I uppsatsen studeras de femton filmer som som vunnit en Guldbagge för bästa dokumentärfilm 2000-2014. Filmernas uttrycksform har analyserats med stöd av Bill Nichols teoretiska modell om olika modus inom dokumentärfilmen. En jämförande studie av trender inom den internationella dokumentärfilmen visar hur de svenska filmerna förhåller sig till dokumentärfilm i omvärlden och till det senaste decenniets nya uttrycksformer, som olika former av interaktiva dokumentärfilmer. Då filmerna är utvalda som bästa dokumentärfilm under respektive år bör en analys av filmerna ge en bild av vilka kvaliteter som premierats av nomineringsgruppen och juryn för Guldbaggen under 2000-talet. Uppsatsens resultat är att filmskaparnas val av uttrycksform varierar under tidsperioden, men att ett modus dominerar, samt att det utifrån de uttrycksmedel som filmskaparna använder går att se ett genomgående mönster i de filmer som belönats med en Guldbagge..

The purpose of this master's thesis is to discuss how young people view their possibilities of exercising power and influence in Swedish society and politics. To accomplish this we have used several different sorts of relevant material. As an introduction, we review the development of the Swedish research concerning youths, with focus on the development in the last two decades of the twentieth century. We continue with a study of important Swedish youth-political documents, especially of the Government Bill På ungdomars villkor: Ungdomspolitik för demokrati, rättvisa och framtidstro On the terms of the youth: Youth-policy promoting democracy, justice and hopes for the future. There is an ongoing discussion amongst Swedish politicians about how the Swedish police will be able to handle increased organised criminality represented in the growing threats of terrorism. In May 2006 representatives from the seven parties of the Swedish parliament debated the question whether the Swedish security service and Swedish police should be permitted to use increased surveillance with the purpose of preventing severe criminality.The question of increased surveillance is a matter often connected to matters of personal privacy. The aim of this master?s thesis is to study which arguments are being used for and against the proposed law that would permit surveillance with the purpose of preventing crime, as well as examine members of Parliaments view on privacy.The methodology used in this thesis is both argumentation analysis and rhetoric analysis. These two tools are used to examine the minutes from a parliamentary debate about the bill mentioned earlier.

The aim of this study is to analyze the justification of a financial incentive that rewards students who rapidly finish their studies within the language education ?Swedish for immigrants? (sfi). Thereby, we want to see what assumptions are made about the students, and relate this to experiences of the education at a local level. We applied a text analysis on a government bill about the incentive, which showed that the deficiencies in the education are said to be caused by the students? lack of effort.

This Bachelor?s thesis examines and describes the governmental cultural policy in Sweden. The relation between the state and the market in society is in focus. Next year, Swedish upper secondary school will be the arena for a new comprehensive reform according to an extensive government bill. The aim of this paper is to describe the consequences forbiology teaching when the reform is implemented, and to analyse in what way the biology teachers, and other participants, take part in digitised discussion forums during the implementation of the reform.The research design consists of a quantitative approach and two different methods are used, i.e. descriptive content analysis and quantitative content analysis. This thesis discusses taxation of benefits, which shareholders and company leaders can enjoy from close corporations. The Government said in the government bill lead- ing to the amendments regarding taxation of benefits, that it should be the possibility alone to enjoy benefits that should be the reason to impose taxes on company lead- ers.
