This study's main objective was to identify adolescents participation in alternative sport activities and which kind of physical activity that was preferred by adolescents who didn't had any earlier experience of sport clubs. The study combined interviews and surveys with the purpose to get both adolescents and sport leaders perspective. A total of five interviews were performed and fifty-four surveys was collected. The results showed that adolescents already physical active were those who participated in alternative sport activities. Denna uppsats behandlar hur strategisk styrning tillämpas i svenska hög kompetenta tjänsteföretag. Syftet är att hitta samband mellan strategisk styrning och företagens prestationer. Studien har ett analytiskt synsätt vilket baseras på en telefonenkät med 100 slumpvis utvalda datakonsultföretag där svarsfrekvensen uppgick till 52 procent. Studien har ett deduktivt angreppssätt och utgår från teorier som behandlar strategisk styrning samt tidigare studier inom detta område. Studien fann att strategisk styrning tillämpades av datakonsultföretag och att det inte fanns någon större skillnad mellan företagens storlek och tillämpningen av strategisk styrning.

Författarna utreder i denna uppsats medelst empirisk analys huruvida ålder, anställningstid och personalansvar inverkar på graden av deltagande i budgetprocessen samt i vilken utsträckning dessa individuella karaktärsegenskaper påverkar uppfattningen av budgetmålens svårighetsgrad. För att definiera, mäta och samla in data har författarna distribuerat 103 stycken enkäter med direktriktade frågor till kostnadsansvariga chefer vid en av Sveriges ledande verkstadskoncerner. Resultatet har därefter sammanställts och analyserats utefter koncernens organisatoriska struktur.  Sammanfattningsvis gav uppsatsens empiriska resultat ? i strid med tidigare empirisk forskning ? tillräckligt med statistiskt belägg för att författarna skulle kunna konstatera att individuella karaktärsegenskaper som ålder och personalansvar särskilt bör beaktas vi en effektivisering av deltagandegraden i budgetprocessen..

The purpose of this thesis was to figure out the feelings that librarians felt towards the e-books at the library. And if it affects their work at the library, especially from a financial point of view. The reason I decided to do this study is because the subject of e-books has become bigger in the last couple of years, and that I got the feeling that the librarians didn?t like them that much. So I did six interviews with six different librarians from different libraries to see if they felt the same thing or if they are in fact positive towards them.The results I received from my study were that the librarians are positive to the e-book.

Under senare år har ett flertal reformer gjorts för att öka pressen på kommunerna att sköta sin ekonomiska hantering. Budgetuppföljning har hamnat i fokus för att hålla nere avvikelsen mellan resultat och budget. Syftet i uppsatsen är att ge en ökad förståelse för vad det är som påverkar budgetavvikelserna i de svenska kommunerna. I uppatsen används statistiska analyser av dels eget insamlat datamaterial för att hitta samband och förklaringar till hur budgetavvikelserna skiljer sig utifrån a) partiblocktillhörigheten hos de styrande i kommunen, b) hur stark den politiska makten är hos de styrande i kommunen, c) storleken på kommunen. Undersökningens resultat visar främst att en större folkmängd i kommunen generellt leder till ökade problem att följa budgeten och därmed är det dessa kommuner vi ska akta oss för att lita på när det gäller budgeten..

Many corporations turn to IT-outsourcing to focus more on their core competence or to cut the IT-budget. There is one caveat, the costs presented at a first glance does not always present the entire truth. Instead the costs run deeper and so-called hidden costs exist beyond the contractual cost. Discussions about the democratic deficit of the European Union have gotten more intense and the criticism usually points towards a great gap between the citizens and the EU politics. In this study the political communication policy is being put under the scope to investigate to what extent the policy is designed to counter the democratic deficit, supported by the theory of deliberative democracy. The analysis examines three aspects of the deficit ? decentralization, participation and the distribution of information ? and makes research into the communicative measures that have been implemented. The importance for EU to make deliberation possible is stressed throughout the essay and in the conclusion I argue that improvements still need to be made.  .

Syftet med denna fallstudie har varit att undersöka hur ledarskapet hos rektorer inom en utvald gymnasieskola påverkat visionsarbetet och möjligheten att skapa en lärande organisation. För att undersöka detta har tre forskningsfrågor ställts: Vilket ledarskap har rektorerna använt? Har rektorerna arbetat med en tydlig vision? Kan man utifrån rektorernas svar prata om en lärande organisation?Fallstudien har använt sig av intervjuer för att få svar på de tre forskningsfrågorna. Frågorna har ställts till sex rektorer som vid olika tillfällen under perioden 2003-2014 arbetat på den undersökta friskolan. Undersökningen har genomförts med en kvalitativ metod och en blandning av ett induktivt och deduktivt angreppssätt, det som kallas för abduktion.Resultatet har visat brister i det visionära ledarskapet hos rektorerna.

The purpose of this thesis was to describe how service producing IT- companies handles their internal marketing. We wanted to understand how management deal with internal marketing activities and how different companies create a working environment to encourage employees to motivation and well-being. To be able to find out we did a case study on a service producing IT-company. Two personal interviews were done with two of the managers. Our empirical research showed that the company used internal marketing on a daily basis.

Denna Excel-fil skall kunna användas i olika typer av projekt och skall efter rådande projektstruktur anpassas därefter.Delarna som hjälpmedlet skall kunna fungera som stöd till vid tidsättning av ÄTA-arbeternas omfattning, vid löneadministration samt totalt nedlagda tider på olika arbetsmetoder/material.
