The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine how the gender structure appears in detective novels and in the society during the 1960s and 2000s. We have a pre-understanding that the gender structure is more distinct in the earlier books and we will investigate this by looking at the two aspects occupation and family role. We find this to be an important question to notice because society today isnt equal between the sexes. Our study is based on a theory of Yvonne Hirdmans, she claims that the man is the dominant part and the woman is in an inferior position. We apply a stereotype model she has conceived and we try to categorize the characters in the books we have analysed into this model.

Naturturismen har kommit att bli en av de viktigaste och största näringarna i den svenska fjällvärlden, och för många fast boende i fjällen och i fjällnära trakter en förutsättning för att fortsätta bo och verka i bygden. Den volymmässigt största turistformen är den alpina skidåk-ningen där det råder hård konkurrens mellan de alpina turistdestinationerna om de besökande turisterna och deras pengar, och där det finns en stor press att möta konkurrensen med ett ökat utbud och ökat mervärde på destinationerna. Detta var bakgrunden till Idre Fjälls storskaliga skidanläggningsprojekt Tre Toppar. Projektet förutsatte dock ingrepp i ett Natura 2000-klassat naturreservat för att förverkligas. Efter flera års planeringsarbete, parallellt med en intensiv lokal debatt för eller emot projektet, avslog regeringen den 8 mars 2007 Idre Fjälls ansökan om tillstånd för ingrepp i Natura 2000-området.Föreliggande uppsats visar med fallbeskrivningen Tre Toppar att problematiken att förena naturvård, turism och kravet på ekonomisk utveckling med varandra till stor del handlar om olikartade förhållningssätt till landskapet och naturen - om fjällandskapet är till för att nyttjas eller bevaras.

Tidigare studier inom läromedelsforskning både i Sverige och internationellt, har vi-sat att en ökad grad av de språkliga variablerna röst och kausalitet har en positiv inver-kan på elevers läsförståelse (se t ex Beck, McKeown & Worthy, 1995; Reichenberg, 2000). Röst innebär de språkliga drag som närmar texten till läsaren och kausalitet be-tecknar orsakssamband i texten.I föreliggande studie har samtliga grundläroböcker i fysik för skolår 4-6 som nu finns tillgängliga på de svenska läromedelsförlagen, analyserats med fokus på röst och kausa-litet. Även textbindningen har studerats samt texternas läsbarhetsindex (LIX). Resultaten visar att läroböckerna har en varierande grad av röst och kausalitet, men att alla visar exempel på röst genom direkt tilltal till läsaren. Däremot skiljer sig graden av kausalitet och textbindning åt, vilket påverkar läsarens förmåga att förstå orsakssamband i texten.I diskussionskapitlet diskuteras vilka konsekvenser de analyserade läroböckernas språk kan få för eleverna och för läraren.

The change in the information society has affected the development of the labour market for information specialists and informants as well as their roles. Companies are now aware of the fact that information specialists have a variety of important skills and competence that is important for them. The goal of this thesis is to see what defines an information specialist and an informant and also to find out their situation on the labour market. The similarities and differences between the two professions will also be discussed in the thesis. The main method used is the investigation of the job advertisements in the journal DIK-forum from the year 2000 and year 2004.

Många företagsledningar har svårighet att värdera ERP-system och de förändringar som krävs i företaget för att införa ett ERP-system. Syftet med denna studie är att skapa en förståelse kring vilka kritiska faktorer som kan påverka implementering av ERP-system, samt hur organisationer arbetar med att hålla sitt ERP-system uppdaterat. Grundidén till studien kommer från Markus & Tanis (2000) som i en artikel beskriver den bristande forskning som finns inom ämnet ERP-system. Ytterligare en artikel som ligger till grund för studien beskriver en kanadensisk undersökning av Kumar, Maheshwari & Kumar (2003). För att kunna bidra med ytterligare forskning, samt tyda och förstå forskningsområdet är studien genomförd med ett hermeneutiskt ställningstagande av kvalitativ art.

Vi har i denna studie undersökt vilka möjligheter sex skolors likabehandlingsplaner ger för att arbeta för och med likabehandling. Detta har vi gjort genom att utföra kvalitativa textanalyser på skolornas likabehandlingsplaner där vi har studerat hur planerna svarar mot skollagen, Allmänna råd för arbetet mot diskriminering och kränkande behandling (2012) samt Lika rättigheter i skolan? (2012). Vi har vidare utgått ifrån fyra strategier för likabehandlingsarbete som vi har hämtat från Kevin Kumashiros artikel Towards a Theory of Anti ? Oppressive Education (2000).

Studien undersöker hur talutrymme och talstruktur kommer till uttryck i klassrumsmiljö. Avsikten är att skapa en förståelse för och synliggöra hur talstrukturen ser ut mellan lärare och elever. Ansatsen som används för att undersöka syftet är kvalitativ och studien har genomförts som en kombinerad observations- och intervjustudie. Två klassrumsobservationer har genomförts och tre yrkesverksamma lärare har intervjuats. Ett sociokulturellt perspektiv samt teorin om social responsivitet är studiens viktigaste teoretiska utgångspunkter (Asplund 1987, Säljö 2000, 2005).
