Denna uppsats behandlar ämnet budgetslack i offentliga organisationer. Budgetslack är ett problem i många organisationer och är därför intressant att studera. Utgångspunkten för detta arbete har varit sju faktorer som enligt teorin har betydelse för förekomsten av budgetslack. De faktorerna består dels av orsakande faktorer och dels av åtgärdande faktorer. De orsakande faktorerna är enligt teorin hård budgetstyrning, minskad informationsbehandling, informationsasymmetri, handlande i eget intresse och deltagande i budgetförhandlingen.

"A discourse analysis of the debate on prostitution 1993-2011" The aim of this essay is to investigate how prostitution is constructed in the debate. The analysis is based off debate articles from four of the biggest Swedish news papers. Articles from two periods of time has been chosen, 1993-1999 and 2008-2011. The specific periods were selected because they revolve around the Swedish ban on the purchase of sexual services in 1999, and when it was evaluated in 2008. With a constructivist aim based on gender research, the themes and subject positions of the debate are explored via discourse analysis.

The aim of this study is to through six interviews, with six experienced, social workers?, in three cities, understand how the child?s position in the Swedish child protective services? enquiries has change, and the factors behind it. The aim is also to compare if the social workers? view of the child?s position in the enquire has change accordingly to Socialstyrelsens intentions of BBIC. The theoretical approaches that was used is the new institutionalism, the Shier?s pathways to participation and the term discretion.

The purpose of the study was to examine if parents' way ofcommunicating with their children changed after participation in ComAlongcommunicationcourse, and if changes remained over time. The studyinvolved 39 parents of 25 children with communicative disabilities. 33 of theparents had participated in ComAlong, the other six had not participated, buthad a partner who had participated in the course. Video recorded parentchildinteraction was analyzed and coded with the instrumentKOMMUNIKATIV. Results showed that parents used a significantly moreresponsive communication style and used significantly more augmentativeand alternative communication after ComAlong.

Trots detta överstiger de löpande kostnaderna för verksamheten de löpande intäkterna i ett flertal av landets kommuner vilket leder till konsekventa underskott. I teorin framkommer att det måste finnas en målmedveten styrningsprocess som syftar till att påverka organisationens beslut och beteende i riktning mot önskat resultat, effektivitet och ekonomisk ställning. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur den kommunala organisationen och den ekonomiska styrningen i kommunerna fungerar, samt hur detta i sin tur inverkar på kommunernas förutsättningar för att uppnå en god ekonomi, det vill säga, att uppnå balanskravet. För att försöka besvara syftet med vår uppsats har intervjuer genomförts med ledande personer inom socialtjänsten i två kommuner.

This multiple use forestry plan is made on the property Basunda which is located in the southern parts of the province Östergötland. The owners of the property today are Jonas and Ulrik Saanum, but it has been in the family since their grandfather bought it 1933. There is a slaughterhouse on the property in which they take care of domestic cattle and animals from the forest. Jonas and Ulrik are also dedicated hunters. These are the two reasons to why the focus is wildlife and wildlife management. The question at issue of this work is simplified: what demands does the wildlife have; and how will the owners be able to fulfill these, what changes in the forest management must be made and will these changes result in a different budget, compared to the ordinary forest management. This work is based from a freshly made forestry management plan. I based my fieldwork on this plan, but made my own management proposals, that would benefit the game.

The thoughts of a common school for all children have been around since the 1800?s but was something that was introduced in Sweden first in 1962. When the curriculum for primary school came in 1980 there was a new concept, a school for all. With a school for all it was aimed that all children should have the right to participation and a common education no matter what needs they could have.During my education I have come across the concept a school for all and that is something that interested me. Today?s curricula and school laws aim to ensure that all children have the right to equal education and inclusion whatever needs you have.The purpose of this study is to find out some pedagogues? thoughts and work around the concept a school for all.

Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka användningen av digitala läromedel i textilslöjden. Min intention har även varit att undersöka textillärares attityder till de digitala läromedlen. Jag har gjort en halvstrukturerad kvalitativ undersökning med fem textillärare som alla dagligen använder datorn som redskap i sin undervisning. Samtliga arbetar på grundskolan och har tillgång till digitala läromedel. I undersökningen visar det sig att dessa lärare både ser för- och nackdelar med användandet av datorer.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how activities in elderly care matters to well-being among elderly people, from both user perspective and staff perspective. The study is made out of a qualitative method, this to create a deep-going understanding of how the people participating in the investigation are experiencing the impact of activities on well-being from their unique situation. Personal interviews have been used as method. Six persons were participating, three elderly persons and three persons working as staff. All interviews were made in a ?short-time? ward in the county of Västernorrland.The result of the investigation shows that the elderly people that were interviewed not directly related the participation in activities to feelings of well-being.
