Lean Production har sedan länge enbart varit förknippad med tillverkningsindustrin och främst Toyota genom Toyota Production System(TPS). På senare år har Lean Production i allt högre grad introducerats och integrerats i tjänsteföretag under beteckningen Lean Service. Bankbranschen är en bransch där aktörer globalt anammat de bakomliggande filosofierna av Lean Production och Lean Service. I det här arbetet har en undersökning gjorts kring huruvida Lean Production existerar inom svenska banker och om så är fallet hur filosofierna inom Lean Production präglar bankerna. De tre bankerna som valts för undersökningen är de svenska storbanker Nordea, SEB och Handelsbanken.

Författarna har kommit fram till att små innovativa banker kan omorganisera sina resurser genom en urvalshändelse eller ett strategiskt val så att dynamiska förmågor uppstår. Dessa dynamiska förmågor påverkar i sin tur och kan även utgöra kritiska resurser som föder förmågorna; innovations-, produktions- och marknadsledningsförmåga. Dessa tre är i sin tur grunden till konkurrensfördelar hos små och medelstora företag. Slutsatserna illustreras genom en av författarna konstruerad modell..

The purpose of this paper was to study the various organisations that work with drug abusing homeless people in Lund. We have tried to compare the possibilities they have to change the way the homeless people look at themselves. The organisations that we have studied are Aluma, Diakonicentralen, the shelter Piletorp and the social welfare office.The methods used to collect data were interviews with professionals and homeless people as well as reading literature. We have used Ted Goldberg's (docent in social work at the university in Stockholm) theory. He writes that you have to be a significant other to persons with deviant behaviour to be able to help them become a part of the society and to change the way they look at themselves.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att bidra med kunskap om vilka förutsättningar för lärande som användningen av gamification skapar inom ett utvecklingsprogram. Forskningsfrågorna har varit: Hur upplever de chefer som deltog i steg 1 sitt lärande i programmet och gamet? Hur upplever de chefer som deltog i steg 2 sitt lärande i programmet och gamet? Vilka skillnader och likheter i uppfattningar finns mellan cheferna som deltagit i olika steg i programmet? Uppsatsens undersökning har genomförts i form av en kvalitativ fallstudie i ett utvecklingsprogram bestående av tre steg, som avser att förbättra en organisations kundnöjdhet. För att uppnå detta användas bland annat en plattform baserad på gamification då den innehåller poäng, resultattavlor och feedback. Syftet med att använda gamification i programmet är att öka erfarenhetsutbytet mellan chefer och medarbetare genom att skapa en feedbackkultur som ett naturligt lärande.

Vi vill beskriva, analysera och diskutera vad den nya lagen medför ur företagens perspektiv. Kunskapen vi vill bidra med skall kunna ge en tydligare bild över vad som egentligen har skett med företagen och hur de på kort sikt har påverkats av den nya lagstiftningen. Undersökningsobjekten är fem små och medelstora tillverkningsföretag, tre organisationer samt en bank. Resultatet visar att det tillgängliga säkerhetsunderlaget för bankerna har reducerats. Bankerna vill se en övergång till fakturabelåning och till följd av detta får de bättre säkerhet samtidigt som kredittagaren får betala en högre kostnad för krediten..

This report present the design and manufacturing of a wide-band driver amplifier placed in radar module for airborne applications. The major goals for the amplifier were a high efficiency and to deliver a predefined output power. To reach the second goal an additional preamplifier had to be constructed. The amplifiers were constructed in three steps: Design and Layout in the software Microwave Office, Mounting components and Verification. The driver amplifier was decided to be a push pull configuration consisting of two parallel transistors biased in class AB.

Marketing in a business-to-business environment differs from its counterpart in the business-to-consumer market. Where the latter focuses on customer satisfaction, the former is all about value. This value creates loyalty between seller and buyer. Creating loyalty is becoming more and more important in the media planning industry as fierce competition reduces profit margins. Value is created through selling what a client wants at an acceptable price.

The base for the study is laid during an internship at a regional office in Brussels. The study initially concentrates on the function and activities of different regional offices located in Brussels, in order to answer the core question.The main focus is to reveal an eventual change of cooperation patterns between different regional offices, and in particular the eventual redirection away from a main cooperation between offices deriving from the same national state.Through an empirical material, based on a series of interviews, an analysis is made using three hypotheses concerning the patterns of cooperation among regional offices.The notion of a coming change stated by, in particular, two older studies is used as a theoretical steppingstone with the conclusion that a change, in the way offices collaborate, has taken place..

Alneskolans slöjdlärare Sara Edström anser att deras trä- och metallslöjdssal upplevs som trång, är oändamålsenlig och har brister utifrån de gällande arbetsmiljökraven.Syftet med denna rapport är att slöjdläraren ska få ett underlag som visar hur slöjdsalen kan utformas för att bli effektivare, trevligare och uppfylla gällande lagar och rekommendationer. Underlaget som kom att innehålla en planritning, rivningsritning, rumsbeskrivning och en kostnadsberäkning, ska sedan användas för att få till en verklig förändring av slöjdsalens utformning.Utformningen grundades på boverkets byggregler, arbetsmiljöverkets rekommendationer och slöjdlärarens anvisningar.Resultatet visade att slöjdsalen kan utformas så att den blir mer effektiv, trevligare och säkrare. Till en kostnad av 125 000 kr kan lokalen utformas så att den uppfyller alla regler och rekommendationer samt de flesta av anvisningarna som angivits. .

Uppsatsen har två delsyften. För det första avser vi analysera och utvärdera de operativa risker som finns i samband med banktjänster via Internet och hur bankerna hanterar dessa. Vårt andra delsyfte är att undersöka hur skadeståndsansvaret fördelas mellan bank och kund. Vi avser även att diskutera och analysera om bankernas friskrivningsklausuler från skadestånd uppfyller de krav som ställs enligt svensk rätt. After been told that an ordinary winter service for our combine should cost more than 20000 SEK, not included spare parts, I decided to write this paper about today?s requirement of the workshop on a farm. I think that the lack of proper premises is the reason way not more of the ordinary machinery maintenance or upkeep is performed on the farm. When I did my literature survey I found that the Swedish environmental code, set by the Swedish law regulate how drain or sewer should be built. The environmental code however leaves a lot for your own interpretation. It might not be so bad but it must be very hard for the local environmental office to interpretation the regulations, since they are the ones that gives permission for the sewer in your workshop.
