Purchasing is more than buying eller hur E-inköpet påverkar företagets inköpsfunktion med fokus på interna inköpsaktiviteter : En fallstudie på AstraZeneca
Intresset för elektroniska inköp där den ekonomiska nyttan är lätt att kvantifiera är stort. E-inköp erbjuder många nya innovativa lösningar som driver utvecklingen av inköpsstrategier och inköpsprocesser framåt. Detta leder i sin tur att E-inköpet anses som en viktig påverkande faktor vad gäller både de interna och de externa processer som innefattas i inköpsfunktionen.Förändringar som implementering av E-inköpet innebär kan resultera i både positiva och negativa effekter. De positiva effekterna dominerar, då fler företag väljer att implementera E-inköp, dock gäller effekterna hela företaget och hela inköpsfunktionen i synnerlighet. Att bryta ner inköpsfunktionens helhet för att se hur dess varje enskild del påverkas av införandet av E-inköp kan därför ge en mer tydlig bild av de positiva effekternas vikt.

This study treats the possibility of breeding mallards and pheasants on our own farm,
Björnslund. From the beginning I considered to breed them from eggs to adults but
after visiting several breeders I changed my mind. It seemed to be a lot of work with
no economic profit in comparison with Buying already hatched birds and then feed
them to adults. If the business shall be profitable I have to be soll the hunting for the
birds and then sell the dead birds to game purchasers. There are also calculations that
show which price you have to charge for the hunting that will give a positive result.
Another possibility is to own a slaughterhouse and sell the meat to restaurants and
supermarkets.

The health consciousness is spreading while appealing product attributes concerning taste and

in the Swedish market with hard discount formats and niche concepts who also are trying to
provide the market with perishables. Therefore, the pressure to lower prices is increasing
making economies of scale and rationalization progressively more important.
In 2004, ICA launched private label meat packaged in a modified atmosphere. Consequently,
many stores went from in-store cutting-up and packaging to selling centrally packaged and
distributed meat. ICA is now developing a concept with fresh fish in modified atmosphere
packages and needs to increase the knowledge about the market and the consumer.

This paper examines the impact of conscious shelf management on online grocery stores. An S-O-R framework is used to unveil if some established shelf management techniques from physical stores are applicable in an online context. We also explain some of the cognitive processes customers experience as they get exposed to online Buying situations. A main study with two data sources is conducted: one quantitative website experiment with 168 participants who got exposed to five different organisation patterns within five different categories; and one more qualitative eye tracking experiment with 20 participants. The results indicate that a disorganised product page evokes not only different scan paths and cognitive patterns but also generates higher sales.

Several studies shows that dietary supplements do not have any proven effects on health, yet these supplements are increasing in sales. The study aims to find out what attitudes and knowledge people involved in physical activity have towards supplements and which factors influence them to buy supplements. How these factors differ between men and women was investigated. The study is based on answers from 100 collected questionnaires from people who are physically active at several gyms. Of those who participated in the study, 56 percent were men and 44 percent were women.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether an international company within the recycling and reuse of mobile phone industry has a market in Sweden.

Är det en bra strategi att investera i företag som offentliggör återköpsprogram? : En Eventstudie av Stockholmsbörsen 2000-2006
Since the year of 2000 it has been legal for companies in Sweden to repurchases their own stocks. The purpose of this study is to examine if it has been possible to make a positive abnormal return in Stockholmsbörsen by Buying stocks in companies that has announced a buyback program. Our study includes 59 companies that have accomplished a buyback program throw the years of 2000 to 2006. To calculate the abnormal return we use the BHAR method with Affärsvärldens generalindex and branchindex as benchmarks. The result shows a significant positive abnormal return of 23,56 percent the first 12 month after the announcement with Affärsvärldens generalindex as benchmark.

The purpose of this masters thesis is to find out if public libraries provide new age materials or not. My research is done using the point of view of the library users. Do they think libraries hold a sufficient amount of new age literature and do the users find this literature of good quality? To find an answer to this question, interviews have been made with a number of library users interested in new age related issues. Interviews have also been made with librarians, to get their point of view on this rather controversial subject.
