Today, an Intranet is an important way for a company to share information. An Intranet has become a company?s way to communicate within the organisation. This communication is important, especially when the company is going through changes. In order for a project to succeed, the employees must support it.

Anställdas tankar om miljöarbetet : Inflytande, förutsättningar, hinder och en ny metod på arbetsplatsen.

I detta arbete undersöks attityder, motivation och tankar kring miljövänligt beteende på arbetsplatsen bland anställda inom skola och omsorg i tre Dalslandskommuner. Två av dessa har infört en arbetsprocess som låter de anställda, tillsammans i arbetslaget, sätta sina egna mål för miljövänliga arbetsrutiner på arbetsplatsen. Inspiration till studien kommer från Self-Determination Theory (Ryan & Deci 2000) och Value-belief-norm Theory (Stern 2000). Data samlades in och analyserades med både kvalitativa och kvantitativa metoder. Kvantitativa data från 169 frågeformulär som behandlade motivation och attityder användes främst som bakgrundsdata till fem stycken intervjuer.

Afterthe documentary film ?An Inconvenient Thruth? presented by Al Gore was released in 2006,most of the world saw a lot of attention directed towards global warming. This was a turningpoint that is refered to in this dissertation an history-graded critical event, which is assumed tohave a significant impact on peoples lives.The purpose of this dissertation is to examine whether or not political parties in Swedenresponded to this critical event in the way that they, in their party programmes, haveformulated policies related to climate change. Alternatively if media produces an image ofpolitical activity which does not comport with the forming of actual political standpoints.

Pedagogisk dokumentation i ett förändringsarbete

The main objective of this study was to find out what pedagogical documentation does and to get knowledge of what you may need to consider in order starting a process of change with a focus on pedagogical documentation. To get answers to my questions, the study is based on pedagogical theories from scientists and interviews with three preschool teachers who have different experience on documentation. My main questions were: What characterizes a pedagogical documentation? What tools / materials do I need to do a pedagogical documentation? What is important to consider when starting the process of change with pedagogical documentation? The result shows that pedagogical documentation is an approach that is based on that one is curious, interested, observant, listens, talking and researching with children and colleagues. You give the kids great participation which you can then pick up the children's learning processes and reveals that the business and the children develop according to curriculum objectives.

In the beginning of the 21st century, a number of scandals were pointed out in the US. Enterprises like WorldCom and Enron went into bankruptcy, and inaccuracies in their account were made public. This led to the fact that a new law, SOX 404, was established in the US. The law says in its whole that enterprises must have better control of their internal accounts.The aim with this paper is to examine how the surrounding world of an organization with stakeholders as well as other surrounding elements, affect or force an organization to change, and how a changing process is introduced and accomplished.We carried through a survey as well as interviews at the actual organization. Furthermore, we investigated why the change has come into practice as well as attitudes and opinions towards the change, and lastly, how the changing process has been accomplished.

From a social perspective, I have been working on how to change current consumption patterns through a change in people's behavior and attitude towards their possessions. The concept is based on how we can value, care for, and preserve our belongings by using theories in the empathic design field. Glidande Medelvärden och Riskjusterad Överavkastning : ? en studie om aktiemarknadernas svaga effektivitetsform

Syfte:Uppsatsens syfte är att testa den svaga formen av marknadseffektivitet på ett antal aktiemarknader genom teknisk analys i form av system med glidande medelvärden. Teoretisk referensram:Den teoretiska referensramen utgår ifrån den effektiva marknadshypotesen men omfattar även behavioral finance och teknisk analys. Metod:Uppsatsen är av förklarande karaktär med ett positivistiskt synsätt och ett deduktivt angreppssätt. Testen av marknadseffektivitetens svaga form sker genom en kvantitativ undersökning av sekundärdata. I undersökningen genomförs en hypotesprövning där en passiv investeringsstrategi jämförs mot aktiva investeringsstrategier byggda på system med glidande medelvärden. Undersökningen omfattar åren 2002-2009 och sker på tio väletablerade aktieindex, i Norden samt på tillväxtmarknader och på etablerade marknader, vilket ger cirka 17 500 observationer. Empiri:Hypotesprövningen visar att system med glidande medelvärden har kunnat skapa riskjusterad överavkastning samt kunnat förutse framtida kursrörelser på aktiemarknaderna i Danmark, Norge, Sverige och Hong Kong. På aktiemarknaderna i Finland, Brasilien, Indien, Japan, Tyskland och USA har systemen som testats inte kunnat skapa riskjusterad överavkastning och/eller inte kunnat förutse framtida kursrörelser. Analys:Det finns flera faktorer som påverkat resultaten i olika grad vilket gör att endast indikationer om grad av effektivitet på de olika marknaderna ges i slutsatsen. Slutsatser:På aktiemarknaderna i Danmark, Norge, Sverige och Hong Kong ges indikationer om att kraven för svag marknadseffektivitet inte uppnåtts.

In this essay, I research and discuss new spirituality (or what is commonly known as New Age) within some congregations in the Church of Sweden, Gothenburg. I question how and why this new spirituality has come to be accepted in parts of the Church. My hypothesis is that the church is a part, and a reflection, of a larger change throughout society, and I claim that this change depends much on the individualization and globalization during the last decades.The research is conducted through interviews with representatives from the Church ofSweden who are in charge of new religious activities. During these interviews we discuss their views on the change that has already taken place and is going on today.The interviews are then analyzed by applying rational choice theory on them. I discusswhether the Church can be seen as a producer of goods and services and if the churchgoers canbe seen as consumers of these goods and services.

Aktiemarkandspsykologi : En studie om hur aktiemarknadspsykologi påverkar sillen, kräftan och människan

Bakgrund: Vad orsakar egentligen hur en investerare väljer att investera sina pengar? Det finns många teorier, investeringsstrategier och verktyg, inom traditionell finansiering, för att optimera den totala avkastningen. Trots dessa så menar forskare inom behavioral finance att vid ett investeringsbeslut så påverkas människan mer av psykologiska aspekter än av de finansiella teorierna. Det finns idag anomalier på aktiemarknaden som inte lyckats förklaras med hjälp de traditionella teorierna. För att försöka tolka dessa märkliga rörelser på aktiemarknaden har forskare inriktat sig mer och mer på aktiemarknadspsykologi. .

 Inner resistanceThe aim of this study was to investigate the existence of an internal resistance to a work-related change in people who are long-term sick, and if this is related to an identification as ?long-term sick?. A second purpose to the study was to research in which way this internal resistance to a work-related change manifests and point to possible solutions. A qualitative study was conducted with interviews of experts and people on sick leave to illuminate the subject. The main result was divided into interviewed groups.

?Den är klurig eftersom vi jobbar med människor? : En kvalitativ intervjustudie om ledarskap i produktionen

Denna kvalitativa intervjustudie genomfördes i samarbete med Scania Acadeamy. Studiens syfte är att utifrån ett Organizational Behavioral Management (OBM) perspektiv kartlägga hur individer i ledarskapsroller arbetar med beteende och motivation för egen räkning, med sina medarbetare samt gruppen som helhet. Denna kartläggning är aktuell då organisationen har introducerat en ny organisationsstruktur som kallas 5+1 modellen. Den har inneburit flera förändringar i hur man arbetar som ledare, exempelvis är ledaren mer närvarande och coachande än tidigare.OBM belyser beteendets roll i organisationen och studien definierar beteende utifrån ABC-modellen. Modellen visar att ett beteende triggas igång av en aktiverare och förstärks eller försvagas beroende på vilken konsekvens beteendet får.

Arbetsmotivation och välbefinnande under en organisationsförändring

In an organizational change process, motivated employees are considered an asset. Work motivation can both be seen as situational and as a stable individual characteristic. The present study attempts to investigate how the employees at the Social Insurance Office in Scania experience the present organizational change by focusing on work motivation and well-being. Both questionnaires and interviews were adopted to examine the area of interest. Findings indicate that the organizational change is considered chaotic but necessary by the employees.

Val och valregler inom kooperativa företag : en studie om hur människor gör val och hur val påverkar människor

This work summarises some of the new choice theories and compares them with the neo-classical theories. It will deal with choice behaviour in situations with complex choice, such as may be encountered by board members or members of a co-operative company. The thesis discusses how choice may change if the rules of choice change. The hypothesis that people will vote differently depending on whether they choose a desired alternative or remove the undesired alternatives will be tested. .
