Denna undersökning söker nå förståelse för lojalitet i förhållande till arbetsplatsen när man jämför Generation Y med Baby Boomers. Tidigare forskning visar att lojalitet är ett multidimensionellt begrepp som kan ha olika riktningar och att flera faktorer har ett samband med lojalitet. Tidigare forskning kring generationsskillnader och lojalitet är begränsad men många studier tyder på att Generation Y är mindre lojala än Baby Boomers. Undersökningen är gjord på Veolia Transport och bygger på djupintervjuer med fyra Baby Boomers tunneltågförare och tre från Generation Y. I resultatet framkom trivsel, motivation, bild av företaget, ledarskapet och organisationskultur som viktiga faktorer för lojalitet, och undersökningsdeltagarna från Generation Y tenderade att vara mindre lojala, ha kortare tidsperspektiv på sin anställning och ett mer individualiserat förhållningssätt till lojalitet än de från Baby Boomers.

Bakgrund: Shaken Baby Syndrom är en allvarlig form av barnmisshandel. Förekomsten är vanligare bland barn under ett år och barnets skrik anses vara den enskilt största orsaken. BVC-sjuksköterskorna har ett ansvar i att arbeta förebyggande mot Shaken Baby Syndrom. Att som BVC-sjuksköterska möta en familj där barnet utsatts för skakvåld väcker mycket känslor och ställer höga krav på professionalitet. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att belysa BVC-sjuksköterskors erfarenheter av att möta en familj, där barnet utsatts för Shaken Baby Syndrom.

The purpose of this work was to research how Baby nurses define the concept child maltreatment and how they conduct themselves to mandatory reporting.The central questions were; How do the Baby nurses interpret the concept child maltreatment and which children do they consider comprehending the concept?What are the reasons that children are maltreated according to the Baby nurses opinions?Do the Baby nurses apprehend that they meet children that are maltreated in their work?How do the Baby nurses interpret the mandatory reporting and what course of action do they use when they suspect child maltreatment?Nine Baby nurses were interviewed. The material was analyzed with the help of a phenomenological method.The participators idea of the concept child maltreatment was focused on observing signs from the child and concrete actions from the parents. The outcome of this concept is that the participators categorization is neither or nor. The participators knew about the mandatory reporting and they did a further interpretation because they focused on the risk of the child.

The aim of this literature review was primarily to describe how the nurse can involve the parents in the care for their premature Baby, and secondly to describe the aim, design, method, population and quality of the reviewed studies. Searches have been made in different databases in order to find articles where the search words ?neonatal care?, ?neonatalvård?, ?premature infants? and ?nurse? were included. The literature review was based on 12 scientific articles. The results of the study were divided into six categories; The nursing staff?s relation to the parents, Support group, ?Home-early program?, Decision-making, A work in progress and A safe and efficient method.

Sverige kommer inom en snar tid att stå inför stora förändringar på arbetsmarknaden gällande generationer. Baby boom generationen kommer att gå i pension och arbetsmarknaden tas över av generation X och Y. Genom att Baby boomers lämnar arbetslivet och tar med sig sina kunskaper, blir det ett stort tomrum som kan vara svårt att fylla av de nästkommande generationerna. Emellertid har generation X och Y andra kunskaper som Baby boomers saknar. Karakteristiska värderingar återfinns hos de olika generationerna, exempelvis värdesätter Baby boomers hårt arbete och lojalitet.

I och med att Baby Boomers-generationen i allt större grad går i pension upplever företag och organisationer en ökande brist på kompetent personal. Detta har gjort att Generation Y, som ska fylla tomrummet som Baby Boomers lämnar efter sig, blir allt mer attraktiva för arbetsgivare. I media och ekonomiska tidskrifter blir vi ofta påminda om detta faktum, men frågan kvarstår, är det så att de arbetsvärderingar som Generation Y prioriterar faktiskt återspeglas på arbetsplatserna? I denna uppsats har en intervju samt en enkätundersökning genomförts på det för sin motivation prisbelönade företaget Concrete IT. Studien visar att det undersökta företaget återspeglar flertalet av de arbetsvärderingar som Generation Y värdesätter och bör anses vara attraktivt för Generation Y.

In recent years there has been an upsurge in products and activities designed for infants, what is known as Baby culture. The essay is a discourse analysis covering the part of Baby culture which is concerned with infants and books. The essay studies texts from libraries and children?s bookclubs in order to understand what it is they communicate, to whom and the conceivable consequences of the communicated message. One of the main purposes of the study is to determine what view of infants as social and cultural beings it  is that arises from the texts.

The purpose of my essay has been to illustrate any possible differences between pre-school teachers? and parents' views on the mission of the pre-school put in relation to the pre-school curriculum. In my study I have taken a starting point in the following questions:How do pre-school teachers understand the mission of the pre-school?Do pre-school teachers recognize the term Baby-sitting from their profession?How do pre-school teachers perceive the parents' view on the mission of the pre-school?How concerned are the parents according to the pre-school teachers about the pedagogical activities of the pre-school?What do the pre-school teachers do to inform the parents about the pre-school curriculum and how aware do they think that the parents are of the curriculum?What are the plans of the pre-schools to fulfill the new part of the revised curriculum that comes into effect July 1 2011?I chose to utilize the qualitative method with the hermeneutics as a theoretical framework in my study and through interviews study my questions. The interviews were made with four pre-school teachers from different pre-schools in the south of Stockholm.

Denna undersökning avser att studera hur musiktatergruppen "Nalta" arbetar för att fånga barns intresse och behålla det. De framför en föreställning som heter "Mamma bas får en Baby" för i huvudsak barn i åldrarna 3-10 år. Undersökningen genomfördes genom observationer av föreställningen och intervjuer med gruppen. I undersökningen framkom två speciella faktorer som påverkade gruppens möjligheter till kontakt med barnen. Det första är att gruppen själva upplever och agerar utifrån egen lust och glädje.

Youth unemployment in Europe is a big problem today. The number of unemployed young people has risen past decades, from 10 % in1980 to over 20 % 2010. The purpose with this thesis is to deal with big cohorts and unemployment rate for young people 20-24 years old in Sweden. I have a look at three different generations, people born:1963-1967 and start working 19871968-1972 and start working 19941988 and start working 2008-2012Did these people from a Baby boom face any specific difficulties when entering the labor market 20-24 years later? I have used Easterlin theory in my work and lokked at statistics from SCB (Statsitiska centralbyrån) in Sweden.
