På uppdrag av Nexans IKO Sweden AB har MK Bygg AB genomfört saneringsarbete avkontaminerad mark i Tranemo kommun.1947 ändrade Nexans IKO Sweden AB verksamhet från att har brutit torv till att tillverkakablar. Denna verksamhet genererade en del spillkabel och i denna fanns den värdefullametallen koppar. På Nexans IKO Swedens område brändes spillkablar för att komma åtkopparen. Detta skedde mellan åren 1947 och 1967. Då kabeln innehöll PVC bildades vidförbränningen dioxiner och furaner.

Within the group's shared values ??about what is appropriate and inappropriate behavior and shared values ??make it easier for individuals to understand what is expected of them. If the desired culture from the management team is not consistent with the culture of the employees there might be a collision.

Detta är slutrapporten som sammanbinder alla de olika delarna i vårt examinationsarbete för programmet ?Bygg och Anläggning? vid samhällsbyggnadsinstitutionen med inriktning mot mätning. Rapporten innehåller i stora drag hur idén tog form och utvecklats och hur vi gått tillväga genom projektets gång samt vilka val med motivation vi gjort vid vissa vägskäl i projektet. Vi valde att göra en enkel manual/checklista med tillhörande felsökningsguide som främst riktar sig till arbetsledning och maskinförare. Efter vi gått en kurs i maskinstyrning så insåg vi att det inte finns så mycket kursmaterial och hjälpmedel i ämnet och att behovet av detta är stort idag då maskinstyrningsområdet expanderar kraftigt på marknaden.

Från tidig ålder lär vi oss vad som anses "tjejig" och "pojkaktigt". Det omfattar allt från färger och kläder till beteende och även yrken, och det är allmänt känt att det finns branscher som är mans- och kvinnodominerande. Byggindustrin och vård och omsorg hör till dessa typer av yrken.Syftet med denna studie är att få anställda som arbetar inom bygg och vård och omsorg sektorn att beskriva sin bransch genom ett genusperspektiv. De använda teorierna är Yvonne Hirdmans genussystem gällande maskulina och feminina normer, regler och uppfattningar, Vertikala och horisontella segregation och ekonomiska teorier om den yttre påverkan på en persons yrkesval och arbetsgivarens värdering av manliga och kvinnliga arbetstagare.Resultaten visar att informanterna i båda sektorerna upplever en lite jämnare könsfördelning på grund av en pågående förändringar av båda branscherna och samhället i allmänhet, men det kommer att tatid att jämna ut könsfördelningen ytterligare. Både män och kvinnor är lika lämpade för båda branscherna och alla informanter har intrycket att en jämn könsfördelning är bra för alla som arbetar i branschen..

In this thesis we have examined why the establishment process of travel destination is essential for the tour operators and how the process can be influenced by different conditions. The thesis is written from the perspective of the tour operators and with the tour operator Ving as our case study, we have been able to create a picture of how the establishment process of travel destination may look like.We have chosen to deal with some different areas in this thesis that all are important for the creation of a holistic picture of the process. The overall segments listed in this thesis are the process itself, the tourist, marketing, the product creation and demand. By connecting our theoretical framework to the collected empirical data from our case study, we have analyzed the establishment process and drawn our conclusions..

Inom byggbranschen har det bedrivits lite forskning kring hur företag i denna bransch skall gå tillväga för att öka sina chanser att lyckas med ES- implementeringar. Tidigare forskning som bedrivits har mestadels varit riktat mot ren tillverkningsindustri och därigenom har byggbranschen fått stå tillbaka inom forskningsområdet IT och organisation. Genom att det tidigare genomförts få studier på byggbranschen inom detta område valde jag att studera detta lite närmare. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur fallföretaget Backgårdens Bygg AB skulle kunna öka sina chanser med att genomföra och få till stånd en lyckad implementering av ett ES-system. För att kunna undersöka detta valde jag att genomföra intervjuer med både arbetsledare, platschefer, inköpare och kalkylatorer.

This thesis of 15 hp has been implemented at Halmstad University, in collaboration with Saab Dynamics in Linköping. Saab Dynamics is a company operating in the defence industry where competition is tough. This necessitates new ways to increase efficiency in the company, which is the basis for this thesis. Saab Dynamics wants to introduce simulation driven design. Since Saab Dynamics engineers have little experience of simulation, required a user methodology with clear guidelines.

The goal of this project was to make the requirement process at the Swedish Coastguard more effective. The first step to achieve this was done by locating bottle necks in the process with value stream mapping method. The result of this study showed that the biggest restriction in the requirement process was while examining older requirement documents to understand what elements were suitable for the particular project. This was followed by a study of literature, interviews and theory of Lean Production with the ambition to investigate how the requirement process was handled on other companies and how to improve the process on the Swedish coast guard. This led to a number of potential enhancements of the process which later was evaluated.

Networking is an important part, for organizations, in the recruitment process. This since the emergence of Internet networking has become more common and the organizations finds that networking is applied more frequently in the recruitment process. Organizations have noticed that networking often is a more cost efficient option compared to traditional recruitment. Since networking in the recruitment process has increased, we intend to investigate if and how it affects the composition of organizations. This thesis aims to examine networking in the recruiting process, and aims to make no differences between networking offline and online.

Litteraturen förespråkar hur viktigt det är att involvera användarna i systemutvecklingsprocessen, speciellt när kraven skall samlas in för att slutligen resultera i en kravspecifikation. Det krävs dock att användare och systemutvecklare samarbetar på ett bra sätt och förstår varandra.Undersökningen som genomförts i denna rapport syftar till att skapa en förståelse för hur en kravspecifikation kan tas fram i analysfasen, samt att undersöka hur kravinsamlingen har genomförts mellan TietoEnator och Timrå kommuns förvaltningar miljö och bygg och kultur och fritid. Utifrån detta är målet att klargöra vad i analysfasen som kan vara orsaken till att kraven som ställts utav miljö och bygg- och kultur och fritidsförvaltningen inte riktigt är uppfyllda. Undersökningen började med en litteraturstudie för att få en förståelse för hur en kravspecifikation kan tas fram i analysfasen. Resultatet visade bl.a.

Denna studie behandlar begreppen process och produkt. Syftet är att genom ett hermeneutiskt perspektiv undersöka några bildlärares syn på begreppen process och produkt i bildundervisningen på högstadiet. Tidigare har fokus legat på elevers färdiga produkt men idag är bedömningen i bildämnet mer fokuserad på elevers process (Skolverket, 2012:3). Undersökningen genomfördes genom  kavlitativa intervjuer. Intervjufrågorna är förankrade i Lindströms (2002:4-5) process- och produktkriterier.

The study aims to illustrate how women victims of male violence in intimate relationships are treated during the legal process and with professional perspective describe what women?s experiences considered to be in the legal process. The study also aims to draw attention to the interventions for abused women during the legal process.The results are based on interviews with professionals in the justice system, and on observations in the courtroom. Overall our results show that abused women are in need of a great quantity of help and support before, during and after the negotiation. The legal process is very stressful for the women.

Mapping a process enables a greater understanding of the work, and is standard to evaluate and improve a process. This thesis is conducted at Test Bed Mechanical Design at Scania in Södertälje. Test Bed Construction is a complex process, characterized by a large amount of creative work, technical challenges and coordination between different people and different organizational functions.The aim of the thesis was to identify the Test Bed Construction Process and to develop a visual model of the workflow that also served as support for the engineers in their daily work. During the mapping process, comparisons were made with previous research in lean product development to identify process improvement.A literature review on process mapping and process visualisation resulted in a method for process mapping. The study showed that research on process visualisation is neither structured nor well defined.
