The aim of this study is to examine the possibilities to use gamification to reach thepolitical goals for the transportation system in the Stockholm region. The study has aninterdisciplinary approach and is based around two main building blocks: gamificationand the transportation system in the Stockholm region. The first part examinesgamification. This includes contemporary use, debate, academic definition and aninvestigation of how gamified applications should be developed. One of the mainfindings is a suggestion that gamification should be seen as a process rather that a setof predefined game mechanics that can be applied to any activity.

The interest in building low energy houses has increased along with the rising engagement inthe climate questions. With the advancing energy prices it is highly suitably for those whobuild and administer their buildings in long-term to build energy-saving houses. 40 % ofSweden?s total energy consumption constitutes of the energy in residences, therefore it iscrucial to take advantage of all the free energy as we possibly can. With crucial questions likequality of living and profit low energy building is a subject that concerns us all.Three proposals for apartment blocks are presented in this work on a real estate in Stockholm.Each proposal is developed through unique processes of design with the purpose to displaypossibilities to deal with the energy requirements of today and tomorrow through energybased architecture.The first proposal is an apartment block based on a traditional design process, the demands ofthe property owner and it?s affected by opinions from architects.

In this essay, we have compared a conventional house to a passive house. The housesshared the same local conditions; they have the same living area and the same layout. Thedifferences between the houses were the different construction solutions for the roof, theouter walls, the floor and the heating system. It is strongly effected by the expansive and urban region it?s located in but is still rural in character.

The purpose of this thesis is to try to understand, with the help of existing theories and empirical findings, the parameters which are of importance in the development of the pricing capability. We have used a qualitative and abductive methodology approach. The empirical findings have been collected via semi-structured interviews which we have conducted via personal and telephone interviews. Seeing pricing as a capability within the company our theoretical framework mainly consists of the resource-based view and an article explaining and given proof how pricing can be seen as a capability. We also describe the most used pricing strategy today within business-to-business companies, the cost plus strategy.

The lack of the definition makes it difficult for consumers to understand why these funds are special compared to other funds. The purpose of this study is to examine three Swedish companies; KPA Pension, Swedbank Robur and Folksam, to obtain a clearer picture of the concept ethical funds and its definition. The study describes each company's view of Ethics and how they may affect other companies to work for a more sustainable world.

This Diploma work investigates internal air ventilated crawl-space in respect to construction and damp. The Diploma work assumes from a general description of crawl-space and general dump problems in ground construction. An internal air ventilated crawl-space is a construction where you take the ventilation air from the building and bring it down to the crawl-space and lets the air circulate before it passes through a retaining aggregate on the way out from the crawl-space. In this matter you get a worm space under the building and a lot less dump problems in form of · Ground damp · Build damp The ground dump reduces through draining around the building, different layer of gravel between the ground and the building and ventilation of the crawl- space. The build dump reduces through ventilation of the crawl-space as fast as possible.

Försvarets materielverk (FMV) står inför en omfattande ominriktning av verksamheten med tillhörande omorganisation. Den nya verksamheten innefattar att leverera tjänsten försvarslogistik till Försvarsmakten (FM). Då det inte finns någon entydig definition för vad försvarslogistik är så har detta arbete inriktats att utarbeta ett förslag till en sådan definition. Dessutom har en procedur skapats som identifierar relevanta prestandamått för ett godtyckligt försvarslogistiskt system, s.k. Key Performance Indicators (KPI), som kan användas för att påvisa om försvarslogistiken är effektiv eller inte.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att beskriva och precisera innebörden av finansiell kris sett ur ett revisorsperspektiv, samt huruvida revisorer bevakar ett företags ekonomiska ställning för att i tid upptäcka om ett företag är på väg in i en finansiell kris. Undersökningen grundar sig på fem djupintervjuer med revisorer i Malmötrakten. I analysen av studien kom författarna fram till att det kan vara svårt att ge begreppet finansiell kris en definition som passar i alla situationer. Sett ur ett revisorsperspektiv kom författarna fram till att det behövs två definitioner. Definition (1) utgår från ett revisionsperspektiv och definition (2) utgår från ett konsultperspektiv, där definition (1) har ett kortare tidsperspektiv.De metoder revisorerna i denna undersökning använder sig av är dels nyckeltalsanalys men även andra metoder som exempelvis kund- och leverantörsreskontra, rapporter från bevakningsföretag samt täta informationsutbyten med företagen.

Today, social media is used mostly by people in their private life. However, companies are more and more tapping into the area of social media. To this date, mostly B2C companies have been successful in their social media strategies. This qualitative thesis aims to investigate how B2B companies can benefit from using social media as a means to communicate and build relations with their customers. The medtech industry has been chosen as the object of study.Through depth interviews with people in the medtech industry and social media experts, data has been collected in order to answer the questions of (1) how ready customers in the medtech industry are to receive information through social media and (2) how companies can build the best possible social media strategy.

Detta gör det svårt att behandla benhinneinflammation. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att beskriva sjukgymnastens syn på begreppet benhinneinflammation och dess orsak, samt vilka behandlingsmetoder sjukgymnaster använder i öppenvården och vilken profession de tror att denna patientgrupp uppsöker. En webbenkät skickades ut till 154 sjukgymnaster på vårdcentraler och privata kliniker i Sverige.

This bachelor thesis explores how librarian graduates perceive the transfer from university to employment. The authors will examine how librarian graduates experience the relation between knowledge learned from university studies and the qualifications required from the employer. The basis of the thesis is the concept of transition process. In this thesis it is defined as the relation between the knowledge gained from education and the qualifications required by the employer as well as the problem to transfer knowledge between different contexts.The theoretical framework is build upon the concept of competence and its connection to re-contextualized knowledge. The empirical material of the thesis constitutes of five phone interviews with newly employed librarians.

Syftet med denna studie är att skapa en definition av begreppet praktisk kunskap. För att uppnå detta har en litteraturstudie genomförts, i vilken elva relevanta filosofer och deras teorier har belysts. I analysen utkristalliserades åtta olika komponenter i praktisk kunskap. Det råder konsensus dessa filosofer emellan om att denna är kopplad till handling och/eller är grundad på erfarenhet. Den praktiska kunskapen är kontextualiserad och i vissa avseenden råder det ett dialektiskt förhållande mellan teori och praktik.
