Syftet med denna B-uppsats i informatik är att få en bild av samt få bättre förståelse för vilka faktorer det är som kan påverka vilka kvinnor i åldern 18-25 som offentliggör privat information på sociala medier.  Dock har inte djupintervjuer tillämpats utan enkäter, vilket annars är normalt för ett kvantitativt tillvägagångssätt. Enkäter valdes för att respondenterna skulle kunna svara anonymt eftersom syftet är att undersöka samt analysera vilka kvinnor i ålder 18-25 offentliggör privat information på sociala medier.   Utifrån en enkätundersökning som skickades ut elektroniskt till 25 kvinnor i åldern 18-25 har jag kunnat identifiera olika faktorer som bidrar till varför vissa kvinnor delar med sig av mer privat information på sociala medier. Några av de slutsatser som dragits utifrån denna studie är att kvinnor som befinner sig i ett offentligt förhållande oftare delar med sig av information på sociala medier samt att de som studerar är mer aktiva på sociala medier. .

The purpose of this thesis, was to study decision processes and the importance of information management in the processes within an academic organisation, which led to the work with adaptions according to the law of Equal Treatment of Students in Higher Education, (SFS 2001:1286). A general question was formulated concerning how different information- and knowledge flows interact within an academic organisation and its library during the decision processes. The questions at issue we have tried to examine, concern the factors that have influenced the participants´ choice of information during the decision processes, in their work of adapting the law of equal treatment, and how these choices have influenced the priorities that were made. The theoretical starting point was basically Cohen, March and Olsens Garbage Can Model. We also found the author Chun Wei Choo´s descriptions of organisations, as systems of information processing, useful for parts of our thesis, especially the parts that deals with the role of information management within the decision processes.

Det finns ett stort behov av att skydda information från obehöriga eftersom inte all information är offentlig. För institutionen för datavetenskap på högskolan i Skövde gäller det att skydda information som tentor, inlämningsuppgifter och lösningsförslag med mera. Detta är information som gör datorsystemet attraktivt för inkräktare. För att höja säkerheten till en nivå som gör det svårare för inkräktare att läsa informationen bör denna krypteras. Olika krypteringsalgoritmer från de symmetriska och asymmetriska systemen beskrivs, studeras och exemplifieras i rapporten.Resultatet av rapporten ger en rekommendation till vilka algoritmer som kan vara lämpliga att införa som krypteringsalgoritmer hos institutionen för datavetenskap på högskolan i Skövde..

Vi har gjort en kvalitativ tvärsnittsstudie av belöningssystem i bilbranschen då vi funnit det intressant att studera de olika belöningssystemens utformining och de faktorer som ligger bakom utformandet av dessa. Våra primära källor har utgjorts av interjuer som tagit plats med en person med styrande roll på sex olika bilförsäljningsanläggningar, fem av dessa lokaliserade i Malmö-Lund området och en av dem i Stockholm. De sekundära källor vi har använt är främst teorier om motivation och agent-principal förhållanden. Vi har även studerat litteratur om belöningssystem och texter tryckta i branschtidningar om belöningssystems utforming i bilbranschen. Vi har kommit fram till att det finns många fler bakomliggande faktorer som påverkar belöningssystemet än bara strategiskt tänkande och agentproblematik.

Patienter upplever ofta att den information de får är felaktig. Felaktig på så sätt att det är för lite, för mycket, ingen alls, given vid fel tidpunkt, för komplicerad och given på ett fackspråk med många krångliga ord som patienten inte förstår. Syftet med den här litteraturstudien var att belysa vilket informationsbehov patienter med cancer kan ha. Studien baserades på 20 vetenskapliga artiklar och resultatet visar att de flesta patienter med cancer vill ha all tillgänglig information om såväl diagnos som behandling och även veta vilka valmöjligheter som finns. Det finns dock vissa som endast vill ha begränsad information varför det är viktigt att utvärdera varje patients informationsbehov.

Narkotika problemet i Sverige har ökat markant på senare år. Problemet mednarkotika medför inte bara själva missbruket utan även annan brottslighet för attfinansiera missbruket. För att kunna missbruka narkotika måste personerna sommissbrukar ha tag i narkotika. Den här rapporten handlar om hur narkotikankommer in i landet och vart den kommer in. Sverige har ju år 2000 fått en ny vägin från kontinenten och nu mera sammankopplad med kontinenten i och med attÖresundsbron har öppnats.

In a world of ?formal organizations?, which is constantly exposed for institutionalized super standards and ideas of a what a modern orgnization should be like, the pressure for changes are strong. This is the environment in which Lund University finds itself. Ideas in the beginning of the 21-century is concerning a stronger emfasis on steering, centralisation, re-hieriarchyzation, standardised processes and a new regulation concerning internal control. Through theories of new institutionalism, with conceptions as organizational identity and the expectations of adapting to new ideas, can you track the translation and adaptation that the ideas go through at the university- a decentralised organization where not only freedom has been a concept for the academic parts, but also for the administration.

The information flow of today is endless and the advances in information technology astounding. In today's information society it is of utmost importance not only to be able to find the right information but also to evaluate the information. The expression ?information literacy? is not a new one but it has never been as pertinent and essential as today. Information literacy is however not something which is easily and swiftly achieved.Swedish youth education is based on problem based learning in which the students are expected to research for material, evaluate their finds and use their skills to produce a good written or oral presentation.

The capacity to extract information from vehicles has the potential to be very beneficial. Performing analysis on information about fuel usage, emission values and other driving properties of a vehicle can lead to great economic and environmental benefits.This report contains descriptions of two prominent systems for retrieving information of this nature from a vehicle, On-Board Diagnostics and FMS-Standard, and of an implementation of FMS-Standard.The conclusion drawn after this investigation is that these systems do indeed offer access to the benefits mentioned earlier, although to varying degrees and with differing prioritisation..

The number of people that are categorized as being homeless in the Swedish society are increasing. This might be an indication that the methods being used today shows not to be working efficient enough. A group of researchers connected to the University of Lund are now in a process to spread new workingmethods against the problems with homelessness in Sweden. Their goal is to completely erase homelessness as a social problem. This new method of working is distinctively different from the one currently beeing used.

Purpose: To contribute to the understanding of the relationship between private labels and the retailer brand in grocery retailing. Methodology: We use structured interviews as a cross-sectional method for quantitative data collection. The existence of the relationship is tested through correlation analysis and regression analysis. Theoretical perspective: Perceived quality of private labels and of retailers are the main theoretical concepts for this thesis. Additionally, we introduce the concept of loyalty to show the benefits of a positive consumer image.

Bakgrunden till detta kandidatarbete är att förskolan Rida Ranka i Lund, hade en förfrågan om att få hjälp med sin utemiljö. Förskolan arbetar efter pedagogiken Reggio Emilia och personalen ville att gestaltningen av utemiljön skulle knyta an till pedagogiken. Syftet med arbetet har varit att utarbeta idéer för utformning av barns utemiljö. Dessa idéer har utvecklats till sju "rum" eller rumsliga ytor med olika teman inspirerade av Reggio Emilia-pedagogiken. Målet med detta arbete blev således att hitta en gestaltning som både fungerar på denna specifika plats och med den pedagogik som förskolan har.

The aim with this master?s thesis is to examine the information practices and information literacies among social workers in the field of the social services and in the work with child welfare investigations. This is in this study related to their ambition to fulfill the requirements of an evidence-based practice. On a theoretical level, the study is based on three theories grounded in the idea of situated learning and of human activities based in a social context. These are the sociocultural theory, the theory of communities of practices and the theory of information practices.

Syftet är att beskriva ett projekt inom Entertainment och identifiera dess Key Success Factors. En fallstudie gjordes av privatteaterproduktionen HippHipp! [paw rihk-titt] som gavs i Lund 2003-2004. I en induktiv studie genomfördes nio stycken intervjuer som resulterade i ett empiriskt material. Detta material analyserades och relaterades till teorier om projektledning (Briner m fl), adhocrati (Mintzberg), Key Success Factors (Grant) och Experience Economy (Pine & Gilmore). Studien beskriver ett framgångsrikt projekt inom Entertainment och förklarar framgången med projektet genom att presentera sex stycken Key Success Factors.

The purpose of this master?s thesis is to find out in which ways a group of first generation immigrants use Swedish papers and magazines in a public library and which information needs this group has about Swedish society. One important aspect in this essay is integration of immigrants in the Swedish society as a possible effect of newspaper reading. The method used in this study is qualitative. Data is generated through semi-structured interviews.
