To implement an ERP-system is not an easy process. The success of the implementation depend on many different variables. The most important one is perhaps the requirement process, to define what the organization wants and expects from the system. In this study, the advantages of a process mapping are examined, in relation to the phase where the requirements are expressed in an ERP-implementation. The conclusion is that a process mapping generates an increased communication with the supplier of the ERP-system, hence the business knows their processes and thereby what they want from the system.

This thesis analyzes the consequences of ?Lex Uggla? ? a law concerning the boundaries between firm and individual with respect to wealth taxation ? for small businesses, with more than 3 million SEK in over-liquidity. There are two main findings of this thesis. Firstly, the wealth taxation of non-operational assets seems to be an inefficient tax which costs the Swedish welfare system much more than it generates. Secondly, the change in actions among entrepreneurs following the extensive news coverage following the tax authority?s charges against the company of the well-known artist, Magnus Uggla (hence ?Lex Uggla?) illustrates that neither changes of rules nor new applications of rules is necessarily sufficient for an agent to change course of action.

A large part of the agricultural products that are sold in Sweden are imported because Sweden cannot meet the consumers agriculture products demand all year around. One problem that can occur and become problematic when trading across boarders is if there are errors in the delivered agricultural products. What must the Swedish buyer do, for example, make for it to be considered complained fault in the goods against the seller? Another problem in international trade is that the buyer may need to apply complaint rules they have not previously been in contact with since their domestic law is not always applicable to the contract. To avoid getting into this situation, the buyer should try to negotiate with the seller that the contracting parties shall use compensation claim rules that the buyer is familiar with, or which is even more advantageous than to the seller.

Kunderna till Softwerk AB har dock uttryckt ett behov av att även kunna nå ut till sina användare med en webbaserad samt en utskrivningsbar lösning. AppCMS?s exportformat har därför analyserats för att undersöka möjligheten till att återanvända det existerande exportformatet från AppCMS  även för dessa plattformarna.

New guidelines and laws were set to try and improve the quality of the auditing business while trying to restore stained reputation. Vi avser att i denna uppsats jämföra Sveriges system för kommunal revision med det motsvarande i Danmark avseende vad som granskas, vem som granskar, målgrupp samt ansvarsprövning. Vidare har vi som målsättning att diskutera eventuella förbättringar av dagens svenska system med utgångspunkt av vad som framkommit i studien.Vi har studerat vårt problemområde genom en kvalitativ undersökning baserad på en jämförande studie mellan två kommuner. Vi utgår från att undersöka teorin och hur regelverket fungerar för att sedan jämföra detta med en empirisk undersökning byggd på intervjuer. En förtroendevald kan idag ha ett flertal roller och detta är något som bör förändras, då en oberoende position borde stärka tillförlitligheten i revisionen. Vi fann dock att det stora problemet inte är att det finns en revision med politiska representanter, då de sakkunniga har ett stort inflytande, utan problemet ligger i ansvarsprövningen.
