Ämnet kompetensöverföring och kompetensbevaring är ett aktuellt ämne för dagens arbetsmarknad. Generationen Baby boomers, den ovanligt stora efterkrigsgenerationen, personer födda mellan 1946 ? 1964 (Valueoptions, 2015), kommer de kommande 10 åren att gå i pension vilket riskerar att även deras komptetens går förlorad.Kompetensöverföring och kompetensbevaring är även aktuellt vid ett ägarskifte eller en nyanställning. Om kompetensöverföringen inom organisationer inte sker på ett korrekt sätt så löper det en stor risk att värdefull kunskap går förlorad. Kompetensen och den tysta kunskapen är viktiga att identifiera och bevara till nyanställd personal.

Följande studie är en personalvetenskaplig uppsats som behandlargenerationsspecifika motivationsfaktorer. Syftet med studien är att undersöka huruvidatillhörigheten till en särskild generation medför ett specifikt förhållningssätt till det egna arbetet, dvs. om några skillnader existerar generationerna emellan. Med hjälp av en undersökning utifrån en svensk kontext är vår förhoppning att genom vår studie kunna tillföra utökade kunskaper inom området.Teorin som uppsatsen baseras på berör tre huvudsakliga områden; motivation, generation samt en sammanslagning av de två begreppen. Motivationsbegreppet sett ur ett allmänmänskligt perspektiv är omfångsrikt och definierat på ett flertal olika vis, men saknar täckning för mer specifika kontexter.

Background: Investors have several options to choose from when the goal is to achieve the highest yield at the lowest cost and risk. Stocks are a common investment options, but is also associated with risks. Portfolios are usually constructed with several different assets to reduce the unsystematic risk of investment. Funds are similar to composite stock portfolios, the big difference is that they dealt with in their entirety and investors may not affect the fund's content. The problem remains that whether you choose stocks or mutual funds there is still uncertainty as to how the future will unfold.

Thus, it has been suggested that ego-depleted relies more heavily on intuition, which is less burdensome, when making decision. However little is known about to what extent intuitive decisions differ from analytic.

Älvdalens Savings Forest was formed in the late 1800's. During this time the country was conducting the first major land reform in Sweden, namely the redistribution of arable land through government action. In Älvdalen people saw an opportunity to form Savings Forest, that is jointly owned forests, where everyone would get part of the proceeds. The yield in the first place would cover were costs to manage and monitor the forest and to the measures to ensure regrowth and improve the forests. You could also use the proceeds to develop the area and make it easier for the population to manage their forest. In early summer, a survey was sent to all the members of Älvdalens Savings Forest.

Enligt WHO (2012) ska förlossningsvård innebära att kvinnan ska kunna föda sitt barn på ett säkert och tryggt sätt. Hon ska kunna känna att hon får en säker vård och bli omhändertagen. För att den födande kvinnan ska få en positiv förlossningsupplevelse har kontinuerligt stöd visat sig vara av ytterska vikt. Syftet med denna tvärsnittsstudie var att undersöka kvinnors upplevelser av förlossningsvården i Göteborg och se om det fanns några skillnader i förlossningsvården på Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset/Östra och Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset Mölndal. Mätinstrumentet KUPP (Kvalitet Ur Patientens Perspektiv) som modifierats för att passa förlossningssjukvården användes.

Within the field of cinema studies, the question of visual representation is a fundamental pillar. An immense volume of theoretical work has been written on the subject, with various academic approaches such as feministic, postcolonial and gay/lesbian. Yet there is a large social group that seems to have been overlooked within the representational discourse: the elderly. This group of people appears to be a blind spot on the multicultural retina, too often neglected within the area of cultural studies. But as the Baby boomer generation, who has always redefined the different stages of life (youth, adulthood, middle age), is entering old age, things are slowly changing.

Bakgrund: Cirka tre till fyra procent av alla barn ligger i sätesbjudning vid fullgången graviditet. Med alltmer antal lyckade vändningsförsök och ökat antal kejsarsnitt minskar antalet barn som förlöses vaginalt vid sätesbjudning. Det påverkar barnmorskors och obstetrikers möjlighet att upprätthålla kompetensen vid sätesbjudning. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att beskriva barnmorskors synpunkter om vaginal sätesförlossning. Metod: Öppna frågor vid intervjuer med fem förlossningsbarnmorskor i Göteborg.
