Aim: My aim with this study is to investigate whether the co-workers in the company Arla Foods is satisfied with the communication between the company and the employees. If there are any changes to be made or if it works well as it is now.Method: I have sent out invistigationforms to 85 co-workers within Arla Foods. This forms included questions about Arla Foods internal communication and how the co-workers apprehend this. I have also made 7 interviews over the phone with co-workers on the dairys around Sweden. Including in these 7 interviews have I also talked and posed questions to representatives for the trades-union within Arla Foods.

In this essay I?ve chosen to do a comparative analysis of the two films Män som hatar kvinnor (Niels Arden Oplev, 2009) and The girl with a Dragon tattoo (David Fincher, 2011) based on feministic theories. I have done this with the intent of comparing the two versions way of viewing the woman. The analysis is based on my own questions, observations and interpretations, and has a hermeneutic approach.My conclusion is that ?The girl with at Dragon tattoo? is closer to Stieg Larsson?s original story that both films are based upon, though the Swedish film Män som hatar kvinnor has got more of a feministic purpose.

The purpose of this study was to describe, understand and analyze the thought behind the perception amongst pedagogues´ on multicultural work in preschools, based on an intercultural perspective. In this study, I questioned the pedagogues´ view on the work in preschools that prepares children for a life in a multicultural society and also the way they describe the cultural challenges.The study was accomplished and questions were answered by studying current literature and previous research in the field. I also interviewed four pedagogues from two different preschools located in separate areas.This study shows that many opinions that pedagogues expressed in the interviews can be traced back to an ?us vs. them? perspective, in which your own culture, the Swedish one in this case, is the most critical and should receive the greatest attention in preschool.

Uppsatsen Ett ämne i tiden? - En studie över hur ämnet biblisk historia och katekes utvecklades tillatt bli ämnet religionskunskap, har syftet att undersöka hur sekulariseringsprocessen samt depedagogiska tanketraditionerna har påverkat religionsämnets kursplaner och mål.För att uppnå syftet har följande fråga besvarats:Hur har ämnet biblisk historia och katekes förändrats och utvecklats från 1842 till 1994?Metoden som använts är en deskriptiv litteraturstudie. Litteratur som använts är bland annatAlgotsson Från katekes till religionsfrihet - Debatten om religionsundervisning i skolan under 1900-talet, Almén, Furenhed, Hartman och Skogar Livstolkning och värdegrund- Att undervisa omreligion, livsfrågor och etik, Forsell, Svedberg och Zaar Boken om pedagogerna samt GustafssonTro, samfund och samhälle. Sociologiska perspektiv.Resultatet av min undersökning visar att religionsämnet har anpassats och formats i takt med tiden.Från att på 1800-talet endast innehålla den evangelisk-lutherska läran har religionsämnet kommit attomfatta en stor del som berör religion och livsåskådning. Den röda tråden i undervisnings ochläroplaner har varit etik.

This report is a study in voltagelevel in connection with regeneration of brake energy from the tramtype M31 in Gothenburg.In the act of braking, the tram M31 uses electrical braking where the electrical motors generates energy and if possible send it back to the overheadline, where other trams in the nearby can use this regenerated energy for its own driving force. In cases where no other energyconsumers are located in the same section, there is a resistance witch task is to convert this energy into heat. The regulation of this resistance appears to cause an increase in the voltagelevel into far too high levels.Investigations of the trams regulationequipment and its construction have been done. Further have measurements on the overheadline been performed in order to map the voltagevariations during a longer period of time.The result have been showing that the voltagelevel during regeneration often is as high as 880V-920V, more extreme values have not been observed in a large scale. The values are especially high compared to the nominal voltagelevel.

The aim of our thesis was to gain greater knowledge of how young people relate to religion, religiosity and life, and this behavior might show influences of a gender perspective. Part of the aim was also to have greater awareness of how our education should include a gender perspective. To get to this goal, we have assumed the qualitative investigation method which we discussed with a number of students who read last year of high school. First, the interviews were aimed to let students talk about matters concerning religion and life. The next step was to examine their thoughts with a gender perspective as a starting point.

I denna uppsats genomförs en översättning av ett antal avsnitt ur Samuel Pepys dag-­bok från den engelska restaurationsepoken, varefter översättningen analyseras medsärskilt fokus på de specifika svårigheter som kan uppstå med anledning av att textenär hämtad från en äldre tidsepok. Som målgrupp för översättningen antas en publikmed intresse för historia på populärvetenskaplig nivå.Analysen av översättningen har ett tvådelat syfte: för det första att undersökaolika möjligheter att anpassa måltexten till att i någon mån återspegla att källtextenär ett historiskt dokument, och för det andra att analysera de olika svårigheter somhar att göra med att språkbruket reflekterar ett samhälle där institutioner, yrken, ter-­mer, seder och bruk osv. är helt andra än samtidens.Som ett stöd för analysen genomförs en ytterligare analys av översättningen enligtVinay och Darbelnets lingvistiskt grundade modell för översättningsstrategier.Genom analysen identifieras ett antal grammatiska, stilistiska och lexikala möjlig-­heter för att låta texten återspegla en äldre stil. Dessutom identifieras och klargörs ettantal svårigheter vid översättning av begrepp inom olika områden, med förslag tillhur dessa kan lösas. Ett resonemang förs kring hur expliciteringar och fotnoter tillstöd för läsaren lämpligen görs för denna typ av text.Analysen enligt Vinay och Darbelnets schema visade på en relativt hög använd-­ning av översättningsprocedurer som inte enbart innebär förändringar på strukturellnivå, utan som även inbegriper pragmatiska modifikationer.

This is a qualitative study where the purpose was to investigate what professionals experience to be the reason for an individual to become addicted to gambling and continues to gamble even though it leads to negative consequences. The purpose was also to investigate what the professionals experienced was of importance for an individual to recover from a gambling addiction. The study was based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with knowledgeable individuals in the field. The main findings of the study were that the motivation for individuals with a gambling problem to continue gamble was that they saw gambling as the solution to their problems by winning back lost money. It was common that gambling was an escape from anxiety, guilt, shame, and other gambling-related problems such as financial liabilities.

SammanfattningDenna studie genomfördes 2009, som en del i ett större projekt; ett konstnärligt och pedagogiskt utvecklingsprojekt på Teaterhögskolan (Stockholms Dramatiska Högskola). Syfte och frågeställningar Syftet med min studie är att fånga upp och analysera mina egna upplevelser, vid arbete med kroppslig gestaltning, utifrån Viewpoints, Mask och kostym/Karaktär.Vad gör arbete med Viewpoints för min upplevelse vid kroppslig gestaltning? Vad gör arbete med Mask och kostym/Karaktär för min upplevelse vid kroppslig gestaltning?Vilka moment upplever jag som speciellt kritiska?                                                   Hur förändras mina upplevelser under processens gång? MetodStudien bygger på att jag har gjort en deltagande observation, med hjälp av introspektion. Jag har gjort en så kallad samtida introspektion. Forskarsubjektet och forskningsobjektet är en och samma person, vilket kallas för forskarintrospektion. Empirin utgörs av den förda fältdagboken, varur jag valt ut ett antal av mina nedtecknade upplevelser att analysera och tolka. ResultatDe tre metoderna Viewpoints, Mask och kostym/Karaktär väckte olika typer av känslor, sprungna ur affekter.

SAMMANFATTNING Bakgrund: Whiplashrelaterade besvär är vanligt förekommande efter en bilolycka. En behandling för dessa patienter är steloperation av övre nackkotpelaren. Dock finns lite forskning kring hur detta i allmänhet och i synnerhet ur ett beteendemedicinskt perspektiv kan påverka en patient. Syfte: Var att utvärdera om steloperation av övre nackkotpelaren hade effekt för två patienter med långvariga whiplashrelaterade besvär, avseende vissa beteendemedicinska aspekter innehållande psykologiska och kognitiva funktioner. Metod: Experimentell single?subject studie som innehåller baslinje-, interventions- och uppföljandemätningar (A1-B-A2 design).

De allmänna näringsrekommendationerna, bland annat Svenska näringsrekommendationer 2005, som används inom folkhälsoarbete i Sverige idag är framtagna utifrån vetenskaplig forskning genom ett kontinuerligt samarbete mellan olika länder. Livsmedelsverket är en statlig myndighet som arbetar med att ta fram och förmedla kostråd till Sveriges befolkning. Forskare och myndigheter har ett visst ansvar att sprida korrekt kunskap och information om kost och hälsa. Det är däremot vanligt att massmedia ifrågasätter och omkullkastar de re-kommendationer som myndigheter har arbetat fram. I massmedia är det populärt att framställa olika kosthållningar som mirakeldieter för att uppnå snabb viktnedgång.
