På 1970-talet var flygbolaget Southwest Airlines en av pionjärerna inom området lojalitetsprogram då de införde bonusprogrammet ?Sweetheart Stamps? för sina tjänsteresenärer. Många flygbolag följde efter och idag har nästan varje flygbolag sitt eget bonusprogram. I det här läget försöker FlyNordic, uppdragsgivaren till denna uppsats, att hitta ett sätt att skapa lojalitet bland sina tjänsteresenärer.Frågan är vad tjänsteresenärer önskar sig av bolaget för att vara lojala mot det. Syftet med denna uppsats är att ge rekommendationer till FlyNordic om hur de kan skapa lojalitet bland sina tjänsteresenärer i Umeå och Luleå.

PROBLEM: Kunskap om vad utbildning om utvecklingssamtalet ger för effekter är något som vi anser saknas i den vetenskapliga världen och det är detta vi vill bidra med i denna uppsats. SYFTE: Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva vad ökade utbildningsinsatser till medarbetare kan få för effekter på kvalitén i utvecklingssamtalen. METOD: Då vi arbetar utifrån ett tolkande och beskrivande perspektiv kommer en kvalitativ undersökning att behandlas. Vi är intresserade av att studera indikationer på samband mellan olika begrepp och eftersom inga statistiska samband skall beskrivas anser vi att denna form av studie bör genomföras. Vi ska endast kontakta en organisation vilket gör att vi anser att intervjuer som undersökningsmetod är det mest relevanta att använda.

The city is complex, multi-faceted and fascinating. The same can be said about the rooms of the city. The experience of the rooms of the city can be described in as many ways as there are individuals. The question concerned in this essay is How can you describe the rooms of the city as a phenomenon and how can you describe the experience of these rooms in general? The concepts city and room are widely understood and neither of them has a description that can be used in all situations.

The purpose of this thesis has been to signify what creates quality for the dwellers. Bycreating a definition of the term we have showed how well the qualitycriteria?s has been fulfilled in the newly built one family house area Pumpkällehagen in Viskafors.The questions the thesis gives answers to is: What is quality for the dwellers inhousebuilding of today? and How well have these quality aspects been carried out in tracthousing areas? These questions have taken us to our main goal: To describe what qualityfor the dwellers is and how well it has been carried out in a certain area.The literature review is describing what was published before the making of this thesis.From four different publications within the concept of quality an analysis template hasbeen enacted. This template has been used for our case study, but is also supposed towork in future analysis of tract housing areas.Interviews was carried out with the areas architects; Ola Nylander and Mattias Karlsson,as well as the client; Mikael Bengtsson. From these we have gathered their point of viewon the background of the area, as well as their view on the term quality for the dwellers.Our work has brought us to enact nine different quality aspects, which we considercreates quality for the dwellers:? The Non-measurable properties? The rooms relative connections? Sufficient and user-friendly property complements? The property complements connection to the apartment? Location of the apartment and connections to the environment? Opportunities of outdoor activities? Orientation and transportation within the area? The social unity? The cost of the apartment and its form of tenureFrom the case study, using the analysis template, we can state that Pumpkällehagen is avery successfully built area where most of our assessment criteria?s and quality aspectshave been fulfilled.

The main aim of this study is to determine whether the monastery in Ny Varberg has been used as a hospital during its active years. The second aim has been to investigate weather the buried individuals at the monastery at Ny Varberg exclusively are deceased monks. Only individuals from the monastery's active years has been included in this study. A total of 16 inhumated individuals was analysed. Both men, women and children was shown to be present, as well as wide spread of children and adults.

De allra flesta av oss kommer ständigt i kontakt med olika dataflöden vilket har blivit en helt naturlig del av vårt nutida informationssamhälle. Dagens företag agerar i en ständigt föränderlig omvärld, och hantering av data och information har blivit en allt viktigare konkurrensfaktor. Detta i takt med att den totala datamängden i den digitala världen har ökat kraftigt de senaste åren. En benämning för gigantiska datamängder är Big Data, som har blivit ett populärt begrepp inom IT-branschen. Big Data kommer med helt nya analysmöjligheter, men det har visat sig att många företag är oroliga för hur de ska hantera och ta tillvara på de växande datamängderna.

Tidigare forskning har visat att det finns ett stort intresse bland unga i Sverige att starta företag. Det har också uppenbarats att det finns brister i ungas kunskaper om företagande och entreprenörskap, och de vet inte heller hur de skall gå tillväga för få den kunskapen. De faktorerna påverkar ungas företagande negativt och hämmar dem i deras önskan om egenföretagande. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka vilka specifika faktorer som hindrar unga från att starta företag, det vill säga vilka osäkerheter de upplever i den industriella omgivningen och hur de kan hanteras. I ett försök att finna metoder som hjälper unga att hantera de osäkerheter som upplevs har jag undersökt hur klusterteorin kan underlätta företagandet.

Thereby the ownership becomes more and more financial, meaning that the return is the most crucial. In an article in Dagens Nyheter the president of the Swedish Shareholders Association and the president of Metall object to the institutional passivity which they consider being an important problem. Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to put the institutional passivity in perspective.

A farm business with 200 animal units and more is classed ?environmentally hazardous activities? and has to make an environmental impact assessment for the business you have today, and the activity after expansion. Before you can construct a building and expand the numbers of animals is a lot of applications to make. I have in this project restricted me to establish a environmental impact assessment and a consultation foundation. To make a environmental impact assessment is the big part of the application. The environmental impact assessment take a lot of time and you need skills for all the rules in the environmental code to be abele to make an environmental impact assessment approved. The environment codes purposes (1 kap 1 § Miljöbalken) is to rule the laws. The purpose of the environment code is to promote sustainable development which will assure a healthy and sound environment for present and future generations. According to the Council of Europe we are facing an economic and demographic challenge, when the baby boomers of the 1940?s are retiring. Economists have for a long time studied the connection between economic factors and fertility, and several studies have found a correlation between business cycles and birth rates.
