Inledningsvis ges en definition av kommunikation sedan följer lite om vad ett samtal är för något. Efter den behadlas kvartsamtalet sedan utvecklingssamtalet. Litteraturdelen avslutas med en beskrivning av hur en lärare kan förbereda, genomföra och utvärdera ett utvecklingssamtal.

This essay is about the engineer platoon. The engineer platoon has many different tasks and from my own experience sometimes too many. The platoon is able to build bridges, clear mines and to perform all kinds of construction work in rural or in urban terrain.In this case study I compare goals/demands for the battalion to goal?s set up for the company and finally what effects this has on the engineer platoons abilities. The main question is, if the engineer platoon really can solve all tasks given to them in the document TOEM? Abilities such as effect, protection and movement are the bearing parts of the case study.The materials I have analyzed are mostly from documents published by The Swedish Armed Forces.

Vårt övergripande syfte med uppsatsen är att beskriva och analysera intern benchmarking. Vi ämnar belysa hur H&M arbetar med intern benchmarking för att empiriskt utvärdera hur detta styrverktyg kan användas och utvecklas.För att uppfylla studiens syfte har författarna valt ett deduktivt angreppssätt, där teorin jämförts med de empiriska data som samlats in från och om fallföretaget. Genom att använda en kvalitativ metod har intervjufrågorna utformats utifrån den uppbyggda teoretiska referensramen. Efter sammanställning av data analyserades empirin utifrån teorin.Studien baseras till stor del på Robert Camps femfasmodell, samt Peter Southard och Diane Parentes flödesschema för benchmarkingprocessen. Även andra teorier om benchmarking behandlas i studien, liksom vidareutvecklingen till benchlearning.Insamling av empiri har skett genom fyra personliga intervjuer och en telefonintervju med anställda på detaljhandels- och modeföretaget H&M.

Uppsatsens syfte är att belysa hur kompetensutveckling som begrepp framträder i ett företags texter och dokument. Vi avser att belysa språkets och textens makt i de sociala relationerna i en verksamhet med hjälp av en diskursanalys. Företag idag lägger stor vikt på att utforma dokument som på olika sätt ska säkerställa kvalitén på det dagliga arbetet genom att tydliggöra vad som skall göras och av vem. Dessa texter är riskabla att luta sig allt för mycket på då dessa kan vara en idealiserad verklighet av det arbete som utförs. Vår utgångspunkt är en kvalitativ ansats med diskursanalys som metod. Denna metod utgår ifrån texter i analysarbetet och dessa behandlar alla i någon form begreppet kompetens-utveckling.

This report describes the construction and development of a control box, which is a tool for testing and verifying a certain model of Rapid?s built in staplers (model A6102). Basically the function of the control box is to interpret any errors that may occur in the stapler and to make it possible to test fire the stapler.The control box should be able to communicate with the stapler using a specialized communication protocol. The different data such as errors, firmware etc. from the stapler is presented in plain language on a display.

En betydande risk för att utveckla undernäring finns vid förekomst av dysfagi, det vill säga ätsvårigheter. Genom att anpassa kostens konsistens kan dock intaget av mat och dryck under-lättas och även möjligheten att tillgodose näringsbehov. Vilken kostkonsistens som serveras bör därmed betraktas som en medicinsk åtgärd och ordination. En förutsättning för att vårdta-garen erhåller rätt kostkonsistens är att kommunikationen mellan olika vårdgivare är väl fun-gerande och att kostansvariga är införstådda med vilken kostkonsistens som vårdtagaren ska inta. Ytterliggare krav på god kommunikation ställs då terminologin för konsistensanpassad kost varierar.

In this essay I have described ecocriticism as a theory with several different subfields that are inspired by a cross-disciplinary approach, such as green culture studies, ecofeminism, and postcolonial ecocriticism. After a short summary of the background of ecocritical studies I analyze the various subfields, take a closer look at their contents and present various examples of ecocritical thinking. A presentation of the commonly used concepts within the discipline and some reflections on these is followed by my final discussion, where I state that even though ecocriticism is a relatively new theory and the concept doesn?t have a clear definition as yet, it is in my view a useful tool for analysis and can with time make valuable contributions to literary studies, not least by introducing a number of new perspectives..

The purpose of this master's thesis is to describe and analyse the origin and development of the library of Workers´ Educational Association in the community of Oskarström. This library is special because the organisation run it much longer than usual, until 1977, and to find an answer to why, we have the following questions: Why does the library of Workers´ Educational Association start their activity in Oskarström, and how does it develop, in relation to premises, librarians, financing, the stock of books and the numbers of books out on loan? What is the reason that the library in Oskarström is municipalized as late as 1977? The methods we use are hermeneutics and evaluation of the sources. The library is founded in 1914 and become important for the workers. Important sources of income are the subventions given by the state, municipality and other associations.

In this thesis proposals for different designs of a borehole thermal energy storage (BTES) have been developed for the building DN-huset in Stockholm, Sweden. To build a BTES results in savings in energy costs by approximately 44 %, i.e. 2 million Swedish crowns annually. Furthermore, a BTES would reduce the annual environmental impact with roughly 75-157 tonnes of CO2 equivalents per year, depending on how the electricity consumption?s environmental impact is estimated.

The Vaxholm conflict was initiated when the Swedish Trade Union for Construction Workers shut down a construction site in order to prevent a Latvian construction company to build a school after the two parties had failed to agree upon a collective agreement in compliance with Swedish regulations. An emotional public debate followed that resulted in a discussion of the proposal for the Services Directive of the EU, based upon the country-of-origin principle. In this thesis we will analyze whether the country-of-origin principle or the country-of-destination principle is best suited to capture the gains-of-trade that the common market hoards and improve welfare within the EU. We conclude that the country-of-origin principle is the more apt of the two, though it leads to some short-run costs such as structural unemployment. But these will be more than outweighed by the gains in aggregate welfare for the EU in the long run..

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur porträtteringen av den unga starka kvinnan som förebild har förändrats i flickboken under 1900-talet. Har framställning av, definition av och synen på vad en kvinnlig förebild är förändrats i litteraturen och vad är egentligen synen på vad en stark kvinna är eller förväntas vara i de verk som studeras?.

Under hela vår utbildningstid, samt utifrån våra erfarenheter från arbetslivet, har ledarskap både varit centralt och fascinerat oss. Mångfaldsarbetet är ett ämne som vi berört då det anammas av allt fler företag i dagens globala era. Ämnet har kommit att bli vitalt bland organisationer, vi har därför valt att utgå från detta i kombination med vårt huvudämne ledarskap i vår magisteruppsats. Vi vill dels knyta an våra lärdomar från vår utbildning Service Management, men även fördjupa oss inom ämnet mångfald, då vi anser det vara ett intressant men diffust ämne. Vår breda kunskapsbas förlitar vi oss till under vår uppsats, då vår grupp består av två elever från inriktningen Hotel & Restaurant Management och en från Retail Management.

There is therefore necessary to find out how companies work to create trust between themselves and their customers.Purpose: The purpose of this report is to examine and explain how staffing companies work to build trust in their relationships with B2B clients through examination of the conceptual model, creating a theoretical contribution.Research question: How do recruiters at staffing companies work to create trust between themselves and the customer?Methodology: The study adopted a quality research method with a deductive approach where the focus wasg on describing and analyzing. The data was collected primarily through semi-­?structured interviews.Research findings: Through the study?s interviews and their results is it possible to see that staffing companies in Växjö is working with trust.

Title: Veingeskolan F - Investigation of the indoor environment and a structural analysisMethod: Complete analysis of structural drawings to determine if the school have been constructed correctly. In my teorethical studies of the drawings I must seek out points that may have been damaged from moisture, this contains a full survey of the foundation, walls and ceiling. To strenghten the data collected from the drawings I must visit the school and do field investigations to find out if the school has any problems with the indoor environment.Analysis: I determined that we had some damages on specific places, these damages was caused by leaking roofs, a carpet that was tarnished by strong sunlight in connection with some type of glue and also the ventilation that may have been drawing malodorous air from a shaft in the foundation.Conclusion: I was able to see that the decision to demolish the school was quite drastic, if the county would have done continuous fixups on the construcion when the employes had complained maybe the action to the tear the school down would have been unnecessary. The lack of communication between the two parts lead up to the decision to demolish and build a complete new school..
