Known to be one of the most important resources, but also one of the most difficult ones to obtain, the workforce constitutes (consistence) the core of any organization. To find the right person for a particular position is not a trivial task. The recruitment of new staff members is important for any organization in general, but for treating organizations in particular. In order to provide the best service for its clients, it is, for a treating organization, vital to recruit nothing but highly qualified personnel. A well educated workforce can more easily stick to the treatment program and thus maintain treatment integrity.

Informations- och Kommunikationsteknologins betydelse för affärsmodeller i förlagsbranschen
Syfte: Syftet med vår undersökning är att bidra med en bredare förståelse för
komplexiteten som ICT kan ge upphov till i framtagandet av nya affärsmodeller.
Genom en bredare förståelse vill vi bidra till att förbättra de förutsättningar
som ICT kan möjliggöra till för mindre svenska bokförlag på en digitaliserad
marknad.
Metod: Vi har använt oss av primärdata i form av kvalitativa intervjuer, samt
sekundärdata bestående av relevant statistik gällande priskänslighet och
benägenheten att vilja läsa e-böcker. För att nå en tillförlitlig slutsats har
vi valt att lyfta fram teori som berör affärsmodeller och förändringen av
dessa.
Slutsats: ICT har viss betydelse hos mindre svenska förlag i arbetet med att
utveckla nya affärsmodeller.
Human Resource: involvering av personal : "alla ska med"
Our surrounding world is constantly changing and to be able to keep up with the fast pace of change organizations need to be prepared to transform as well. If there is a need for an organization to undergo a change process, the people constituting the organization also need to be prepared to change their behavior. In order for the change process to turn out successful, it is of the utmost importance that all employees are given the chance to take part in the process. The challenge for leaders during a change process is, therefore, to ensure that their employees actively get involved.The purpose of this study is to apply Human Resource (HR) theories on to an organization in order to critically review how leaders in practice, can involve their employees, on the basis of a change process.The study is a qualitative case study, the empirical material has been collected at Falkenbergs Sparbank with the help of one unstructured interview with an employee at the marketing department and four semi structured interviews with the office managers.Relationship oriented leadership is beneficial to use during change since it advocates an open relationship between co-workers and exchange of information and knowledge. Relationship oriented leadership is considered to be a good leadership style if organizations wants to turn Human Resource theories in to practice.

Multi-brand portfolios are characterized by comprising many brands in the same product category. Companies that have chosen to organize their products according to this strategy are facing both possibilities, such as expanding the accessible market size, and challenges such as how to organize the brands, their individual roles and their relation and position to the other brands in the category to maximize revenues. To address these aspects of multi-brand portfolios, I have investigated four product categories where multiple brands are represented at Mölnlycke Health Care, Unilever, Fagerhult and L?Oréal; how the multi-brand portfolios are organized, how the segmentation, positioning and product differentiation are done and what advantages and disadvantages that are associated with this strategy. My conclusions are that multi-brand portfolios can be organized in many different ways and to become successful, they have to be set in relation to the company?s whole brand architecture.

ABSTRACT
This study consists of a comparison between a public and a private organization that works with people with mental unhealth. The first organization is an authority that conducts investigations to determine if their clients are qualified to receive some sort of help in their daily lives as a part of the Swedish welfare system. The private organization works with offering different kinds of daily activities for people with mental unhealth as a work-training program or to help them create a daily routine in their lives. Our purpose with this paper is to compare the work of the two different organizations based on their organizational framework to see what similarities and differences there are in their work and their chosen approach in meetings with their clients. Our chosen method is that of semi-structured qualitative interviews with three different employees in each organization.

Mätning och utvärdering av innovation : "What gets measured gets done"
This Master of Science Thesis was a complement project to the PIEp study MENTOL, carried out at a Swedish midsize medical device company.. PIEp nationally works for a long-term increase of the innovation capability of people and organizations. The purpose of this study was to find measuring parameters of innovation that fit medium-sized technological companies and organizations, Another purpose was to evaluate an innovation investment at the company, consisting of external consultant?s education of key personnel in innovation, and a two day innovation seminar with all personnel at the company participating. The methods used during this Master of Science Thesis were: feasibility and literature studies about innovation and innovation measurements, quantitative and qualitative interviews, surveys and workshops.For an accurate measure of innovation it is crucial to a have full understanding of what innovation is, and clarity of the purpose of the measurement itself.

The motive behind our choice of alignment is that the mechanisms of corporate governance often are described from the perspective of the joint-stock company, making it valuable and interesting to study these mechanisms from the co-operative point of view.

The purpose of this study is to describe if and how a seasonal based company named SkiStar, learns through the exchange of experience and knowledge. We have analyzed gathered qualitative and empirical data to explore this subject. We conducted three semi-structured group interviews with employees from the SkiStarshop division. They described their routines and procedures in SkiStarshop. The collected data was processed and analyzed through our theoretical framework.
En mix av krav: En studie av finansieringsmodeller i ideell sektor
In this thesis a study about funding in civil-society organizations is carried out. The aim is to understand how an organization in civil-society is affected by different forms of financing models. The empirical material in the thesis consists of a case study of three Swedish civil-society organizations (CSO) producing social services in the field of rehabilitation of people with a drug addiction. The case study consists of mainly interviews with people holding a leading position in the three organizations together with a study of for the research question relevant documents. From the empirical material, including an extensive analysis of these organizations different income sources, a partial model of how to categorize and analyze different forms of funding in CSOs is developed.
Hälsoekonomiska utvärderingar av medicinteknik
Syfte: Att bidra med en förklaring till hur företag i sina relationer till
omgivande intressenter påverkas av statliga regleringar.
Metod: Studien är baserad på sekundärdata i form av bland annat
branschorganisations- och myndighetsrapporter och vetenskapliga artiklar.
Primärdata har samlats in genom åtta intervjuer med ämneskunniga,
representanter för myndigheter, branschorganisationer och företag.
Slutsatser: Analysen visar att de hälsoekonomiska utvärderingarna genomförda av
TLV är ett sätt för statsmakten att förflytta ett visst mått av makt och
styrning till den reglerande myndigheten. Eftersom dessa utvärderingar spelar
en roll för landstingens beslut vid upphandling av medicinteknik, genom att
rikta uppmärksamhet mot samhällsekonomisk effektivitet, inverkar myndighetens
verksamhet reglerande på efterfrågan av medicinteknik-företagens produkter.
Detta innebär att det förändrade förfaringssättet gällande hälsoekonomiska
utvärderingar ställer krav på medicinteknikföretagen att anpassa sina
verksamheter efter de nya förutsättningarna..
Sjuksköterskans tid för omvårdnad : Underlag inför implementering av patientnärmre vård på en medicinsk vårdavdelning
Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur stor del av ett dagarbetspass som sjuksköterskor på en medicinavdelning ägnar sig åt omvårdnad i relation till andra arbetsuppgifter samt sjuksköterskans uppfattning om den tid denne lägger ner på olika arbetsuppgifter. Metod som använts var observation av nio sjuksköterskor med avseende på tidsåtgång för sex fördefinierade arbetsuppgifter; administration, omvårdnad, läkemedelshantering, ansvarsområden, rond och rapport. Enkäter delades även ut till sjuksköterskorna på avdelningen gällande självskattning av tidsåtgång för arbetsuppgifterna samt instämmande till påståenden angående deras uppfattning om tiden räckte för de olika arbetsuppgifterna. Resultatet visar att sjuksköterskorna lägger ned mest tid på administration följt av omvårdnad, rond, läkemedelshantering, rapport och sist ansvarsområden. Omvårdnad utgjorde 21 % av den sammanlagda arbetstiden och de uppgav att de för närvarande inte har tillräckligt med tid för denna arbetsuppgift. .
