Den handlar även om Dynaroad som är ett planeringsverktyg anpassad för anläggningsverksamheter. Rapporten tar upp förutsättningar och komponenter som man behöver för att kunna köra maskinstyrning samt dessa system.Huvudämnet är sedan vad som händer när man kopplar ihop systemen, SiteLink 3D och Dynaroad, till ett och låter de samarbeta. The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of how venture capitalists can use their network in order to reduce information asymmetries between themselves and the venture management team. A qualitative approach with semi-structured interviews, consisting of open questions, have been used to receive gradate information in order to reach our explorative purpose. Our theoretical framework consists of relevant studies made on the dynamics of networks and the problems that can arise in the complex relationship between a principal and an agent. We have been interviewing two venture capital firms and therepresentatives from two business angel networks. We also made an additional interview with an influential financial actor in order to try to verify our conclusions Our conclusions are that an extensive network can be used by venture capitalists in order to; verify ventures? technologies, complement the competences in the venture management team, and arrange co-investments, resulting in reduced information asymmetries between themselves and the venture management team.

Because of the scandals the food industry and the farm association have created a certifying system; IP-Sigill Swedish standard system. We contacted Skånemejerier as they have been successful in the certifying area. They asked us if we wanted to do a study in the certifying area of dairy farmers. At Skånemejerier they gave us most of the literature in the area about certifying. The result of the study, is that we have taken up the most common remark?s. The most frequent remark is journal over routines in management of dairy cows on daily basis. Another remark of the study is that the frequency of the remarks decreases with greater production..

This paper describes a factor analysis applied at the data of the European Union structural indicators. These are the official indicators for wealth and economic development in the European Union with main use to evaluate the outcomes of the year 2000 Lisbon goals for making the European Union the world?s strongest economy by 2010. The purpose of the data is to serve for comparing and ?learning by doing?-policies, but have, due to size and format, so far been hard to use for a good compare between member countries.

Denna studie undersöker hur offentliganställda servicearbetare ser på sin arbetssituation i tider av nedskärningar. Fyra receptionister och telefonister har intervjuats med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer, varefter det empiriska materialet har analyserats med koppling till fyra teoretiska avsnitt som även inkorporerar närbesläktad tidigare forskning. De viktigaste slutsatserna som kan dras i denna studie är att de anställda påverkas av nedskärningar i sin arbetssituation och att de tillämpar kollektiva strategier för att påverka situationen. Genom diskussioner har de format gemensamma mål och stärkt solidariteten i gruppen för att värja sig mot nedskärningarnas effekter. De upplever sina kollektiva ansatser som framgångsrika och värdefulla men upplever en otrygghet inför framtiden, där rädslan för fortsatta nedskärningar är ett framträdande inslag..

This thesis describes and examines a new line of business, CleanTech. CleanTech comprises a wide range of different types of companies and is not yet well defined. In this thesis only the Swedish market is considered, and a variety of players on the market are included to give the most extensive picture of the current situation. Recent research shows that a gap has arisen between governmental financing and private equity-investments in CleanTech-companies. This gap occurs mainly in companies in expansive phases and causes problems both for the companies and for the line of business as a whole. To investigate this gap the Swedish CleanTech-business is described in terms of earlier and existing financing, age and size of the companies and their turnover and profit.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate how well vision and strategies communicates from division level to underlying business unit levels with focus on the Balanced Scorecard Concept. The investigation was carried out within the ANS division and two of its underlying business units at the LFV Group (Swedish Airports and Air Navigation Services). ANS is responsible for the air navigation services in Sweden and the production of the services is carried out of the business units AER (En Route) and ATA (Tower and Approach). With Air Navigation Services means supervision and conducting air traffic mainly within national air space. The purpose of the services is to insure that air traffic could be carried out in a safe way.The Balanced Scorecard was introduced for the first time in the beginning of the 1990´s.

Background: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a term that has become increasingly prominent in the corporate world. In the business category of micro, there is currently no widespread research, which makes this company size interesting to study. The choice of industry was made because coffee is one of the world's most important merchandise, and the coffee industry has come a long way with integrating CSR in comparision to many other industries.Purpose and research question: The purpose of this study is to create a deeper understanding of why coffee roasters in the business category of micro enterprises choose to incorporate CSR in their businesses.

ABSTRACT This essay is about traffic analysis of Web servers. The purpose is to investigate if companies analyse the traffic on the Web server and if they use this information to create more than simple statistic reports. The questions that we will answer are the following: ? How common is traffic analysis on the Web server among companies? ? Is the Web administrator limited in analysing the Web traffic, if the company has the website on a Web hotel? ? Does the company uses the results they get from analysing the traffic on the Web server for updates and changes on the Web page? To answer these questions we made a questionnaire investigation by telephone interviewing the companies? webmasters. The extent of the investigation was 20 companies in Blekinge. The information we gathered from the investigation showed that it is becoming more common that companies analyse the traffic on the Web page and that they uses the information to more than statistic reports, for example updates and changes of the Web page.

SammanfattningDen här rapporten beskriver arbetet att ta fram försöksmaterial i form av 3D-modeller med tillhörande animationer till det Internetbaserade rådgivningsverktyget för läkemedelsprodukter AssistansPlus*. Utöver detta ger rapporten en inblick i hur framtagning av 3D-medierat material för Internet, inom området rådgivning och presentation, kan se ut generellt.Viktigt att tänka på vid arbetet med modeller och animationer till AssistansPlus är att de måste anpassas till W3D formatet, som 3D spelaren i verktyget är utvecklad i. De viktigaste var här att veta vad som följde med vid en export till formatet W3D (animerandet måste ske på ett relativt analogt sett, vissa bildformat för texturerna fungerar bättre än andra etc.). Rapporten innehåller en checklista som ska fungera som en guide vid framtida framtagning av material till verktyget. Filstorlek är av stor vikt i arbete med 3D för Internet och var därför en viktig del också i uppdraget.Att begränsa filernas storlek genom att använda så få ytor som möjligt, genom att stiliseramodellerna och genom att göra texturer så bra som möjligt i förhållande till filstorleken, var viktiga delar arbetet.

Method: A qualitative method is used, since this thesis aims at getting an understanding of a specific phenomena; the intention to entrepreneurial behaviour.

I denna empiriska studie undersöker vi den reala växelkursens och reala BNP:s påverkan på Sveriges bilaterala handelsbalans med 11 länder mellan år 1995-2011. Med en felkorrigeringsmodell i ARDL-format testar vi för långsiktig kointegration. Därefter estimeras den reala växelkursens och reala BNP:s påverkan på den bilaterala handelsbalansen. Vi finner endast stöd för J-kurvsfenomenet och uppfyllt Marshall-Lerner villkor i 2 av 11 handelsförbindelser. Istället observerar vi ett starkare samband mellan real BNP och handelsbalansen.

Saab Aerosystems have had one dominating product, JAS 39 Gripen, and one dominating customer, FMV, for a long time. The operations management system at Aerosystems is adjusted for development of Gripen and as the business unit is trying to enter new markets with other products and customer the operations needs to be adjusted to fit the development and manufacturing of these products as well.The purpose of the master thesis has been to investigate how Aerosystems is managing requirements on operations from external customers and how to make improvements within this area. The aim has been to carry out a situation analysis to identify where improvements are possible and then produce proposals for improvements through studies of literature and other business units. The thesis also include a study of knowledge transfer within the business unit to investigate how this can be applied to improve the managing of requirement on the operations.An extensive interview study has been carried out in which interviews mainly have been conducted with employees at Aerosystems, but also at Saab Avitronics and Saab Aerostructures. The reason why these business units have been examined is because they have carried out a large number of successful businesses with external customers, which also are potential customers for Aerosystems in the future.The interviews have been analysed to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the present way of working.
