Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to study how the hotel chain Radisson SAS works with prolonged customer relations with their business clients, with other words the clients that have business agreements with them.Methods: This study will contain an inductive approach and qualitative methods. The qualitative research method is in the shape of a deep interview with the sales manager of Radisson SAS and qualitative interviews of chosen business clients to the hotel.Results: The results of this investigation show that business clients are controlled by what kind of agreements their company has.The companies sign agreements with hotels and hotel chains that are able to satisfy big parts of their needs, if not all of them.With the help of flexible solutions, a well known brand, and good relations, Radisson SAS has made sure that their business clients have prolonged their agreements.They are a global hotel chain near transports, and business clients feel secure with Radisson SAS..

The purpose of this report is to illustrate potentials and problems with withdrawal of quality timber of birch. The purpose is also to describe possible ways to increase available quantities of quality timber. Former research is reviewed as introduction. The study begins with a prognosis of future volumes of birch timber based on consequence analyze by Swedish Forestry Agency. To illustrate the importance of active maintenance, two stands are estimated and simulated in the Heureka module StandWise.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka lärares uppfattning om utomhuspedagogik och erfarenhet av att undervisa i utomhusmiljö. Respondentundersökningen utgick från de fyra frågeställningarna: Hur uppfattar lärare utomhuspedagogik? Vilka erfarenheter har lärare av att undervisa i utomhusmiljö? Hur uppfattar lärare elevers lärande i utomhusmiljö? Är det ett effektivt lärande som lärarna beskriver utifrån David Kolbs ?The Experiential Learning Cycle??Kvalitativa intervjuer användes som metod och genomfördes på tre olika grundskolor i mellersta Sverige. Den ena skolan har en miljö/naturprofil, de två andra skolorna har inte en miljö/naturprofil. Det insamlade materialet bearbetades med hjälp av en tematisk analys, samt utifrån David Kolbs erfarenhetsbaserade cirkel ? ?The Experiential Learning Cycle?.I studien redovisas lärarnas uppfattningar och erfarenheter, resultatet visar att lärarna uppfattar utomhuspedagogik som ett praktiskt arbetssätt där lärandet blir konkret.

In this paper we have examined why seniors do not use e-business to the same extent as other age groups. Seniors belong to the age group that, according to statistics from Statistics Sweden (SCB) in 2011, utilizes e-business the least in relation to the number who use the internet. To understand how seniors reason and perceive the possibility to shop on the internet, we have conducted four interviews with people from 65 years and older. We have let the respondents answer questions regarding utility aspects, e-business interfaces, general shopping habits, risks, and whether or not they usually shop online. We also found out how seniors reason when they sell products and services.

The work examines geographical variations of bicycle use in Trondheim municipality with the aim to create an understanding of what influences the use of bicycles and explain the geographical travel pattern for cycling. The work focuses on the how physical structures generates different transports effects. Where bicycle travels in Trondheim municipality are undertaken is described by using network analysis in ArcGIS, based on aggregated data from the travel habit survey (RVU) in 2009/2010. Trondheim municipality is divided into smaller geographical units (zoner) whose characteristics are described by 19 variables, categorized into 6 groups; Distance, Land use, Topography, Bicycle Facilities, Road characteristics and Demographic factors.By linear regression analysis in SPSS and ArcGIS Spatial Analyst, an explanatory model is elaborated. The variablesdistance to the regional center, workplace density, percentage separate bike paths and hilly terrain explains 78 percent of where cycle journeys are undertaken.
