The ÅF Group is a leader in technical consulting, with expertise founded on more than a century of experience. They offer highly qualified services and solutions for industrial processes, infrastructure projects and the development of products and IT systems. They are also one of the leading names in certified third-party testing and inspection work.Today the ÅF Group has approximately 4,000 employees. Their base is in Europe, but their business and clients are found all over the world.A part of ÅF-Engineerings business is programming different automation systems to clients. Another part is support in both telephone and personal visits.Because the number of clients is high and the flora of different automation systems is big the consequence is that the employees must have access to many licenses with programming tools.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine how the build-up of customer relations can be characterized at the end of the industrial selling process and how companies engage their cross-functional selling teams into this relationship building effort. Through a case study of Omega, a multinational company engaged in the selling of products of an industrial character, it was revealed that the build-up and maintaining of the customer relationship is of acute importance, as it presents the company with a window of opportunities. Through its relationship with the customer the company can be able to sell other products, which are related to the original purchase made by the customer. For the company?s competitors the established relationship might also serve as a barrier when attempting to enter the market or increase market share.

Detta examensarbete har utförts på Ovako Bar i Hällefors i syfte att kontrollera möjligheterna att automatisera en slipningsprocess på stänger med ytdefekter. Det största skälet till arbetets uppkomst är de vibrationsskador som uppstår i operatörers händer vilket i sin tur leder till sjukskrivningar.Arbetet inleddes med en nulägesanalys på Kontrollstation 7 för att kontrollera hur processen går till, hur operatörerna upplever situationen och få en större förståelse för situationen. Information om nuvarande utrustning inhämtas i syfte att kunna utvärdera möjligheter. Kontakter med potentiella leverantörer togs också, i syfte att få ytterligare bollplank.Efter nulägesanalysen inleddes förbättringsförslagsprocessen. Lösningar till problemet uppkom ur brainstorming efter kravspecifikationen.

Syftet med rapporten är att förse en dagligvarugrossist med en bra grund till kravspecifikation för att användas vid införande av ett automatiserat fördelningsflöde. Kravspecifikationen är inte helomfattande, men ska kunna brukas som grund till resonerande tankar runt om huruvida man ska automatisera eller inte. Frågeställningen som behandlas är: ? Att skapa ett underlag för en kravspecifikation åt ett grossistföretag. Underlaget ska vara lämpligt att använda vid en offertförfrågan för automatisering av deras nuvarande manuella fördelningssystem.

The purpose with this examination is to build a measureequipment to AerotechTelub AB (AT), who will registrate fault in SRAM-memory in contact with cosmic radiation. The equipment will be created around developcard from Memec Design with FPGA from Xilinx. The logic in the FPGA will be implemented with the hardwaredescribed language VHDL. The SRAM-memory that will be tested is build in CMOS-teknologi. The memorycells will be loaded with a predecided bitpattern.

Denna rapport beskriver det examensarbete som genomförts av Johan Möller. Examensarbetets syfte var att utveckla en lösning för att flytta virtuella maskiner mellan olika datastores som finns i virtuella miljöer. Examensarbetet utfördes på Atea Sverige AB som hyr ut virtuella serverlösningar till sina kunder. Arbetet är utfört på 10 veckor, där den största delen av tiden har gått åt till att sätta upp en lämplig virtuell testmiljö som liknar Ateas riktiga produktionsmiljö.Av rapporten framgår hur jag har satt upp den virtuella testmiljön. Jag redovisar även utvecklingsarbetet som genomförts för att få mitt script för att flytta virtuella maskiner mellan olika datastores att fungera på det sätt jag ville, det vill säga utföra uppgiften på ett så enkelt och säkert sätt som möjligt.

Syfte:Elektronisk handel är ett växande fenomen i affärsvärlden. Att förstå företagens avsikt med e-handelsanvändning är viktigt för både akademiker såväl som praktiker. Företag, organisationer och till och med kommuner har börjat bedriva e-handel för att automatisera, effektivisera och på sikt spara pengar i sina verksamheter. Syftet med denna studie är att empiriskt beskriva e-handelns utveckling och användning i Sverige och specifikt inom den teknologiska industrin som arbetar med automation. Metod:Denna studie behandlar e-handel i automationsföretag. Respondenterna ombads att validera betydelsen av e-handel genom webbaserade enkäter.

The global spread of the Internet has enabled busniesses and consumers in all industries to be better informed. Consequently, the buying process has appeared to become different from what tratditional models implies. As the buying behaviour among customers is evolving, selling companies are responding to this change. This thesis evolves around the consequences that the developing relationship between buyer and seller in business-to-business companies has led to. The topic in focus is the buzzword and phenomena "content marketing" with its marketing and selling strategy.

Övergången från CATIA V4 till CATIA V5 innebär nya möjligheter för konstruktörerna på Scania att arbeta med Knowledge Based Engineering, KBE, för att effektivisera och kvalitets-säkra sitt arbete. Då CATIA V5 är en ny plattform som innehåller verktyg med samlingsnamnet knowledgware, för att bygga in kunskap i modeller ville Scania undersöka potentialen i att arbeta med KBE, och hur detta skulle kunna ske på Scania. Vid traditionell produktutveckling tas en helt ny artikel fram vid behov och ofta innebär detta att arbete som tidigare utförts, görs om igen. Syftet med arbetet är därför att undersöka huruvida KBE i CATIA V5 kan erbjuda möjligheter att återanvända kunskap från tidigare arbete och samtidigt kvalitetssäkra denna, samt utreda vilka knowledgewarelicenser som i så fall kan vara lämpliga för Scania.För att göra detta har en litteraturstudie genomförts för att undersöka vad som har gjorts inom området, och även en intervjustudie har utförts inom R&D på Scania. Vidare har sakkunniga på Linköpings Universitet och Tekniska Högskolan i Jönköping intervjuats.

Sepsis (blodförgiftning) är ett allvarligt tillstånd och behöver en snabb diagnos som fastställs genom blodprov. Blodprov från hela Stockholms Län skickas till Karolinska Universitetslaboratoriet (KUL) för analys, där biomedicinska analytiker och läkare fastställer arten på infektionen och beslutar vilken antibiotikabehandling är optimal.Målet med arbetet var att identifiera eventuella problem som skapar flaskhalsar hos Klinisk Mikrobiologi i Solna som är en del av KUL. Därefter skulle lösningsförslag framföras och möjligheten att införa blodprover i ett nytt automatiskt system, BD Kiestra Total Lab Automation undersökas.Verksamhetskedjan för laboratoriet analyserades genom observationer och läsning av metodbeskrivningar. Utifrån verksamhetsanalysen identifierades sedan problem. En utbildning med BD Kiestra TLA gav en översikt av hur systemet fungerar samt fördelarna med att använda det.Genom litteraturstudier samt öppna intervjuer kunde förslag på lösningar och förbättringar framföras. Resultaten behandlar de lösningsförslagen för de identifierade problemen, och sammanfattas i en tabell. BD Kiestra TLA behandlades separat med en systembeskrivning, följt av de problem som finns för införandet av blodprov och hur dessa problem kan lösas..

To automate software testing is an investment, and that makes it important to have good knowledge about automation before an implementation is made. In this master thesis a study about automated testing is carried out. The study also includes a closer look at the testing tool TestComplete. TestComplete is one out of many tools on the market that is developed for automated GUI testing and the goal is to get a picture of how well the tool can adjust to CC Systems own applications. Studies show that it is hard to write lasting test scripts.

In cooperation with the Gislaved company Lerocon AB [1], a separation module wasdesigned as a further supplement to the Module System. The aim of theprojectimplementation was that the separation module could be flexible enough to feed themetal pieces, screws, nuts and other items with large variations of size, appearance andmaterial composition. The module should also be cost effective to manufacture.A separation module is a design which is ment to streamline the work in industries withautomation of the lineoperations. The module feeds the details such as screws, nuts, washersand pieces of metal in a continuous flow in which traps separate the details from each other.Traps may vary depending on the purpose and of the details that are fed. Perhaps it isimportant for the user that the detail-orientation is right after the separation module, whichmeans that all the pieces witch aren´t are fed back in return.For companies and industries in lineoperations that can be made more efficient withautomation, are production flow an important watchword.

As a result of the so called ?Million Program? between the years 1965 ? 1975 the design-build contract had its breakthrough in Sweden. Since then, the contract form has become increasingly common and now holds a strong position on the Swedish market. In design-build contracts it?s usual that the design and production time is overlapping.

In today's preschool teachers should strive for us to have an inclusive preschool regardless of background, knowledge, culture. The conditions that everyone should have the right to education. Therefore the purpose of this study to enhance the understanding of the informants' views and thoughts regarding the inclusion of children with special needs. My study focused generally on children with special needs, but not against any particular diagnosis or a particular area related to children with special needs. To get answers to my questions I used qualitative interviews.
