Syftet med denna uppsats är att vi vill skapa oss en förståelse för hur företag ska agera vid en skandal samt hur de ska hantera PR i syfte för att återfå sin trovärdighet.Vi har valt att använda oss av en kvalitativ metod där vi har samlat in vårt empiriska material med hjälp av ett antal intervjuer och artiklar från Internet. Intervjuerna har bestått av sex respondenter, varav fem face-to-face och en via mail. Dessa har kunnat ge oss en genomgripande bild av vårt ämne, tack vare deras expertis och erfarenhet.Som slutsatser har vi kunnat komma fram till att företag som råkar ut för en skandal har olika vägar att gå. Beroende på om företaget har ett personifierat varumärke eller inte samt hur hög grad omfattningen på skandalen är olika spokespersons bättre lämpade än andra. Dessa är då ämnade att föra fram företagets budskap gentemot samhället samt försöka återfå trovärdigheten hos dessa..

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka prissättningsprocesser för att finna barriärer som förhindrar industriföretag att förbättra sin prissättningsförmåga. Förutom att hitta gemensamma barriärer ska vi även ge ett teoretiskt bidrag gällande hur företag kan förbättra sin prissättningsförmåga, med speciellt fokus på barriärer. Vi har genomfört en multipel case-study på 6 industriföretag samt ett konsultföretag. Vårt tillvägagångssätt var abduktivt och vi inledde vår uppsats genom att utveckla ett teoretiskt ramverk som lade grunden till vår studie. Det teoretiska perspektivet innehåller varierande litteratur gällande prissättning, prissättning som en förmåga samt det resursbaserade synsättet.

Aim: The aim of this study was to highlighting the experiences of individuals of non-pharmacological treatment for chronic pain.Method: The study was designed as a literature review with aim to review andcompile the articles results. This study has been based on a systematic literature search of supplementing out of an unsystematic search were 11 articles were found.Results: The participants in the studies had experienced a good effect out of non-pharmacological treatments for their pain and a improved quality of life. Based on participants´ experiences of treatment two categories occurred: body awareness and relaxation. Body awareness arose through treatments like yoga, mindfulness meditation and CBT. Relaxation occurred through treatments, like music, heat, massage and meditation.Conclusion: This study highlights how non-pharmacological treatments is experienced by individuals with chronic pain and two key areas have been identified.

This study raises the question how the implementation of the balanced scorecard in the municipality of Gotland has been influenced by the way of communication. A case study is made in the administration of Social-and care management on Gotland. We have been focusing on two different ways of communication. The first one is Shannon and Weavers model where communication is explained as a transmission of a message through a channel to a receiver. The other one is sensemaking where it is focal to give the information meaning.

The purpose of this thesis is to find out how clients at Effect Reklambyrå (an advertising agency) view the communication and relationship with Effect. Conclusions are then drawn based on what the clients say. The conclusions show how Effect can improve in these areas.The study uses a qualitative research method since the phenomenon studied is complex and requires deep understanding. A total of 16 interviews took place. Seven clients were interviewed by phone and nine clients participated in a personal interview face-to-face.

Selection was made at libraries and on?line through "Pubmed". Specific search words were used.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels of social distance used by the librarians and users in the virtual reference interview. With a conversational analysis and applied politeness theory 49 chat transcripts where analysed in order to answer the question of how the interlocutors positioned themselves regarding the social distance between them. By identifying what communicative strategies where used the following results were found. Generally the social distance between librarians and users is low in the Swedish virtual reference interview. Even though both parties used informal and casual language the results indicate that the librarians face wants were valued slightly higher than the users which were illustrated by a some what higher social distance in the stages of the conversations when the librarians face was under most threat.

Aspects as the relationship between the body and soul/consciousness, body snatching, memory transferences and dystopian cities are analyzed. The field of study is compared to a general science-fiction film perspective regarding the aspects. Dark City contains an alien race with a common mind, but who lacks soul and individuality. She wants to translate the ?feeling of dreams? into wearable objects, and to be able to do that, she must try and describe what that feeling consists of.

The purpose of this essay is to increase the understanding of how the management´s core values reflect the brand´s profile and image. To be able to fulfill that purpose, we used three problem statements that questioned how consumers, retailers and the employees of the company Kosta Boda perceived the brand. To accomplish this, we used a qualitative method. We started collecting theories about the topics: brand, image and profile that gave us a good foundation to build our qualitative interviews on and to increase the understanding for the topics. To collect imperical data, we interviewed consumers, retailers and employees at Kosta Boda both by email, phone and face-to-face interviews.

This study aims to visualize the youngest preschool children matematical learning in the free game. In my study the mathematics will be analyzed  based on the interactions children participate in, and how children experience mathematics through the lived body.I have chosen to undertake a qualitative research in form of observations. Through this research method, I would approach the child's perspective, which means that i analyze the material that the children in the observations reveals to me as a researcher.The results of the study show that children experience mathematics skills both through the lived body, as well as in interaction situations between children. The mathematics are around among us, all the time. This is very important to take into account for children's continued development of mathematical knowledge..

The purpose of this essay is to discuss relationality in G.W Leibnizs Monadologie (1714). In general terms this essay analyzes the notion of individuation in relation to the concept of monads. The analysis proposes a question regarding the body in this individuation, and what consequences follows for the understanding of the relation between the single individual and other individuals. It will be shown that the irreducibility of having a body transcendens something like ownness, subjectivity, personality and individuation, and this is explained through the pre-established harmony between the monads ? where the plurality of monads is detected before the monads singularity. To widen this investigation of relationality between the monads, I will turn to Edmund Husserls phenomenological operation for solving the egological problem of solipsism in Cartesian Meditations (1929). In his meditations, Husserl uses the monad as a self-conscious ego with peculiar ownness.

In cooperation with Hälsoteamet Halmstad a pilot study was made to see if whole body vibration exercise has any effect on muscle strength, movement and experience of pain in people with knee osteoarthritis. Today whole body vibration exercise is a revolutionary exercise method that needs more studies to show the positive and negative effects. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease where more cartilage is destroyed than replaced. The most common symptoms are pain, stiffness, restricted movement, muscularly atrophy, tenderness and instability. The cartilage needs pressure to rebuild, it is therefore important that the patient exercise.

 ABSTRACTBackground: There are many studies of stretching and its effects on the body. Research shows that stretching can have both positive and negative effects on the body. Meantime there are no qualitative studies on stretching and how the opinion of stretching is among soccer players. Female soccer players are a group that is rapidly growing and that is injured to a great extent.Purpose: To describe stretching exercising female soccer players? opinion of stretching.Method: Ten stretching exercising female soccer players over fifteen years of age from two teams were interviewed in a semi-structured interview.

Pengarna används sedan till att bland annat betala sportchefer, tränare spelare, etc. Detta gäller framförallt större föreningar som håller till på elitnivå och i den har studien ska vi som författare försöka att belysa vad som kommer till uttryck bland fotbollstränare nar de talar om vad det innebär att ha avlönade spelare i ett amatörlag, samt hur det påverkar konstruktionen av laget. Urvalet i studien är från fotbollsföreningar från västra Sverige där sex stycken tränare har valts ut.Tillvägagångssättet vid datainsamlingen var intervjuer där vi som författare hade en ?face to face?- intervju med deltagarna.
