Syftet med denna uppsats är att kartlägga kapitalstrukturen i olika branscher på den svenska aktiemarknaden och utifrån detta utröna om skillnader mellan branscher kan påvisas. Om skillnader kan identifieras syftar uppsatsen till att visa vilka faktorer som ligger bakom dessa skillnader. Uppsatsen syftar även till att analysera skillnader mellan branscher över tiden. Utifrån statistiska metoder undersöker uppsatsen om det föreligger skillnader i kapitalstruktur mellan de olika branscherna på den svenska aktiemarknaden. Uppsatsen baseras på två mättidpunkter, år 1990 och år 2000, för att se om det skett förändringar över tiden.

Law firms are defined as knowledge-intensive companies. Due to the dependency regarding the resource of knowledge among the firms employees and to the fact that they often are categorised as a type of professional service firm. The purpose of this study is to investigate the different types of profitsharingsystems as a form of reward with focus on the theoretical differences and effects of the True Partnershipmodel and the Stockholmmodel. In addition to these models we will look into the Human Resource processes of; recruiting, integration, retaining and development of employees. The main purpose of the study is to examine the theoretical level on how the profitsharingsystems effect different Human Resource processes and through the knowledge of these connections using this as an analogy when to analyse other law-firms and knowledge?intensive company?s.

Aim and starting point: The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to examine and define the paramount knowledge Chinese businessmen need in order to succeed with their establishment in Sweden. The authors also seek to answer what incentives attract Chinese businessmen to come to Sweden, as well as how Chinese establishments in Sweden can be predicted to appear in the future.Results/conclusions: The study outlines key areas in which Chinese businessmen should have knowledge in order to succeed with their establishment in Sweden. The results also gives an indication on how Chinese business establishments in Sweden will appear in the future, into which areas the Chinese mainly invest/establish in, as well as why and how these are done. On the basis of this material the authors generate proposals for educational packages which among others can be sold to Chinese businessmen.Knowledge overview: Here relevant theory connected to the area of study is presented. The knowledge overview presents the Swedish in relation to the Chinese perspective in areas such as: culture, hierarchy, relations, Face, communication, HRM, education, CSR and labour law.
