Denna magisteruppsats i offentlig rätt är ämnad att behandla implementeringen av direktivet om betaltjänster på den inre marknaden i svensk rätt. Betaltjänstdirektivet är väsentlig vid inrättande av den inre marknaden inom EU:s medlemsstater, då alla inre gränser skall avlägsnas för att möjliggöra fri rörlighet för varor, personer, tjänster och kapital; i det sammanhanget blir det viktigt med en modern och konsekvent rättslig ram för betaltjänster på EU-nivå. Uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka implementeringen av de processuella och materiella bestämmelser i betaltjänstdirektivet som knyter an till principen om god förvaltning och därtill medlemsstaternas processuella och institutionella autonomi. Till de frågor som analyseras hör tolkning av begreppet god förvaltning och hur de utvalda principerna kan identifieras i svensk rätt genom implementeringen av direktivet. God förvaltning i denna uppsats förstås i vid mening som ett begrepp motsvarande vad enskilda har rätt att förvänta sig av det berörda förvaltningsorganet vid handläggning av ett enskilt ärende.Uppsatsen har visat att direktivet innehåller ett flertal bestämmelser som knyter an till principen om god förvaltning och som reglerar hur svenska myndigheter skall handlägga ärenden inom direktivets tillämpningsområde.

Purpose: To explore how the changes in work life, here represented and depicted through the concepts of knowledge work and knowledge worker, have been incorporated in the official psychosocial work environment discourse in Sweden. Methodology: Critical discourse analysis, contrasting the official psychosocial work environment discourse to literature on knowledge work and knowledge worker, to explore how employees, employers and their relations are constructed within these two discourses; focusing identity, Autonomy and power. Using the constructions to make visible how they are articulated, used and dealt with in a real life case from the Work Environment Authority. Theoretical perspectives: Our social world is socially constructed and language is the main tool for constructing it. Discourse analysis is thus not just a tool for deconstructing texts but also for enhanced understanding of our construction of the world and our ability to communicate about it.

Marketing research has acknowledged the concept of authenticity. It is argued that consumers in modern society increasingly search for something real, in contrast to what they perceive as mediated and distorted. Producers of regional food brands has acknowledged this trend, and started to market their products as being authentic. Given the potential practical and theoretical contributions in studying the concept of authenticity in this context, this study aims to explore how consumers perceive these claims of authenticity. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to extend knowledge on how consumers come to perceive a regional food brand as authentic.

This Masters Thesis is about the Swedish National Council for Cultural Affairs and the arms length principle. The principle is used to explain the separation of power between two parts with a common interest. The main purpose is to elucidate if, and if so in what way, the arms length principle can be used to explain the relation between the National Council for Cultural Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Culture, i.e. the Swedish government, but also to examine the structures of power and relations within the Council. In the thesis we show that in the field of cultural policy the content of the arm lengths principle varies due to the many interpretations of the meaning.

The State Institution for Education of Feebleminded Girls was one of the two swedish educational institutions established under state management in the 1920s and came to be the starting point for further government operations for the mentally deficient. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the activities of the State Institution for Education of Feebleminded Girls, out of what needs the institution filled in Sweden?s care for the mentally deficient. The institution has tried to be understood from the view of eugenics and the perspective of children that was current during the 1900s first half.To fulfill the purpose of the study, the archives for the State Institution for Education of Feebleminded Girls was studied and analyzed with basis of previous research on Sweden?s care for the mentally deficient and the impact from eugenics and Sweden?s child perspective.The study shows that the State Institution for Education of Feebleminded Girls mostly existed to educate students and adapt them to the community, which the institution did by education, disciplinary interventions and sterilizations.

In which purpose, for who and when does equality get fullfilled in the education system? This studie takes aim on the upper level and second upper level school system to study what the curriculum says on the one hand and what the system brings out on the other. With critical theory as method, with Herbert Tingsten as founder, this studie analyzes the logic of the education system to set out if the pupils choice of education, after the upper level lower secondary school, in second upper level is legit with democratic principles such as freedom (of choice). The theory, used to analyze the individuals progress to be autonomous, uses Adam Swifts definition of freedom as an individual being autonomous. The findings of the study shows that what politicians chases as equality really i´snt equality.

Hur patienter upplever vården när de drabbas av höftfraktur är ett lite knapert utforskat område. Höftfraktur är den vanligaste orsaken till att äldre läggs in på sjukhus idag, och innebär stora kostnader för samhället. I samband med den ökande äldre befolkningen kommer även antalet höftfrakturer att öka. Det är en skada som innebär stora risker för patienten och även risk för komplikationer. Höftfraktur är ett tillstånd som medför stor smärta och immobilisering för patienten, med ett stort behov av vård och rehabilitering som följd.

Uppsatsens syfte är att ur ett personalperspektiv undersöka och beskriva kunskapsläget i äldreomsorgsarbete inom hemtjänsten med brukare som har alkoholproblematik. Syftet belyses via följande frågeställningar; 1) Hur beskrivs arbete med vård och omsorg hos brukaren generellt i forskningen? 2) Hur påverkas brukarens självbestämmande och livskvalitet generellt vid behov av vård och omsorg från äldreomsorgen? 3) Hur beskrivs arbete med vård och omsorg hos brukaren med alkoholproblematik i forskningen? 4) Hur påverkas brukarens självbestämmande och livskvalitet generellt vid behov av vård och omsorg från äldreomsorgen om brukaren har alkoholproblematik? För att besvara frågeställningarna valdes selektiv kunskapsöversikt som består av 11 utvalda primärdokument. Syfte och frågor i vår uppsats analyserades och besvarades via socialkonstruktionistisk och DBO-teorin, en handlingsteori. Resultatet av uppsatsen visar att: relationen mellan personal och brukare är avgörande för brukarens självbestämmande och livskvalitet.

Problem discussion: That empowerment and Autonomy can lead to desirable effects on employees is clear. Previous research has found correlations between empowerment and e.g. motivation, job satisfaction, productivity, loyalty and commitment. However, a control problem arises when employees have more freedom in decision-making which could potentially lead to undesirable outcomes. It thus becomes a type of dilemma for management and managers where you have to try to balance a restrictive use of the control system (to maintain control) and an enabling use (to promote empowerment).Purpose: The purpose of this study is therefore to identify how a company can use its control system in order to achieve empowerment while maintaining acceptable levels of control.

Introduction: Intimate partner violence (IPV) is a great public health issue that can cause serious physical, psychological and psychosomatic injuries to the woman. Education is one out of many important protective factors against IPV. Aim: This study aimed to investigate the association between women?s educational level and IPV in low- and middle-income countries, the interaction between the education of the woman and the man and IPV, how education on different levels (individual-, family- and community-level) influences IPV and how gender is connected to education and IPV. Method: A literature-based study with 12 selected scientific articles as the foundation for the analysis was performed.

The development of the livesof young people who have been placed in care facilities is dependent ontherapeutic relationships, professional separations, continuing follow-ups andan even transition from control to Autonomy. The aim of this study was toexamine the steering mechanisms behind the execution and planning of aftercareat a youth facility for care or residence. The aim was further defined throughthe specification of the following questions: 1. How are the concepts ofresocialisation and aftercare define and delimit? 2.

Bakgrund: Tidigare forskning tar upp definitioner av begreppet värdighet och hur den kan upprätthållas. Dock finns det få studier som visar på upplevelsen av kränkning av värdighet och autonomi som fenomen. Forskning har visat på att det finns svårigheter för personal att upprätthålla patientens värdighet och autonomi i vården och att etiska koder och riktlinjer inte har gett sjuksköterskor tillräcklig vägledning.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att belysa upplevelser av patientens kränkta värdighet och autonomi utifrån både patientens och vårdpersonalens perspektivMetod: Graneheim och Lundmans manifesta innehållsanalys har legat till grund för analysen. Bakgrund, resultat och diskussion i uppsatsen har baserats på kvalitativa vetenskapliga artiklar sökta via databaserna CINAHL, MEDLINE och Academic search elite.Resultat: Både vårdpersonal och patienter upplever att patienter blir ignorerade, objektifierade, att de inte får sin autonomi tillvaratagen samt att kränkande attityder råder. Resultaten av upplevelsen av patienters kränkta värdighet och autonomi har delats in i tre teman.

Forming teacher teams is currently the standard way of organizing teachers in Swedish Compulsory Schools. This is the result of a process that started in the 1970s.Traditionally the culture of teaching has been one of isolation. Once the door to the classroom is shut, what happens behind the door is up to the teacher to decide. Over the past thirty years a lot of time has been dedicated to making fundamental changes in the way teachers interact with their colleagues. Today the idea of teachers forming teams is generally accepted but still the core of a Swedish teacher?s job is that of a lone worker.

Since the 1990?s the Swedish school system has undergone major and recurring structural reforms. Two of the most comprehensive changes has been the shift of primary schools as an integral part of the welfare state to the responsibility of the municipalities as well as the introduction of free school choice for the students. Through two months of participant observations and semi-structured interviews this thesis seeks to answer the question of how these reforms has come to effect the work of teachers in a medium sized public school in a small municipality in the outskirts of Stockholm. Earlier research has shown that public schools in socio-economically vulnerable areas are disadvantaged due to the reformation of the school system (Beach & Sernhede, 2011; Östh, Andersson, & Malmberg, 2013).

Inledning: Sjuksköterskan möter ofta den palliativa patienten i sitt arbete. I det palliativa skedet kan det vara svårt att upprätthålla och bevara sitt självbestämmande relaterat till de symtom som uppstår vid svår sjukdom. Det blir extra viktigt för sjuksköterskan att hjälpa patienten att göra sin röst hörd. Vi ville fördjupa oss i begreppet självbestämmande och valde att göra en begreppsanalys för att få ökad förståelse och kunskap kring betydelsen och innebörden i palliativ vård. Syfte: Att beskriva begreppet självbestämmande för patienter med cancer i palliativ vård och hur sjuksköterskan kan främja självbestämmande.
