwise be exposed by a permanent yield deformation or a change in the strip material if it?s pulled trough the working process only by the on ? and of-coils.
