Studiens syfte är undersöka huruvida det finns en aktiv diskussion mellan lärare kring sex- och samlevnadsundervisningen i skolan, samt vad som upplevs som svårt att undervisa om. Undersökningen bygger på halvstrukturerade intervjuer med sex pedagoger på skolor i Skåne och Blekinge.Resultatet visar att det i många fall saknas en aktiv diskussion kollegier emellan. This thesis aims to describe how enterprises can approach and reach older citizens inorder to sell new technology products. For that they need information about aspectsaffecting elderlies purchase decisions regarding these kind of products. The study isbased on 13 qualitative interviews where we have applied semi structured interviews andobservations of the elderlies behaviour towards an Ipad which we used as a study objectduring the interviews.The results of this study shows several aspects which affect the elderlies purchasedecision regarding new technology but it all comes down to one matter, lack ofknowledge. In order to overcome that obstacle, enterprises need to modify theircommunication strategy. They will be needing information about elderlies preferencesand their self-image, meaning how they perceive themselves which is connected to howreceptive they are towards new technology.

Purpose/aim: To investigate individual experiences of how a new communication technology, e-mail, influences a) the structure of the internal communication ? does it for example make networking any easier? ? and b) the form of the persons everyday language.Material/method: A theoretical framework gathered through a literature study and empirical data gathered through interviews with two persons.Main results: Differences and similarities exist between the experiences studied in this paper. The most unexpected result is that the system of e-mail does not seem to be able to create new channels of communication. If anything, it reinforces the structure that already exist. The organisation of the municipalities is based on the principle of representation. It has previously been impossible to give the citizens more influence through direct democracy, but the information technology gives new possibilities and the choice of democracy model might no longer be obvious. Representation can be interpreted in many ways and there is a need for a more distinct definition of the rule that the municipalities shall be governed according to the principle of representation. It should also be further investigated how the new technology can be used to increase the use of direct democracy. The municipalities ought to work to supplement the representation with direct democracy in the form of active discourse with the citizens.

This master thesis is written at the Royal Institute of Technology during the spring and summer of 2008.The assignment was to investigate what factors on a broadband market determine how well it performsin terms of how many people have access to broadband. These are the factors that determine whetheror not a country or market will be able to achieve a high broadband penetration. The purpose of thisthesis was to establish a better understanding for what a market should look like or how a strugglingone can be complemented in order to succeed.As a foundation for this investigation, a group of benchmark countries were chosen and evaluated. Inaddition to this, a group of, developing MENA2-countries were chosen and evaluated. Finally, interviewswere performed with some of Sweden?s leading internet service providers, the regulatory agency andinfrastructure company, Skanova.Among the benchmark countries were Sweden, France, Canada, South Korea and Japan.

Problem/Bakgrund: Med den nationella IT-strategin inom vård och omsorgs uppmaning till ökad tillgänglighet inom vården som bakgrund, har landstinget Blekinge påbörjat ett projekt Syster Gudrun Fullskalelabb för IT i vård och omsorg. Inom projektet prövas informationsteknologiska lösningar som ska göra vårdplanering på distans möjlig. Lösningen påpekar att vårdplaneringen på så sätt ska bli mer tillgänglig. Den här uppsatsen inriktas till att söka insikt i berörd primärvårdspersonals uppfattning och erfarenhet om vårdplanering och dess tillgänglighet, lik väl hur informationsteknologiska lösningar ska komma att påverka vårdplaneringen som aktivitet.Syfte: Att få en djupare förståelse för primärvårdspersonalens erfarenheter av och uppfattning om begreppet tillgänglighet inom aktiviteten vårdplanering. Likafullt är studiens syfte att söka insikt i hur informationsteknologiska lösningar kan komma att påverka aktiviteten vårdplanering och begreppet tillgänglighet enligt primärvårdspersonal.Kortfattad beskrivning av uppsatsens utgångspunkter och undersökningens uppläggning: Uppsatsen tar ansats från en kvalitativ metod med en fenomenologisk hermeneutisk analysmodell.Slutsatser/Resultat: Resultatet vilar på teman som visar att begreppet tillgänglighet är svårdefinierat och att vårdplaneringen uppfattas ha en hänsyns- och tillgänglighetsproblematik.

Satellite storages consist of channels in height (e.g.3 to 8 pieces) and width (e.g.3 to 100 pieces). Channels can be different long (e.g. 5 to 200 pallets). At deposit of a storage pallet the truck insert the satellite in a channel and then the pallet, the pallet is driven into the channel until it reaches another pallet or the other end.

Med denna uppsats vill vi (författarna) samla ihop 5 år av tankar, teorier och erfarenheter kring systemutveckling och lärande. Uppsatsen presenterar 8 projekt som är genomförda i Blekinge mellan 1995-1999. Med utgångspunkt i projekten behandlas en utvecklingsprocess för IT-system som är baserad på kreativitet och lärande miljöer. Särskilt lyfter uupsatsen fram behovet av att förändra processen för att möta slutanvändare av program och tjänster..

Examensarbetet har genomförts på uppdrag av Länsstyrelsen i Blekinge och Ronneby Kommun och syftar på att utreda om tidigare tilläggsisolering med karbamidskumplast och polystyrencellplastkulor, på tre stycken byggnadsminnesförklarade byggnader på Ronneby Brunn i Blekinge, har medfört eventuella fuktskador. Undersökningarna av byggnaderna har utförts med ett antal valda undersökningsmetoder som var, okulär besiktning, termografering, klimatmätning, materialtest, fuktkvotsmätning elektrisk, fuktkvotsmätning med metoden vägning-torkning-vägning, samt simulerade fuktdiffusionsberäkningar. Efter att ha sammanvägt de olika undersökningsmetodernas resultat för respektive byggnad antas det att isoleringen inte utgör något hot för väggkonstruktionerna så länge de har en hög ånggenomsläpplighet och har tätt ytskikt på utsidan. Den förhöjda relativa fuktigheten som har noterats vid beräkningar av väggkonstruktionerna antas torka ut snabbt då konstruktionen har lågt ånggenomgångsmotstånd. De skador som upptäckts vid undersökningarna beror inte på byggnadernas isolering.

This thesis scrutinises the material on post World War II Swedish architecture produced by the Swedish Public diplomacy organisation "Svenska institutet" ("The Swedish Institute") during the period of 1945 through 1976. The outset is the dilemma encountered by every such organisation: how can the projected narrative of the own nation relate to as many countries as possible, without becoming too general? And how can the organisation address specific countries, without excluding others?By employing a two-sided model of interpreting the material, where it on the one hand is interpreted from the universal properties projected on the narrated architecture, and on the other hand from the particular ideological notions related to the same, the thesis suggests that the Swedish Institute continously relates the architecture to a West-European and American context by consistently connecting its universal properties to particular ideological notions orientated towards the West.The results underline the malleability in regard to ideological notions connected to modernist architecture. Earlier research in the Swedish context has focussed on how modernist architecture in Sweden, under the local tag "funktionalism", was established in regard to a Swedish audience as a particular Swedish architecture by relating it to a alleged continuos Swedish tradition, as well as to notions of a a progressive welfare state. By studying a similar material, though aimed towards a foreign audience, the thesis suggests that these allegations constitue an elucidatory example of how national and ideological narratives can form within the framework of technological-ideological dynamics of modernist architecture.

Operators and Internet service providers invest in broadband to be able to deliver new services that require higher data transmission rate.
