The role of the quality manager has evolved from being a quality controller to work with a more global business. Within many organizations in Sweden, however, the traditional role of the quality manager's remains and the tasks categorized as quality control still takes up most of the quality manager's time. The survey conducted as part of this master thesis shows that the quality manager in most businesses has multiple roles in addition to the role of quality manager, which can create a role conflict. One consequence of this is that each improvement is not given priority due to time constraints. Although the importance of a clear and committed leadership is the key for succeeding as the quality manager.

A study of communication content, frequency and problems was performed at the Swedish Air Force Air Combat Simulation Centre, FLSC. The purpose was to investigate the connection between team communication and performance variables, to study communication problems during air combat and to employ and develop the PILOT method of communication problem analysis. Ten fighter pilots and four fighter controllers engaged in simulated air combat beyond visual range in teams on two sides, Blue and Red, with four pilots and one fighter controller each. Eight such training runs lasting 15 to 25 minutes were analyzed with regard to the Blue team?s communication during launch situations, i.e.

In this database more than 12 000 eventreports are stored sorted in three categories, category 1, 2 and 3. The databasecontains events from the start of Oskarshamn 1 in 1972 till present time.All nuclear power plants in Sweden are obliged to report any deficiency in theirbarriers and/or the defense in depth in obedience to SSMFS 2008:1.When a failure is detected or there is reasonable suspicion of a deficiency, the eventreport should be classified as a deficiency of category -1, 2 or 3 [1].The event reports are logged and archived in the register of SSM. Machine-to-machine (M2M) communication is a phase in the digital revolution connecting computing devices with each other bringing along new business opportunities for companies. Although being a fast growing field it has not been researched to any greater extent, particularly not within the academical literature. Consequently, information on how M2M can affect organisations seems strongly needed. This thesis uses three perspectives, derived from already recognised business benefits of M2M, as an aid to select proper theoretical tools to investigate the phenomenon. The purpose of this thesis is to gain knowledge of how an M2M adoption affects a firm?s organisation, customer offerings and customer relations.

Patienter med hjärtsvikt är en stor patientgrupp som har ökat i antal då hjärtsjukvården förbättrats samt att medellivslängden har ökat i Sverige. Hjärtsvikt karaktäriseras av påfrestande symtom och påverkar både patient och anhöriga i deras vardag. För att individen ska kunna hantera sin livssituation behövs stöd ifrån både omgivningen och vården. Syftet med studien var att belysa betydelsen av stöd till patienter med hjärtsvikt. Metoden var en litteraturstudie innehållande totalt 13 vetenskapliga artiklar.

It is important to define this status since the consequence of being unlimited liable to tax according to chapter 3 § 8 Swedish income tax law (1999:1229) is imposed tax on every revenue from Sweden and overseas. When deciding the fiscal status Sweden uses the principle of domicile which makes the home of the taxable person important.Despite domilication in another country a person can be considered to have such bonds to Sweden that they still should be unlimited liable to tax here. During the development of the Swedish communal tax law (1928:370) the term essential linkage was introduced. There are numerous factors which can affect this assessment but in case-law some factors have been considered more important than others.

Metod: För att uppnå vårt syfte och besvara vår frågeställning har vi utifrån tidigare forskning byggt upp en teoretisk referensram som vi sedan utgått från för att samla in empiriskt material. Detta har skett genom intervjuer med tre entreprenörer.

Another purpose was to investigate if there existed any differences between the companies in how they are handling different factors like for example a law change and how it could affect customer relations.

The following report is the result of a study on the ability to create value for customers in business development through the use of agile methods. We ask what the advantages and limitations of agile methods are in the creation of customer value. Grounded Theory and an initial literature review was used to answer this question.

Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) is a way to graphically draw a diagram of a business process. A BPMN diagram consists of several so-called flow objects. These are interconnected in the graph through sequence flows. BPMN models are merely graphical representations of business process and there is a need to simulate these diagrams for different purposes. The simulation that now is available for BPMN is that the model is evaluated by checking if it is correct.

Uppsatsens syfte är att analysera hur värdebokslut kan leda till att motivera
medarbetare för att öka värdeskapande i tjänsteorganisationer i avsikt att
säkerställa framtida överlevnad samt att undersöka vad det kan resultera i.
Syftet består vidare av att jämföra tjänsteorganisationer och därefter redogöra
för i vilken betydelse det har för värdeskapandet i vilken grad arbetet enligt
värdebokslutets idéer sker.
Vi har använt oss av den kvalitativa metoden för att genomföra undersökningen.
Studien är genomförd med hjälp av intervjuer samt relevant litteratur inom
området.
Vår studie visar att i värdebokslutsorganisationer är organisationens
värderingar, medarbetarnas möjlighet till utveckling samt dialog och
kommunikation viktiga för att skapa motivation och vara värdeskapande. Graden
av arbetet enligt värdebokslutets idéer har visat sig ha betydelse för
värdeskapandet i organisationen..
