Inom vården utförs ofta schemaläggning av personal manuellt, vilket kräver mycket tid och resurser. Att planera arbetet för en grupp läkare, med dess ofta mycket komplexa sammansättning vad gäller exempelvis arbetsuppgifter och kompetenser, är ingen lätt uppgift. Detta examensarbete studerar huruvida en automatiserad taktisk bemanningsplanering med en tidshorisont på ett halvår till ett år, skulle kunna underlätta denna uppgift.I rapporten presenteras en måloptimeringsmodell som implementerats i AMPL för att med CPLEX som lösare generera förslag till bemanningsplaner. För att utveckla en matematisk modell som väl representerar de förutsättningar som råder vid bemanningsplanering av läkare har alternativa formuleringar provats och utvärderats. Den mest lovande av modellerna, som baseras på måloptimering, har i en pilotstudie testats på data från Onkologiska kliniken vid Linköpings universitetssjukhus.

The purpose with this thesis is to get a compilation of all the critical bolted joints of all enginesproduced at LV Motors. ABB LV Motors produces induction engines with seven shaft heights. Eachengine size exists several variants of components ex. standard shield and flange shield. Depending onwhich components the engine is equipped with arises various types of strains in the engine's parts,certain assembly ways are more favourable than other.The most critical parts in the engine from a mechanical point of view are the screw units betweenshield/stator, feet/stator and bearing cover/shield.

Syfte Syftet med arbetet är, att genom studier av applicerande företags tillvägagångssätt vid framtagande av investeringsbeslutsunderlag och genom jämförelse av dessa med de utvärderingar företagen senare gjort, bedöma tillvägagångssättens tillförlitlighet och samtidigt visa i vilken utsträckning konventionella investeringskalkyler kan tillämpas vid bedömning av systemens värde. Metod Jag har valt ut tre intervjuobjekt utifrån utbudet av applicerande företag. Vidare har jag intervjuat två företag som utvecklar automatiserade system för rekrytering för att fördjupa kunskaperna om systemen bakom lösningarna och för att ta del av dessa företags erfarenhet av området. Slutsats Tillvägagångssätten för framtagande av beslutsunderlag är olika från fall till fall. Det går inte att peka på någon eller några regelmässigheter i dessa. Förvånansvärt många av de intervjuade företagen har förbisett lönsamhetsbedömning vid beslutstillfället och grundat beslutet på lösa förhoppningar om odefinierade kostnadsbesparingar som systemet kan komma att generera. Dock är de underlag och uppgifter som framtagits av diverse bolag riktiga med reservation för referensfakta, det vill säga vilket utgångsläge systemet värderas mot.

Idag kommer det hela tiden nya enheter, alla med olika egenskaper, med möjlighet att koppla upp mot internet. Därmed blir det allt svårare för webbdesigners att anpassa webbplatser för användarens behov och förutse i vilken kontext användaren brukar webbplatsen. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur webbutvecklare kan implementera flexibilitet för webbplatser, för att webbplatsen ska passa de olika enheterna, genom responsiv webbdesign. Vidare undersöks också hur användare upplever en webbplats utvecklad med responsiv webbdesign.Studien omfattar utvecklingen av en prototyp som också har används som grund för användartestning och kvalitativa intervjuer. Användartestningen omfattade test på en webbplats utvecklad med fasta mått samt testning av den responsiva prototypen.

The project group is participating in a measuring project that is a cooperation between CIT EnergyManagement AB, the Measuring unit of Chalmers and College of Dalarna.The results from the measurementswill be put together and presented in a brochure.When designing the brochure a great deal of planning has been made how to attract the targetgroup.To make the contents of the brochure more attractive, which mainly will contain text, a lot of imageswith a symbolic substance have been used. To keep the brochure together it has been divided into fivechapters that each has been given one specific colour. The colours are consistent on initials, headlinesand images.At the moment the results of the measurements are not yet ready and the text for the brochure is notpossible to complete now. This project is expected to finish in the fall when all the measurements havebeen compiled..

Denna rapport behandlar automatisering av statorlindning vid monteringsline 4 för elmotorer på ABB Motors AB i Västerås. Målet med projektet var att hitta ett lönsamt sätt att automatisera delar av elmotormonteringen. Arbetet begränsades till att omfatta monteringsline 4 där motorer av storlek IEC 200- 250 monteras, dessa är de största motorer som produceras i Västerås. På grund av relativt små volymer och en omfattande variantflora måste en automatisering vara flexibel. För att nå en fungerande automatiserad lösning behövde flera praktiska materialhanteringsproblem lösas.

Many sexual crime matters are in a difficult position when it comes to proof, where it's word against word between the parties. However, the legislation states that it's the offender's actions that are to be in focus for the judicial judgement, but often the focus is on the woman, whether she said no and how she acted in that particular situation (Sutorius & Kaldal, 2003).The purpose with this essay was to investigate the professionals' view of the raped woman and what image the professionals convey/construct of the legal proceedings she goes through. With professionals, we mean lawyers and other professionals that function as support or treatment contacts for raped women. The questions we considered to be relevant for our investigation were: What image of the raped woman do the professionals convey? What image of the crime rape do the professionals convey and what image do they convey/construct of the legal proceedings the woman goes through? How is the view of the raped woman constructed in society? We considered qualitative interviews mixed with earlier studies and theories to be the best investigative method for our purpose.

Ericsson AB in Katrineholm is a part of the Section Business Unit Network in the Ericsson Group. The plant's main task is to produce printed circuit boards in small volumes with a high product mix and focus on delivery and cost effectiveness. At the factory they produce printed circuit boards in the Module department.The Module department has for a long time had a high output of non-approved circuit boards in their production. This has led to a growing stock of non-approved circuit boards on the company?s repair department.The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how Ericsson in Katrineholm can increase the outflow of approved articles in their test process in the Module department.

I detta arbete undersöks det hur en NoSQL-databas presterar jämfört med en relationsdatabas när kommunikation sker med en webbapplikation. Testning sker med hjälp av en PHP-applikation och Ajax för att simulera användningen av en webbapplikation. Den data som kommer lagras i databaserna kommer vara strukturerad och databaserna kommer vara på ett odistribuerat system. Metoden är teknikorienterade experiment men för framtida arbeten kan dessa tester utföras som en fallstudie för att ytterligare simulera en skarp användning av en webbapplikation.I detta arbete förklaras anledningen till framtagningen av NoSQL-databaser. Saker som diskussionen om att NoSQL kommer ta över platsen som de mest använda databaserna från relationsdatabaser tas också upp.

This report is regarding an electrical installation of an alarm system on a post fishingboat called Andromeda. The background of the installation was an earlier andinadequate alarm system that led to a motor failure. The ship was taken out of serviceand was sold to Björn Magndahl who rebuilt it to a yacht.The project was conducted partly by developing the existing systems, partly bydocumenting the work by means of electrical blue prints. Except the alarm systems, aninstallation of the frequency control unit for the bow thruster was installed.The installation was working fine and the outcome of the documentation was handedover in a form of a binder during the test drive of the systems and the assignment wasapproved..

Det huvudsakliga syftet med denna undersökning är att spegla hur lärare beskriver arbetet med läsutveckling i år 1. Jag har utgått ifrån en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod och gjort samtalsintervjuer med sex lärare. Det jag funnit är att lärarna vid skolstart följer upp förskolans arbete med språklig medvetenhet. Elevernas förmåga att kunna urskilja ljud i ord och att kunna sätta ihop ljud till ord testas. Lärarna kontrollerar också vilka bokstäver eleverna känner till och om de kan läsa.

This thesis has been carried out within the bachelor program for mechanical engineering at Karlstad University in collaboration with BAE Systems in Karlskoga. The purpose with this work was to design a mechanism and associated parts for loading and unloading of shots between primary and secondary magazine in BAE's new 40mm's ship gun.Parts designed or redesigned among other things a transfer mechanism for shot at loading and unloading, well as a hatch mechanism which makes the shots do not fall out of the primary magazine when making separate use. Various important details have been designed to maintain a good functionality of the mechanism.The construction work has mainly been carried out in the CAD software Solid Edge and its associated FEM module. The construction work has also been carried out on rough calculations for constructed details in order to ensure that they meet the stringent requirements of military use in tough marine environment. Two of the most critical parts of the structure where analyzed with the FEM module for estimating the stresses in the material at the applied load.The final design, which is a result of the thesis, meets the requirement specification and the set targets.

With a larger awareness of the climate changes and increasing electricity prices, energy efficiency measures in the industry have become more common. By rationalize the activity and by the same time decrease the emission of greenhouse gases the company can both save money and reduce negative environmental impact. For the Swedish industries the electricity price have traditional been relative low, which has resulted in a considerable larger usage than other European countries. By a deregulation of the European electricity market the electricity price will level off between the countries, which will cause a higher electricity price in Sweden than we are use to. To prevent that the Swedish industry don?t lose competitiveness against the other European countries, it will require energy efficiency activities in all different forms.ABB Sweden has decided to decrease their total energy usage with five percent in two years.

The idea for the project emerged when Nilorn wanted to get better control over their supplychain and improve operational efficiency. The company also want to reduce their expenses inthe continuous process of improving profitability. By choosing the right option oftransportation and mode of transport there are large potential savings for the company. Thisenables Nilorn to reduce the transportation costs and strengthen the environmentalresponsibilities by reducing their environmental impact.The flow of goods within Nilorn has over the past years increased significantly and most ofthe gods today is transported by air. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the supply chain of thecompany and evaluate the potential economic savings in this area.

Den formella läs- och skrivundervisningen i Sverige inleds i årskurs 1. Hur läs- och skrivundervisning bedrivs kan skilja sig åt mellan olika klasser. Trageton (2005) har utvecklat en läs- och skrivinlärningsmetod där inlärningen sker via dator.Syftet med föreliggande studie var att undersöka och utvärdera hur ett antal läs-, skriv- och språkförmågor påverkas av Tragetons läs- och skrivinlärningsmetod via dator jämfört med traditionell läs- och skrivinlärning.I studien deltog totalt 26 elever i årskurs 1 på en skola i Östergötland. Datorklassen utgjordes av 13 elever i en klass med läs- och skrivinlärning via dator. Kontrollgruppen utgjordes av 13 elever i en klass med traditionellt läs- och skrivinlärningssätt.
