Frågeställning: Vad kan medarbetares delaktighet i en budgetprocess leda till?Metod: För att besvara frågeställningen har en kvalitativ undersökning genomförts med en abduktiv ansats. Primärdata har samlats in genom personliga intervjuer med respondenter inom Halmstad kommun.Resultat: Resultatet visar att medarbetares delaktighet i budgetprocessen leder till positiv motivation, god kommunikation och förbättrade arbetsprestationer.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur modersmålslärare upplever arbetet i ett arbetslag och vilken funktion den har. Med dessa utgångspunkter vill vi undersöka om samverkan i ett arbetslag har något betydelse för elevens lärande och vilka fördelar respektive nackdelar lärarna ser med arbetslaget. Vidare vill vi ta reda på om samverkan i arbetslaget kan bidra till modersmålsverksamhetens utveckling. Denna studie har gjorts i två modersmålsverksamheter. I insamlandet av empiri har vi använt oss av kvalitativa intervjumetoder med 15 modersmålslärare, och observationer vid sex olika tillfällen. Vi kom fram till i vår undersökning att arbetslaget upplevs mer som en socialt och reflekterande funktionsform än ett beslutsfattande forum.

With knowledge of how the southern Swedish forests have been affected by storms the past years, this study intended to find out which factors affect the storm firmness of a stand the most. The study was based on data from stands in the, by the storm Gudrun, affected area. The results of the analyses that tested the stand factors that influence the amount of storm damage to the greatest extent showed that the storm sensitivity of Norway spruce stands were largely due to previous management actions. The factors that could be controlled by thinning and had relevance of storm damage standpoint, according to the results were; the dominant height, volume, basal area weighted mean diameter and stand age at last thinning. In this study, these results are not as clear for Scots pine.

Fantasy literature has a rather strong position in countries with an English-speaking population but not in Sweden. The supply of fantasy in Sweden is much smaller than that in for example United Kingdom. Does this affect the Swedish readers of this genre? If it does, how does it affect them? The aim of this thesis is to find out how a few fantasy-reading students at the Swedish School of Library and Information Science get hold of the fiction they want to read and who and/or what influence their decision of which book to read. In order to avoid confusion we are also going to try to find out how they define fantasy since it varies from person to person what is included in the genre.

The intention of our study was to examine differences in experiences between elderly women and men from the home?help service. It?s a qualitative study based on interviews and data collection.Five categories are presented in the result of the study. The categories are based on interviews with three elderly women and three elderly men who all have home?help service.

This master thesis is looking into the stories on the internet forum www.resedagboken.se. The stories of Swedish teenaged exchange students in the U.S. are studied and the main purpose is to see both what they are writing about and the reason for why they are spending their time writing down their experiences in a public forum.Even though most of the teenagers here are writing with a specific audience in mind, all the stories are free to anyone to take part of and this causes a difficult position for the teenagers who often seem to forget the public point of view when they are telling about their personal lives.The study is divided into two parts. The first one looks into the content of the stories and the other one focuses on the storytellers and their reasons for writing. The teenagers are writing both a lot about their everyday lives in their new environment, but also a lot of things to keep in touch with what their friends and family in Sweden are doing.

The purpose of this essay is to illustrate how the position of power / exercise of power are perceived in today's schools from the teacher's perspective. I have examined how students' freedom and democracy education interpreted in real life, and how this affects both teacher and student learning approaches. I would also highlight the need to set standards for children's psychological development related to the consequences will be. I have chosen to perform a qualitative research through individual interviews with five participating teachers from different experiences in different type of school. I have used the hermeneutic method of analysis to analyze the material.

Purpose: The purpose of the essay is; to explain and clarify how the company is acting to lead members in social media to achieve valuable external communication. The authors believe that it is important to act with credibility and quality in social media, to accomplish long lasting relationships. When employees communicate with consumers their conduct is relevant to the company's credibility.Methodology: An inductive approach has been used for the empirical data collection since the authors have been studying the reality without existing theories. A qualitative research method has been used for collecting the empirical material. Primary data was collected from telephone interviews with seven companies, active in social media.Conclusions: The study shows that the power of employees? can be used when designing strategies for social media.

Detta examensarbete syftar till att besvara frågor rörande historieanvändning och historieförmedling på lajv. För att besvara och belysa användandet och bruket av historia redogör detta arbete för tidigare forskning i ämnet, problematiserar och diskuterar denna forskning, och forskningen används sedan för att studera lajvande. Problem som uppkommit är att forskningen idag i mycket lägger fokus på arenor där lärande är ett mål, vilket inte är fallet med lajv i stort. De teorier som presenteras är historiedidaktiska teorier, och de har i en del fall överförts från ett studium av skolan, och anpassats, eller tolkats, för att passa in i studiet av lajv. En hel del forskning som existerar kring ämnet historiedidaktik har lagt tonvikten vid att studera enbart skolan, och dessa har behövt tolkas för att passa in i studiet av en annan arena.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of an infusion of hypertonic saline solution (HSS) in combination with an oral waterload on cows suffering from rightsided displacement of the abomasum (RDA). Six dairy cows were treated with 7,2% HSS in a dosis of 5 ml per kg bodyweight. They also received an oral waterload of approximately 15 liters. To monitor changes in fluid-, acid-base- and electrolyte-balance, bloodsamples were collected during the next 24 hours. During this period, the cows also underwent surgery to empty and correct the position of the abomasum.

Information har samlats in från 11 st nyblivna cheferinom både den privata och offentliga sektorn.Gemensamt för de här informanterna är att debefinner sig på sin första chefsroll och därmed ej harnågon tidigare erfarenhet av att leda människor i enarbetssituation.Vi har kommit fram till att det finns vissa svårighetersom individen stöter på när den tar steget till att blichef. Det finns vissa skillnader i vad de förväntar sigatt rollen kommer innebära jämfört med hur det blir ipraktiken. Det som främst skiljer sig är att denadministrativa delen av arbetet upptar en större del änväntat, vilket påverkade våra informanter negativt.Likaså är man inte helt förberedd på att fatta tyngrebeslut som har en mer personlig inverkan på de sompåverkas. Faktorer som påverkar den nya chefen införsitt arbete är främst möjligheten till att ha fått följaden tidigare chefen vars position de nu besitter.Likaså har ledarskapsutbildning lagt en bra grund förförståelsen av komplexiteten i den situation manbefinner sig i som chef..

We live in a society that has changed rapidly in recent years. The Swedish welfare state identity consisted of structures that had been formed from an emancipatory project. Today, these structures seem to have been erased and replaced by a different form of society. When a society is changing it affects the political, social and economic levels.In this social change Social Democracy seems to have lost its hegemonic position in society and describes itself as standing in a crisis. An effort to modernize the party has therefore begun.

I denna uppsats studeras konkurrenssituationen i en industri med utgångspunkt i Michael Porters teorier om strategiformulering och industrianalys. Detta för att bevara frågan i ett examensarbete från IT-företaget Comintelli om hur konkurrenssituationen ser ut i Knowledge Management mjukvaruindustrin och hur företaget bör utforma sin strategi för att verka i den. För att besvara frågan definieras i uppsatsen 6 funktionaliteter som centrala för en Knowledge Management mjukvara, vilket leder till en population om 11st aktörer som undersöks närmare. Resultatet är att Comintellis viktigaste konkurrenter utgörs av stora IT-företag, med IBM och OpenText som mest framträdande namn. Industrin präglas av begreppsförvirrning, en måttlig till hög grad av konkurrens och barriärerna mot inträde i industrin är generellt sett låga.
