Customer Relationship Management : Hur ser behovet av CRM ut för små och medelstora tillverkande företag i Sverige?
An increasingly globalized market is leading to hard competition among manufacturing companies, which means that they are forced to become more customer focused to survive in the market. A Customer Relationship Management system is a system that will be of assistance to help companies succeed in building long term relationships with their customers. Best of Breed and ERP-based are two types of CRM systems. The study has focused on analyzing and examine the need for CRM systems at manufacturing companies. Our question formulation has been:? What need do businesses want to satisfy with a Best of Breed-based and ERP-based CRM system?? Are there any differences in the use of Best of Breed-based and ERP-based CRM system?In this study, we have chosen to carry out interviews and quantitative surveys with manufacturing companies to get their view of CRM-systems.

The purpose of this paper is to examine information sharing in a hospital organization that is undergoing reorganization. The aiming is to make all employees at all levels actively involved in business development in order to create a smooth and, from a patient?s perspective, adequate emergency care. The paper suggests that the theory of social capital can explain the complexity of what motivate and what promote individuals to share information. The method used in the paper is the case study, focusing on detecting, interpreting and gaining insight on how information shares in an emergency department.

This is the end report of my final exam at Medieteknik. It covers the planning,
work process and review of a Flash based web application that I set out to do.
The goal was to create a user friendly, interactive e-shop with embedded
functionality for playing music, displaying rich media content and researching
possible payment solutions, to enable buying music files online. The project
involved creating the user interface, the programmatic functionality of a Flash
client (an SWF file). Also, setting up an Apache HTTP Server and establishing a
working ?bridge? between the Flash client and the web server with Flash
Remoting components and AMFPHP.

Den här undersökningen syftar till att svara på huruvida arbetsförmedlare anser arbetsförmedlingen som officiell institution behövs. Vidare undersöks arbetsmiljö, stress, stressorer och arbetsförmedlares bedömning av sin egen arbetsinsats. Undersökningen är kvantitativ och i form av enkät. Studien är begränsad till Gävleborgs län. Undersökningen bygger på 3 enkäter Arbetsförmedlares syn på sin arbetsinsats (ASSA) samt Percieved Stress Scale (PSS) och Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD).
Utvärdering av prototypen för ett kollaboratorium inom biblioteks- och informationsvetenskap
This study is a formative evaluation of a prototypecollaboratory for sharing data collection instruments inlibrary and information science (LIS). The aims were to findout: how the study participants, five hospital librarians,experienced the interaction with the prototype while workingwith predetermined tasks; and their views on the differentfunctions of the prototype collaboratory.Methods used for data collection was as a survey; followedby a think-aloud session where the participant verbalisedhis/her thoughts during the interaction with the prototype;and finally a semistructured interview. The survey wasanalysed with a frequency distribution, while the data fromthe other methods were analysed qualitatively by extractingthemes from the transcribed sessions.The results show that although the librarians expresseddifferent problems while working with the interface, mainlyrelated to the language in the prototype collaboratory anddifficulties with the page for applying metadata, all of themwere confident in being able to learn the system after using itfor a while. The librarians had a positive attitude towardssharing data collection instruments as well as comments inthe prototype collaboratory. At the same time, they wereaware that students and researchers might have differentabilities or incentives to work and share information.

Inledning: I Sverige drabbas årligen ca 10 000 personer av hjärtstopp, av dem överlever ca 300 personer. Under 2005- 2008 drabbades 2973 personer av hjärtstopp på sjukhus, av dessa kunde endast 30 % skrivas ut levande. Bakgrund: De första fallen av närståendes närvaro vid återupplivning inträffade vid Foote Hospital i Michigan, USA, 1982. Personalen blev då tvungna att ifrågasätta sina egna riktlinjer som uteslöt närstående vid återupplivning. Internationella riktlinjer för hjärt- lungräddning (HLR) rekommenderar att närstående bör få närvara vid återupplivning.
Styrning mot förändring: En fallstudie rörande organisatorisk förändring i offentlig sektor
This paper examines and analyzes effects of the introduction of a new management control system tool within a Swedish public health organization, the Södra Älvsborg hospital, and its possible effect on organizational change. The new management control system tool, known as the SÄS-model, has been widely criticized for being too costly and with too small positive effects to be shown. Our approach has with that as a background been to examine whether the implementation of the SÄS-model and its balanced scorecard has been able to result in effects regarding organizational change. We have through a case study aimed to analyze how a management control system, much alike one that is typically used within foremost private organizations, can promote organizational change. Our results suggest that the implementation of the SÄS-model and the balanced scorecard has given the organization clearer visions and goals.

The logistic business Svenska Retursystem AB was founded by the Swedish retail sector in
the year 2000, and their introduction of a grey plastic crate to the supply chain for perishable
goods changed the situation for the swedish horticultural sector. The new system revealed
several challenges to be tackled by all actors, from the small family firm to the bigger
organisations. Whereas the initiative comes from the customer himself, from the horticultural
sector ?s point of view, a refusal of the new packing is a hard decision to take. It is however
interesting that a comparison between the two systems, shows in favour of the corrugated
board boxes, not only concerning environmental aspects but also for economical and
ergonomical reasons.

An idea of counteracting against centralized economies by introducing a currency that no state or bank controlled was developed in the beginning of the 20th century. In 2008 the idea was realised by the introduction of Bitcoin, which is a digital currency and transaction system without any centralized emitter or controlling organ.

-------------------------- 4AbstractThis study is a qualitative case study in order to delineate how visible learning processes in the classroom. The study draws its theory from researcher John Hattie's findings about effective teaching. Data collection is taken from a class in grade 2 in a medium-sized Swedish municipality. The result demonstrates how the communication takes place in the classroom based on the teacher's strategies and planning in relation to pupils' interests and their own initiative. Is there a mutual feedback between teachers and students while teaching? From five perspectives, and the definition of what visible learning is all about, the results shows many good examples of excellent teaching.

This text deals with the shooting of a movie comedy. The author of this text was script writer as well as director. The film was extremely dependent upon the interpretation of the role of the leading female character, but the director and the leading actress, in spite of their willingness to cooperate, were unable to understand each other, and no creative meeting ever occurred.The film dealt, in amused distance, with male and female strategies and shortcomings, but the lack of understanding between the director and the leading actress caused the subtleties of the text disappear, so that when the film was ready it was possible to interpret it in a way that partly opposed its intentions.From the director?s point of view different aspects of the situation are investigated: what could she /should she have done? What are the obstacles for a better understanding? Is ?understanding? dependant only upon that which is verbal? Should the director not only be a director but also a kind of therapist? What is professional and what is private? Could a director who wasn´t also the script writer have seen other solutions? And how does it affect you as a female director never to have role models, only a very clear idea of what you don?t want your professional role to look like.The director thought she was being constantly compromising, but finds out she was not, she had only a different, and in appearance, friendly but manipulative strategy in trying to reach her goal: that of enforcing and implementing her personal interpretation of the script. The role of director is also a role, and must be played.

SUMMARYPrevious research has shown that there is a connection between the doorways and postoperative wound infections. Despite recommendations from Socialstyrelsen and the individual hospitals' PM there is still high traffic in the operating theatres. In a hybrid theatre environment combined X-ray techniques of surgery, resulting in it being further two categories inside the operating theatre. This may generate an increase in traffic flow. The study is a prospective, non-participant observation study conducted in the spring of 2013 at a university hospital in western Sweden.

In the United States, see recommendations for cardiac safety of sports arenas but also to health and fitness facilities. However, this does not exist in Sweden today. Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the health- and fitness facilities today are equipped with respect to cardiac safety and specifically relating to preparedness for cardiac arrest. Method: Quantitative data are collected and compiled with the help of a questionnaire. The questionnaire contained 19 questions in total.

In the project, my ambition was to make a stage design for theater withteenagers as target group. I have worked with the musical theater groupTheater ACTA in Gothenburg and independently from scripts, interpretedand shaped an outline for the basis of the set design of the play?s differentelements. The play, If this was a feel-good movie, is written by Elin Frostand Anna Lundholm, two members of Theater ACTA. The story is aboutthree people in their twenties with different relationships to each other andone week that would change their lives.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka vad som kännetecknar en användarvänlig webbsida och om www.atg.se har lyckats attrahera sin målgrupp. Min forskningsfråga var: Har www.atg.se lyckats attrahera sin mest prioriterade målgrupp och få de att öka sitt spel på webbsidan på grund av webbsidans design och användbarhet?För att en webbsida ska vara användbar för en användare måste den tillföra ett värde till an-vändaren, något som användaren har nytta av. För att webbsida ska vara användarvänlig krävs att den är lätt att använda. Att anpassa sin webbsida efter användarna kan vara svårt eftersom det som alla målgrupper har gemensamt är att de är människor och människor tänker och tolkar saker väldigt olika.
