Akilleshälen som glöms bort : En kvalitativ studie av kontorsmiljöns betydelse för internkommunikationen på en arbetsplats
Employers are becoming more and more aware of that the internal communication between employees is the reason why organizations are being held alive and also what impact the office environment has on employees work performances and their communication. The aim of our study was to gain an understanding of what significance an office's spatial design has for the communication between employees and managers in the workplace. We have through qualitative interviews with managers and employees from different business cases gotten a perception of their ways of communicating with each other. The results showed that employees and leaders thought that they shared the same picture of what their communication was like in reality, how they thought their ways of marking their territory in the office was understood and respected and what their opinions and expectations of how the communication between them and their leaders should be like. These results were then analyzed in consideration with relevant theory and previous research in the disciplines of office environment and communication studies.The main conclusions that have been drawn from the analysis are that the work environment's design can be both positive and negative at the same time and that what should be focused on is the leaders' communication. The leaders and their employees have to communicate more about their communication between them so thart misunderstandings can be avoided in the office environment - and therefore become more effective..

The increased specialisation and complexity in products and services has
created the need for Swedish companies to focus more on their core businesses.
This has resulted in them opting to buy services and products that lie outside
of their core business from consultancy businesses or other types of suppliers.
When companies describe their offers in internal and external marketing it is
done often in terms of company or service attributes that are not based on
customer value or offered value for the customer. The reason for this is that
companies have not adapted their services to the different needs of their
customers. As a result of this, they run the risk of offering the same services
as their competitors and communicate values that the customers either do not
understand or experience as value adding.
By using the theory on the data collection from the case company we have an
understanding and shown how the customer values can be developed from a service
company?s internal and external prerequisites and competitive advantages.

The facts are based on deep detailed interviews with three different principles. Skolrelaterad nätmobbning : Vem har ansvar? Vem tar ansvar?
Syftet med denna uppsats är att skapa ökad förståelse för ansvarstagande i relation till nätmobbning på högstadiet. Jag har studerat förväntningar på hur ansvaret för nätmobbning hanteras enligt den statliga nivån, det vill säga: skollagen, diskrimineringslagen, värdegrunden i Lgr11 och Skolinspektionens text ?Skolors arbete med plan mot kränkande behandling?. Hur ansvaret för nätmobbning ska hanteras enligt den lokala nivån, det vill säga: tre skolors ?Plan mot kränkande behandling? eller ?Likabehandlingsplan?? Och hur ansvaret för nätmobbning ska hanteras enligt den individuella nivån, det vill säga: vad har elever och lärare för erfarenheter och åsikter om ansvar för nätmobbning? För att undersöka detta har jag genomfört enkätundersökningar med lärare och elever, analyserat de ovan nämnda dokumenten och bearbetat resultaten i en kvalitativ analys med teoretisk förankring i vad som är ansvar och vad som är mobbning.

Previous research has recognized that advertising creativity can result in positive signaling effects for consumers, thus proving creativity to be a useful tool and not a wasteful effort within marketing. However, research within this matter has only lightly touched upon the outcome of signaling effects within a business-to-business context. Since other implications prevail within a B2B market - for instance the professional position in which individuals act, the existence of buying centers, and the heavy weight placed on most decisions - the conception and influence of advertising creativity may be altered. This paper aims to give an overview of whether increased advertising creativity results in positive signaling effects among individuals employed within a B2B context. Furthermore, the paper aspires to examine the potential influence of aspects prevailing within B2B markets, such as the need for contemplating the desires of numerous individuals involved, on the outcome of advertising creativity.
Utveckling av affärsmodeller på laddningsmarknaden : En studie av elbilsladdning i Sverige
This paper covers a study of the Swedish charging market for electric vehicles from both the perspective of stakeholders and car owners. By interviewing representatives of four key stakeholders on the market; commercial parkings, malls, service stations and working places, data regarding their business models of today is examined. At present electricity is provided for free, but all stakeholder point out that this business model is not sustainable in the long run. The result of the interviews shows that electricity won?t be offered for free in the future ? the question is which factors affect how long it will take for the different stakeholders to find a suitable business model.

De slutsatser vi drar av vårt arbete är att mikroföretagare använder

The purpose of this essay was to examine female and male nursing students expectations and goals referring to the nursing profession from a gender perspective and examining the students reasons to apply for nursing school. A descriptive study with qualitative design was implemented. Data acquisition was made through interviewing ten nurse students, five male and five female. The interview material were analysed in accordance with Kvale?s method of analyzing.

The Swedish school law says that students who need special education should have all the support they need to reach the qualification that is set up. The arrangements have to be written down in an Individual education plan (IEP). Before the IEP is set up there has to be an investigation about what kind of support and measures the student needs to reach the qualification that is set up. The aim of this study is to examine student?s participation in school and in the progress with their own IEP.I have accomplished a qualitative study by interviewing eight students during the letter part in the nine-year school.
Årsredovisningar i idrottssektorn - en studie ur ett intressentperspektiv
Syftet med denna uppsats var att studera i vilken utsträckning externa intressenter använder idrottssektorns årsredovisningar samt att kartlägga intressenternas attityder till innehållet i årsredovisningarna. Agentteorin och intressentmodellen visar att idrottssektorns årsredovisningsintressenter borde använda årsredovisningar samt att främsta användningsområde borde vara som kontrollverktyg. Vår undersökning var av survey-karaktär och vi genomförde en enkätundersökning kompletterad med en fallstudie. Resultaten visar att majoriteten av intressentgrupper använder idrottssektorns årsredovisningar och användningsområdet är främst som kontrollverktyg. Majoriteten av intressenterna vill även se koppling mellan måluppfyllelse och resultat, en förklaring till det egna kapitalets storlek samt en plan över hur det egna kapitalet skall utvecklas.
Arbete mot mobbning innom skolan - följs kommunens riktlinjer?
AbstractThe purpose of this research is to examine which methods the municipality of Örebro recommends its schools to use in their work against mobbing and bad treatment, and to see if the school investigated follows these guidelines. By means of interviews I will examine which methods the Group for Equal Treatment at the school has found effective when dealing with these issues. My conclusions are that the municipality of Örebro clearly states what is important for the schools to work with, and a lot of effort has been put into creating a common model for all schools to use, in order to fulfill the goals of the law (2006:67) which forbids discrimination and any other kind of bad treatment of children and students. The school investigated follows the municipality guidelines to great extent. Early on the Group for Equal Treatment, including both principals, teachers and students, worked out a detailed plan for equal treatment. The Group for Equal Treatment mentioned some successful methods to use against mobbing and other forms of bad treatment. One of these methods is the annual theme week where the students get to participate in outlining the contents. Another success factor is to establish a good atmosphere between teachers and students, which is possible only if the teachers have time and opportunity to get to know their students. My examination shows that it is important to have a well thought-out plan to follow, but it must be adjusted to the needs and preconditions of the school in question..

This thesis follows a qualitative method and aim to describe firms? international business at an emerging market seen from a network perspective. The purpose of the thesis is to study in what way business relations and networks influence the process of internationalization and describe the way in which companies handle the external network in relation to acquisitions. Further does our purpose include analyzing if a firm?s network may be the main factor for why international business occurs.
