Under de senaste åren har de flesta bankerna i Sverige gått från att vara traditionella administrativa tjänsteföretag till att utvecklas mot försäljningsorganisationer. Detta har påverkat de bankanställdas arbetssituation så att de ska kombinera att vårda kundrelationen genom att lyssna på kunden och skapa lösningar samtidigt som pressen att nå försäljningsmål är stor. Förändringen kan kopplas till att fler banker numera är vinstdrivande företag och måste se till aktieägares och andra parters intressen, därtill har konkurrensen hårdnat. Det är denna förändring vi har fördjupat oss i för att se vilken påverkan det haft på bankpersonalens arbete.Vår problemformulering lyder:Vilka effekter har utvecklingen mot en försäljningsorganisation haft på personalens arbete inom banksektorn och hur uppmärksammas dessa av ledningen?Med denna uppsats försöker vi att öka förståelsen för hur marknadsorientering i form av relationsskapande upplevs av personal och chefer inom banksektorn.

Background: Learning is important for companies? existence in today?s society and many studies discuss the importance of life long learning and learning organizations. An increased understanding for how the individual learn at the work place is importance to study to gain an accepting for how learning occurs, both formal and informal. Purpose: The purpose with this study is to describe the process of learning at the work place from an individual perspective, with focus on how formal and informal learning occur and interact. The purpose is also to confirm, contradict or develop existing theories.

The right to freedom of conscience is protected by international conventions and declarations of human rights that have been ratified by Sweden. Nationally, the issue of health professionals? right to freedom of conscience in the abortion care is not resolved by public inquiry. This has led to that Sweden has been notified to the European Committee of Social Rights on the grounds that the country is considered to be violating the Council of  Europe Resolution 1763 and that the proper question to be determined by regulations of the interests that are balanced, based on their legal value in relation to each other. Freedoms, rights and obligations conflict with each other.

De finansiella nyckeltalen måste kompletteras med icke-finansiella. Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att undersöka hur ett tjänsteföretag kan använda sig av ett balanserat styrkort. Undersökningen baserar sig på en fallstudie i FöreningsSparbanken, Norra regionen.

INGEN LAG ? STRAFF? ABSTRACTThe thesis deals with a gap in the Swedish legislation concerning the criminal responsibility under which military personnel act in international peace operations. According to international treaties called Status of Forces Agreements, military personnel operating abroad within the territory of other states are exempted from the criminal law of the host states. In return, their home states apply its national criminal law upon the personnel instead. Thus, Swedish criminal law is applied in relation to actions taken by Swedish military forces in international operations.

Bakgrund: Sedan år 2008 har världen befunnit sig i ekonomisk kris. Denna kris har drabbat såväl svenska som utländska banker runt om i världen, men i olika grad. Bankerna och deras arbete anses ha haft stor del i den rådande finanskrisen, vilket skapar frågor om hur de regleringar som finns fungerar och påverkar bankerna i den meningen de är avsedda att påverka bankerna och hur bankens arbete med kreditrisker ser ut.Problemformulering: Både Swedbank och Svenska Handelsbanken har drabbats av finanskrisen men Swedbank pekas ut som den största förloraren av dessa två banker. Ser man till respektive banks prestation på den svenska marknaden är det dock Swedbank som visar de bättre siffrorna vad gäller kreditförlust i relation till bankens utlåning och har gjort så sedan 2008. Vi fann det intressant att jämföra hur dessa två banker arbetar med sin kreditgivningsprocess, särskilt då fördelning av kreditförluster skiljer sig åt och då båda bankerna anser sig hålla en låg riskprofil.

The domain of this thesis is Personal Information Management (PIM) which is a sub-domain to human-computer interaction (HCI) that specifically concerns the interaction between human and information. The purpose of the study is to make an exploration of information management in a scientific research setting, to study which tools and strategies for information interaction that are used in the context and to suggest possible improvements of today's practices. Three in-depth interviews with scientific researchers have been conducted followed by a qualitative analysis of the results. The results show that there are great variations among the three respondents and that there can be distinguished as much as 15 different dimensions that when put together forms a unique PIM profile for each individual. The recommendation following this is that tools for PIM have to allow a high degree of individualisation.

The economic climate that has been going on for the last years has more or less affected everyone. This has created a need to get more knowledge about how our banks work and also how peoples own personal financial situation looks like. When our banks over this last period have compensated their employees with even greater deals of money, reactions has gone to the roof. This discussion has made us interested in the subject, which led to the decision to write an essay about remunerations within banks.The purpose of this essay is to investigate if our banks remunerations to their employees have any effect on their profit numbers. Does the size of the compensations vary with changes in the market? Do larger compensations contribute to a greater result?The study will look at Sweden?s four largest banks, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea and Swedbank.

The agriculture of today is getting larger and larger and it demands more efficient machines to handle these larger units. But all farmers don?t have the opportunities or don?t want to expand. What should they do if they want to remain on the farm? An alternative is to start a farm shop.

The situation at Plastal AB is following; the plant in Simrishamn has not capacity enough but the plant in Kristinehamn has unused capacity. My task with this master thesis is to build a logistic flow between this two plants, optimize purchase quantities and ensure delivery safety.The production of the Intermediate Section (LS) will be divided between the plants. The LS will be produced in the following way; the injection moulding process will be done in Simrishamn and the assembling and lacquering processes in Kristinehamn, The reason to divide the production is to ensure delivery safety. Plastal AB can not move the whole production of the l.S because the two plants have different processes (moulding res. injection moulding).When the 1.5 has been transported to Kristinehamn following moments are included in this order; lacquering, welding and assembling.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att ta reda på hur ledare på en bank upplever att de kan lära och utvecklas som ledare. Detta genom feedback, medarbetare, omvärlden och om­organisationen. Studien är av kvalitativt slag och har ett fenomenologiskt perspektiv. Data­insamlingen gjordes genom sju semistrukturerade intervjuer. Resultatet i relation med tidigare forskning och teorier visar på att när reflektion görs så sker lärande och utveckling.

The aim of this study was to investigate how the process of implementing a quality management system for food safety was handled in four different food producing companies in Sweden. The aim was also to analyze what difficulties the companies face and the possibilities that arise when certified. Furthermore, the reason for implementation was discussed as well as the main expectations on the certificate. Implementing a quality management system is a good way of ensuring the quality and hygiene of the food production and it also increases the traceability of food products through the whole food chain. A food safety standard provides a method of preventing problems and crisis and it can also help to handle requirements from authorities, the market and others.

We have in this essay studied the Swedish Hedge Fund Market available for the average Swedish private investor. We have closely looked at the risk measurements that are applicable on the evaluation of Hedge Funds today, and furthermore studied how they are communicated and what they actually contribute with in terms of risk and yield. Our survey attempts to clarify the shortcomings in the communication between the Hedge Fund Managers and their smaller investors. Do they really know where they put their money? The market is rapidly expanding and our goal was to find improved ways to inform about the Hedge Funds risks and opportunities.

Det finns uppenbara könsskillnader i samhället, inte minst när det gäller föräldraledighet. Svenska män tar endast ut cirka 20 procent av föräldradagarna. Studiens syfte var att få djupare förståelse för hur män upplever sin föräldraledighet, eventuella förändringar av familje- och arbetsrelationer, samt för vilka faktorer de upplever påverkar uttaget av föräldraledighet. Nio män som hade varit föräldralediga från ett företag i bank- och finansbranschen intervjuades. Intervjuerna var halvstrukturerade och analyserades med hjälp av tematisk analys.

In the light of the criticism from the Swedish Consumers? Association towards the actions of modern fund managers on the Swedish Sustainable and Responsible Investment (SRI) market, discussions of change has increased. The reasons underlying a change and communication process are scarcely focused on. Thus, grounded on theories in the fields of Critical Management Studies (CSR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), change and communication, this study analyses how a change of implementing revised SRI communication is carried out at Handelsbanken Asset Management, existing motives for the change in communication, and how key actors can affect the process. A participant observation and in-depth interviews were carried out enfolding a discussion that contributed with a critical analysis and discussion, concluding external motives to be dominant and that key actors of the change process are influential to a various extent.
