Detta arbete har kartlagt att BP har ett CSR-arbete utifrån Global Compact?s tio principer, men med brister. Den främsta bristen gällande deras CSR-arbete är inom miljö, men företaget är klar med att företagets huvudsyfte är att hitta, utvinna och generera vinst till sina aktietagare - vilket följaktligen inte är en miljövänlig handling för ett oljeföretag. Arbetet har även jämfört det CSR står för med Global Compact´s tio principer, som utvecklades av FN 1999. Global Compact innefattar fyra områden; Mänskliga rättigheter, Arbetsrätt, Miljö samt Bekämpning av korruption.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om onormal avkastning genereras vid offentliggörandet av bud angående företagsförvärv för det förvärvande företagets aktieägare. Vidare jämför vi om avkastningen blir annorlunda beroende på företagens storlek, vilken bransch de tillhör samt vilken typ av företag som förvärvas.Studien utförs genom ett kvantitativt angreppssätt med hjälp av en eventstudie. Data består av aktiekurser från 34 bolag som jämförs med index. Eventfönstret som studeras är tio dagar, fyra dagar innan budet offentliggörs, buddagen samt fem dagar efter buddatumet. Studien baseras på bolag noterade på Stockholmsbörsen.

Studien syftar att undersöka hur åtta förskollärare uppmärksammar relationer, konflikter, sociala roller samt makt i arbetslaget. Vidare behandlas barnens påverkan av eventuella konflikter samt maktrelationer som sker i arbetslaget utifrån förskollärarnas tankar. Förskollärarna har intervjuats i syfte att få ta del av deras tankar och resonemang om makt och konflikter och hur barnen kan påverkas av vad som sker i verksamheten. För att analysera förskollärarnas resonemang, har bland annat Säljös (2000) sociokulturella perspektiv, Galtungs (1969) teori angående konflikthantering samt Harre ochVan Langenhoves (1999) positionerings teori använts.  Resultatet visar att förskollärarna är medvetna om att olika typer av konflikter och olika positioner etableras inom arbetslaget och att barnen påverkas negativt av vad som sker inom arbetslaget enligt förskollärarna.

Den 1 januari 1999 bildade elva länder (Belgien, Finland, Frankrike, Italien, Irland, Luxemburg, Nederländerna, Portugal, Spanien, Tyskland och Österrike) en europeisk valutaunion, det som också kallas euroområdet. Grekland anslöt sig, som en tolfte och ny deltagare, i januari 2001. Även om Sverige, Danmark och Storbritannien inte deltar från start har det varit klart att EMU kommer få konsekvenser för olika sektorer.Frågorna som behandlats i detta arbete är följande:Har EMU haft en effekt på de finansiella marknaderna i de länder som är med i valutaunionen?Har Sveriges, Storbritanniens och Danmarks finansiella marknader förändrats på samma sätt som i de länder som är med i EMU, fast dessa länder står utanför?Syftet med detta arbete är att analysera de finansiella marknaderna, genom beräkningar av vissa kända finansiella variabler, i de länder som deltar i valutaunionen och tre länder som står utanför (Sverige, Danmark och Storbritannien). Detta för att se om de finansiella marknaderna har påverkats av EMU och hur de har påverkats i och med inträdet.De variabler som behandlats är; ?-värdet, för att se om länderna går mot en gemensam marknadsrisk.

Mellan åren 1999-2001 satsade Sveriges regering sammanlagt 300 miljoner i ett projekt som kallades Anhörig 300. Pengarna skulle användas av Sveriges kommuner som i samverkan med anhöriga och frivilligorganisationer skulle arbeta för att utveckla stödet till anhörigvårdare. Avsikten med projektet var att uppnå en höjning av kvaliteten i stöd som kommunerna erbjuder anhörigvårdare. Älvsbyns kommun har fått cirka 350 000 kronor beviljade från Anhörig 300-projektet. I februari år 2006 startade Älvsbyn ett anhörigprojekt med mål att stödja anhörigvårdare.

Behovet inom FM att transportera militära förband i fredstid inför en övning eller vid mobilisering, har alltid varit stort inom Sverige. I och med att FM ominriktades så uppstod bl.a. förändringar av förbandstyper. Detta i kombination med den tekniska utvecklingen på civil och militär sida, kommer troligen att medföra både problem och möjligheter vid transport av militära förband i framtiden. Uppsatsens syfte är att analysera vilka möjligheter FM kan komma att ställas inför, avseende utnyttjande av civil och militär transportutrustning i framtiden.
