Det här arbetet handlar om vad sex pedagoger på en förskola anser om sin delaktighet i lekenoch vad de bygger sitt ställningstagande på. Det tar även kortfattat upp vad barns lek är.Syftet med arbetet är att belysa pedagogernas tankar kring sin delaktighet i förskolebarns lekoch att genom observationer se om de omsätter sina ställningstaganden i praktiken.Undersökningen har utförts dels genom intervjuer med pedagoger och dels genomobservationer av pedagogerna i barngrupp. Resultatet som har framkommit visar på att deflesta pedagogerna ser sin roll som att vara närvarande och tillgänglig i leken och de byggersina åsikter på teorier, egna erfarenheter och egenskaper hos barnen. Observationerna harvisat att pedagogerna på den berörda förskolan är delaktiga i barnens lek och att de omsättersina åsikter i praktiken..

This study was carried out at Luftfartsverket (LFV Group, Swedish Airports and Air Navigation Services). The aim was to study what characterizes an employer of choice and further to examine how well the employees at Luftfartsverket feel that their employer lives up to this image. A quantitative method was applied in the form of a selfdeveloped questionnaire. It was answered by a random sample of employees at Luftfartsverket.The results showed that salary, good leadership, good relations to colleagues and a sense of participation were important factors to be an employer of choice. In the organization at hand good colleagues were the most fulfilled factor whereas good leadership were the least fulfilled factor.

The purpose of the study was from the perspective of young people that has completed a stay at HVB-home. The respondents are between 15-21 years both boys and girls. The basic questions were: How do the respondents look upon this HVB-homes service process? How do the respondents look upon this HVB-homes service contents? How do the respondents look upon this HVB-homes service regarding available information and how the staff is available? What positive and negative experience do they have from their stay at the HVB-home? We also wish to get a picture of what is important to change to improve the quality on this HVB-home. To receive answers to those questions we formed a questionnaire.

There is also the science regarding the best way of marketing on Social Networking sites or how to get as many 'likes' as possible, and so forth. However research has also been made in the field of in-store marketing and how a retailers or brand owners can affect customers in "the moment of truth". Until now most of these studies discuss how to get the attention of the customer in the store since both time as well as level of commitment in general is scarce when a customer is in a grocery store doing the necessary weekly- or complementary-shopping. It seems like most of them make the very same conclusion; catching the attention of a customer is vital to sell them your product.

The purpose of this paper is to find more understanding for pupils in compensatory educational situations and get an idea about how they place themselves in the social hierarchy. In my study I have interviewed four pupils with different experiences from school with the common denominator of being placed in a special class during some hours of the week. The purpose of this placement is to get them to achieve better results in various subjects depending on their grade but this also means a social separation from friends in the ordinary class and this doesn't correspond well with the democratic idea of "one school for all".What I found was that these pupils categorize themselves different from each other and while two of the pupils find themselves very included in the school's social network the remaining two had problems functioning satisfactory in a social matter according to their own liking. The feeling of exclusion though can not be connected to their participation in the special class but rather to their earlier social experiences..

SyfteSyftet var att undersöka hur resursfördelningen för elever i behov av särskilt stöd i matematik ser ut idag. Vad är resurs för särskilt stöd i matematik och vem är i behov utav det? Hur fördelas de och stämmer fördelningsmodellen med behovet av särskilt stöd i matematik? Hur används resurserna och har det blivit mer eller mindre resurser till förmån för särskilt stöd i matematik?MetodMed en kvalitativ forskningsansats intervjuades fyra rektorer i ett lågt, lågt/medelt, medelt respektive högt resurstilldelningsområde. Därefter följdes resultatet upp och ställdes mot forskningsbaserad litteratur och styrdokument. Fenomenet belystes också utifrån information från personal inom den administrativa resursfördelnings faktorn.

This essay revolves around two questions: what is the nature of politics, and what kind of political order ensures a high rate of citizen participation? By using Cantal Mouffes theory on the political this essay shows how different understandings of the nature of politics can lead to diverging views on what forms democracy should take. Two such understandings are identified; one that sees the nature of politics as characterized by conflict and power, one that sees it as a space for cooperation in search for the common good. I trace these different ideas about the political in the parliamentary debate concerning Swedish constitutional reform. I conclude that the left-of-centre parties hold a view of the political closer to the conflict-perspective, while the green party together with the liberals/conservatives lean closer to the opposite view..

Den berörda organisationen hade implementerat ett nytt arbetssätt, "Medarbetarskap och Ledarskap". Studien är en utvärdering på individnivå av hur arbetssättet påverkat undersökningspersonerna. Nitton personer med olika befattningar deltog i undersökningen som utgjordes av enskilda intervjuer och fokusgrupper. Samtliga intervjuer spelades in med diktafon och transkriberades därefter ordagrant. Resultatet visade att medarbetarna var negativa till arbetssättet, delvis på grund av hur pengarna satsades, men det framfördes även kritik beträffande innehållet.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how activities in elderly care matters to well-being among elderly people, from both user perspective and staff perspective. The study is made out of a qualitative method, this to create a deep-going understanding of how the people participating in the investigation are experiencing the impact of activities on well-being from their unique situation. Personal interviews have been used as method. Six persons were participating, three elderly persons and three persons working as staff. All interviews were made in a ?short-time? ward in the county of Västernorrland.The result of the investigation shows that the elderly people that were interviewed not directly related the participation in activities to feelings of well-being.

Då ett entreprenadföretag som Peab blivit tilldelade en totalentreprenad förekommer projektering. Projektering är ett annat ord för produktbestämning och leds av en projekteringsledare. Att ha en lyckad projektering vid ett projekt resulterar i att byggkostnader hålls och att framtida kostnader minimeras.Vid interna revisioner har det framkommit att det finns vissa brister i projekteringsarbetet. I detta arbete presenteras en studie som visar hur projekteringen fungerar vid tre av företagets projekt. De brister som har uppmärksammats inom organisationen är problem med ritningsleveranser, hur upphandlingen av konsulter går till och att man har problem med besked från beställaren.

Semi structured interviews were used to investigate three menand four women?s experiences of using Windows mobiles with adaptedfunctions for text messaging.

Från att tidigare använt sig av budget som styrmedel har många av dagens företag börjat söka efter nya och kompletterande styrmetoder. Balanced scorecard utvecklades i syfte att fylla det behov som fanns för alternativa och kompletterande styrmetoder. Balanced scorecard består huvudsakligen av fyra perspektiv. Dessa perspektiv är: det finansiella, kund-, process- och förnyelseperspektivet. Vårt huvudsakliga intresse i dena uppsats har fokuserats på förnyelseperspektivet samt medarbetarnas kompetens som en viktig framgångsfaktor för att nå de mål vilka företaget ställt upp.

The aim of this qualitative study was to investigate the participants experiences of a parent support group and the effect of their participation on their parental role from a learning perspective. As the parent support group takes place as a group activity, the focus was on the individual learning processes which, in turn, are influenced by both the group itself as well as the leaders of the group. The empirical data was collected from a focus group interview with four mothers, and analyzed using empowerment and coping theories. Based on the participants´ narratives, the result showed that the parent support group had a great social and pedagogic effect on the participants. As a result of the received knowledge in the group from both leaders as well as from other participants, they felt less stressed and more confident in their parental role.

This paper deals with the question of why companies choose to go on trade fairs and exhibition examines how the media works. The essay's main focus is on stand contractors and why those hired to produce other company stands. The study is based on three interviews, a visit to a trade fair and a questionnaire survey. Together with the relevant literature is given a clear picture of how companies are thinking in their choice of attending the fairs, but also why stand contractors are involved in the process. We concluded that some companies do not know why they participate in fairs and many feel compelled to contribute to not be forgotten in the market.
