Allteftersom det balanserade styrkortet vunnit allt fler anhängare så har likaså informationsteknologin (IT) för att stödja det balanserade styrkortet också fått större fokus. Fastän många säger att IT-stödet är en väldigt liten del av själva styrkortet i en organisation finns det ändå där. För att det ska nå framgång krävs det också att man inte förbiser dess existens. Syftet med rapporten är att i samband med det balanserade styrkortet, beskriva hur detta stöds med hjälp av IT, samt förklara hur man har valt att automatisera aktiviteter och när man valt att implementera IT. Fallstudien visade på att man i många fall har god nytta av IT-stödet för det balanserade styrkortet, men att det också i vissa fall kan vara bättre med manuellt arbete, utan direkt inblandning av IT.

Street art can be defined as an artistic expression, often anonymous and illegal, which is constructed in the public environment. The purpose of this essay is to provide a broad and Balanced picture of what street art can mean. The aim is to examine street art as a phenomenon. What features has the phenomenon and in what ways is it important for the creators, spectators and place? This paper focuses on graffiti.

Today research of exhaustion is mainly aiming towards recovering and returning to working life.This work sets out to analyse the importance and effects of social networks such as family, friends and professional relations in helping people who suffer from exhaustion to recover. The study is based on interviews with eith people who have suffered from exhaustion but today are recovered. To my aid I have used tree different questions: What part have the social network of family and friends ment to the recovery? What part has the professional relationships with doctors, therapists and curators ment to the recovery? How have you changed your life in order to maintain balance?The interviews pointed out the importance of the social relationships as support, feedback and understanding that the process takes time.

Thirteen percent of the Swedish children declare that they have been beaten by their parents or other adults. While interviewing these children it has been discovered that they want adults to talk to them more about the violence they have experienced. Through intense research the understanding of the importance of asking patients about violence has deepened, during the last years and this year a new Swedish law has been instituted about the matter. The Swedish school nurses work shall be health promoting and preventive, due to the Swedish law about schooling. In this work the school nurses have an institutionalized task in performing health consultations with every one of the Swedish children.

Problem-formulering: Hur fungerar ekonomi- och verksamhetsstyrningen inom den kommunala verksamheten? Hur sätter kommuner mål och hur följs de upp? Är sättet att fastställa mål och mätmetoder likartade eller finns det skillnader?Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera hur kommunerna Gnesta, Nykvarn och Salem styr sina verksamheter via uppsatta mål och hur de följer upp dem ur ett ekonomiskt- och verksamhetsperspektiv.Metod: En fallstudie har gjorts vid tre kommuner. Primärdata samlades in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer.Teoretiskreferensram: Den teoretiska referensramen baseras på olika formella och informella styrmedel. Som formellt styrmedel behandlas budget medan de informella styrmedel som tas upp är organisationsstruktur, målstyrning, balanserade styrkort, nyckeltal och benchmarking.Empiri: Kapitlet inleds med en presentation av kommunallagen. Vidare presenteras de undersökta kommunernas sätt att styra sina verksamheter.Slutsats: Kommuner uppvisar både likheter och skillnader i sina sätt att fastställa mål och mätmetoder.

Rapid urbanization causes competition over land use between green area preservation and urban development in cities and greatly affects ecosystems as well as human well-being. This conflict is significant all around the world as many cities are now replacing existing green areas with new developments. The area around Dag Hammarskjöld's väg in Uppsala is currently experiencing the same conflict, as the need that the city has for new housing represents a threat for the many valuable green areas that are in the site. The purpose of this project was to understand how the need of urban development and the preservation of green areas could be Balanced. This understanding would thereafter be used to make a design proposal for the area around Dag Hammarskjöld's väg.

Region Gotland har under en längre tid privatiserat tjänster som tidigare utfördes av Region Gotland själva. Hur går det till när en privat aktör tar över eller startar en verksamhet och hur ser kraven på verksamheten ut? Idag använder Region Gotland Balanserade styrkort i sin styrning och hur påverkar denna typ av styrning privata aktörer? Denna uppsats fokuserar på vilken effekt Socialnämndens styrning har på upphandling, kommunikation och uppföljning.Problemformuleringen i denna uppsats lyder: På vilket sätt styr Socialnämnden privata och offentliga aktörer inom särskilt boend epå Gotland.Syftet med denna rapport är att undersöka hurvida Region Gotlands styrmodell påverkar upphandling, kommunikation och uppföljning mellan Region Gotland och aktörer inom särskilt boende på Gotland.Intervjuer har gjorts med personer i nyckelpositioner inom Region Gotland. Fördjupade intervjuer har gjorts med verksamhetschefer på två olika boenden. Ett boende i privat regi och ett boende i offentlig regi.

The persecution of the Rohingya Muslim minority population in southwestern Burma has come to the fore in recent years. The aim of this study is to first analyse the degree and respects of biopolitical control in the case of political oppression. Secondly, the aim is to compare the similarities and differences when it comes to the causes, mechanisms and expressions of the two theoretical starting points in the case.Giorgio Agamben´s biopolitical theory, which tries to reconnect state control over life and death with modernity, forms the basis of the analysis. Will Kymlicka´s liberal theory on minority rights serves as a theoretical comparison tool. Methodological starting points to the specific bilateral purpose will be both of the textual and discursive analytical tradition.

The main purpose of this essay was to study the program "Nationellt stöd för kunskapsutveckling inom socialtjänsten" ("National support for knowledge development within the social services") from the National Board of Health and Welfare on the basis of how such a development, as represented by the program, could affect clients' possibilities to participation and influence within the social services.To respond to the purpose I used the following questions at issue:* How is client participation and client influence defined in the program?* What arguments for and/or against client participation and client influence are stated?* Which patterns and similarities/differences are possible to discern between the municipalities and universities that participated in the program when it comes to client participation and client influence?The study was conducted as a document analysis. I studied documents from the program both on a national and a local level. The essay uses empowerment theories and theories concerning client participation and client influence. The main conclusions were that on the national level the authors of the documents spoke with caution about their view on client participation and client influence and expressed that it had to be Balanced against the rights of the citizens and the social workers for example.

Hur en verksamhet skall förbättrar sin interna styrning genom användning av kundinformation är ett omdiskuterat ämne. I studien ?Kundinformationen utvecklar den interna styrningen?. Undersöker författarna hur företag som tillämpar användningen av CRM i sin vardagliga verksamhet, har möjlighet att effektivisera för hur de skall nå sin vision. Detta möjliggjordes genom att fråga ett antal verksamheter, hur de ser på vikten av användandet av IT ? relaterade verktyg.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att öka förståelsen för varför det är problematiskt att nyttja det balanserade styrkortet som ett strategiskt ledningsverktyg. Förhoppningen är att utveckla en modell som delar in i BSC-arbetet i fyra olika faser. Hypoteser som belyser de största problemområdena i respektive fas kommer även att formuleras. Vi har utgått från en induktiv ansats. Uppsatsen har en explorativ karaktär då vi vill försöka bringa klarhet och förklara problematiken med styrkortsarbete.

Prestationsmätning har stor betydelse för företags lönsamhet. Detta gör att det blir viktigt för företag att utforma mätningen så att den blir motiverande och stödjande. Denna uppsats bygger kring en syntes där vi argumenterar att storytelling kan hjälpa till att skapa effektiviserande och motiverande effekter hos ett prestationsmåttsystem.Uppsatsen belyser själva verktyget BSC och hur det kan utformas för att bli motiverande för de anställda. Även begreppet storytelling beskrivs samt hur det kan användas för att tydliggöra organisatoriska mål internt i ett företag. Uppsatsen har en abduktiv abstraktion och en kvalitativ metod.

Uppsatsen avhandlar en kombination mellan situationsteorin och utformningsprocessen av ett balanserat styrkort. Grundidén med situationsteorin är att valen som görs är drivna av ett rationellt handlande som ett svar på den situation som råder. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om omgivning, storlek, struktur och strategi kan vara viktiga påverkansfaktorer vid utformningsprocessen av ett balanserat styrkort och i så fall på vilket sätt. För att besvara detta har vi använt oss av relevant teori inom området för balanserad styrning samt situationsteori kopplat till situationsfaktorerna. Fallstudier har genomförts på Luleå kommun och SSAB Tunnplåt där respondenterna har varit personer som haft en god inblick i processen.

The purpose with our study is to investigate in which way a public field of action has succeeded to make the economic management more effective and also find out which factors/activities that have contributed to get the result of the budget in balance. We also want to find out in which degree the Balanced scorecard (BSC) has contributed to the positive result of the budget. Method: We had started out from the qualitative method theory which is based on the hermeneutic theory, because we will interpret and understand. With this starting point we have chosen to use a case study with semi-standardised interviews supplemented with information from different documents, and to get the theoretic connection we have studied literature in the subject field. The analyse and even the theoretic connection have then started from, for this study, a special analyse model.
