Communication between parties in an important process in their relationship can be based on a contract. This communication can for exemple be composed by a handwritten contract or an electronic contract. Contract law makes no difference between these two forms. to create more favourable requirements for commencing a contract or an ongoing contract there are possibilities to use standard agreements. Therefore a contract can be based on the will of the parties or on a standard agreement.An electronic signature shall secure that electronic transferred information has not been altered and also to identify the sender of the information.

The purpose of this Masters thesis is to investigate the role of link collections in Swedish public libraries mediation of Internet resources. The study is focusing on the effects on the contents and the structure in the link collections when the target group is immigrant users. This is done through literature studies completed with an examination of two link collections containing multi-cultural and multi-lingual material and qualitative interviews with the two librarians who are in charge of the collections. The major questions raised in this study are: What function do the link collections have for the public libraries? What is the difference in working with traditional, printed material compared to the work with Internet resources? And how are the selection of Internet resources and the structure of the link collections affected when the collection is intended for immigrant users? The main results are that link collections in public libraries can give a concrete form to political guidelines.

In this study, company reconstructions and the financing of current accounts hereof are analysed from a perspective of insolvency law. The purpose with a company reconstruction is to maintain the operations of the company despite the insolvency of the mandator. In contrast to bankruptcy proceedings the person liable for payment stays in charge of the operations. However, this person is not allowed to sign for new loans, issue pledges of security for these loans or in any other way enter new obligations without the approval from the temporary company reconstructor. Besides providing for a successful reconstruction the reconstructor also has to consider the interests of creditors, especially to maintain the preferential order of the creditor's claims, keeping them unchanged in case of a formal bankruptcy.

This report will point out the income for a scania plant production farm, this has been estimated through a case study. The outcome of this report will later be used to calculate a reasonable leasehold charge. This case study is solitary based upon this particular studied farm, at this very point, and can therefore not be used as a general guide. The reason why this particular scania plant production farm has been selected, is because the author is born and raised at the farm and has the intention to run the farm in the future. The chosen farm for this report is based in the southwest of scania and cover 300 hectare of plant production. The crop rotation consists of autumn wheat, sugar beats, spring wheat, spring barely, winter rape and fallow. The farm owns all machinery required.

Bakgrund: Fysiskt trauma är ett av de största hälsoproblemen i världen. Fysiska skador står för 16 % av den globala sjukdomsbördan. Med nya träningsprogram och arbetssätt har kvalitén på vården förbättrats men vanligen följer en psykisk reaktion på traumat som kan kvarstå under lång tid. Syfte: Syftet var att belysa vuxna personers psykiska hälsa efter ett fysiskt trauma. Metod: Uppsatsen är en litteraturöversikt som baseras på 13 vetenskapliga artiklar.

Syftet med vår studie är att se hur föräldrar/vårdnadshavare ser på användningen avtecken som stöd, TSS, för att underlätta sitt barns kommunikation och språkutveckling.Utifrån detta syfte har vi formulerat följande frågor: Vilka för och nackdelar serföräldrar/vårdnadshavare med TSS? I vilka situationer använderföräldrar/vårdnadshavare TSS? Hur fungerar samarbetet mellan hem och förskola närdet gäller TSS? Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ undersökning genom att skicka utenkäter till åtta föräldrar/vårdnadshavare som vi visste använder eller har använt TSStillsammans med sitt barn. Genom svaren framkom det att föräldrar/vårdnadshavare serpositivt på användningen av TSS för sitt barn. Föräldrar/vårdnadshavare har också settatt barnets frustration har minskat när det blivit förstått och kunnat göra sig förstådd.Genom att barnet får ett verktyg, TSS, att kommunicera med så minskar samtidigtrisken för ett utanförskap. Samtliga respondenter uttrycker att de skulle rekommenderaandra föräldrar/vårdnadshavare vars barn har språk och kommunikationssvårigheter attanvända sig av TSS.

Background: There is a newly founded national sports education program. This newly founded national sports program comprises of several different sports of which football is one of them. Before a football player can reach the European- or national elite the player usually is first developed in clubs and their respective academies where a lot of time is spent on fine tuning the players? individual skillsets.The main goal for the NIU program is to develop future elite athletes to different sports. When it comes to football, the Swedish Football Association and the Swedish school board have together developed a study plan which will serve as a guideline for the NIU-football classes in Sweden.

My study is about a preparation class in a selected municipality. It is based on the child¹s perspective, and it tries to highlight the school situation of new arrivals in a school where the majority of the pupils are of Swedish origin. The purpose of my study is to visualize how the education for newly arrived children is organized in the municipality, and to get an understanding of a range of student?s view of the schooling in the preparation class as an introduction to a regular class.To reach my goal, I have used qualitative methods, based on qualitative interviews. The interviews were made with six newly arrived pupils, and one interview was made with the deputy head of the school, which is in charge of immigrant education in the municipality.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa erfarenheter föräldrar till barn med utvecklingsstörning har, av råd och stöd från samhället. Undersökningen är gjord med en kvalitativ metod och materialet har samlats in genom halvstrukturerade intervjuer. Sju föräldrar till barn med utvecklingsstörning har intervjuats, med en avgränsning till barn som inte har Downs Syndrom [DS]. Materialet har bearbetats med en kvalitativ analysmetod. Resultatet visar att föräldrarnas upplevelser av samhällets råd och stödfunktioner inte överensstämmer med deras behov.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine how children interact with each other and what social positions they assume when using the learning pad. The social positions reffered to is the Owner, the Participant and the Spectator, defined by Ljung Djärf (2004). According to Ljung Djärf (2004), the Owner is defined as the one in control of the mouse and keyboard. The Owner is expected to be in charge of what is happening on the screen. The Participant is typically found on a chair near the computer.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka vilka framgångsfaktorerna och förutsättningarna är för att kunna undervisa elever med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar.Frågeställningarna var:Vilken kompetens inom området neuropsykiatri anser lärarna att det finns i skolan? Vilka anpassningar anser de intervjuade lärarna behövs för att inkludering ska kunna fungera? Vilket stöd anser lärarna att de behöver för att lyckas med inkludering av barn med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar? På vilket sätt kan undervisningsmiljön för barn med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar skilja sig åt i de undersökta skolorna?I studien användes kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer med olika pedagoger. Genom att besöka flera olika skolor i olika kommuner hoppades jag kunna se likheter och/eller skillnader vad gällde undervisningssätt och förutsättningar att inkludera elever med NPF (neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar).Resultatet visade att samtliga pedagoger var överens om att struktur var viktigt för alla elever och särskilt för elever med NPF. De ansåg att det var av stor vikt att läraren kom väl förberedd till lektionerna och förmedlade tydligt hur dagen skulle komma att se ut för eleverna. De intervjuade pedagogerna hade den inställningen att inkludering var eftersträvansvärt men att det krävdes kunskap och resurser för att lyckas..
