Utvecklingsprocessens inverkan på testautomatisering : En fallstudie

Testning av programvara utgör i många fall en stor del av den totala utvecklingstiden. Då testning drar mycket resurser finns det en önskan om att testningen ska kunna utföras så effektivt som möjligt. Ett steg mot en effektivare testning är automatisering, då detta, om korrekt utfört, medför att fler fel kan identifieras på kortare tid. Det finns däremot risker och fallgropar på vägen mot automatiserad testning.I det här arbetet ges en översikt av 21 krav som forskning och litteratur ställer på en utvecklingsprocess för att automatiserad testning ska kunna genomföras lyckat. Därefter presenteras en metodik som tagits fram för hur översikten kan användas i en organisation för att få en lägesbild av möjligheterna till automatisering.

SJ-syndromet - en fallstudie om en intensiv medierapporterings inverkan på en organisations anställda

Media and social media have been proved to occupy an increased amount of time in people's everyday lives and affect how individuals interpret reality. This phenomenon is referred to as the medialization and its implications on organizations and their members become important to understand. The purpose of this study was therefore to examine how members of an organization under intense scrutiny from the media are affected by this exposure in their everyday work. To gain knowledge about the area a qualitative case study was performed on the Swedish train operator SJ AB - one of the most media exposed organizations in the country. A theoretical framework is developed for the study and discusses organizational identity, stigmatization and motivation.

Ungdomar på marginalen : En fallstudie om ungas utanförskap

Abstract: In the past ten years in Sweden, the numbers of people between the ages of 16-19 who were unemployed or not in upper secondary school education have increased. This was assumed to be caused by three factors. Firstly the upper secondary school education reforms in 1992, secondly a substantially reduced labour market for young people without the upper secondary school education and thirdly an increase in demand for work experience.Our purposes was to describe the effects on the outsiders through a document analysis study, but also to understand which individual, social and structural causes that were thought to increase the risk of marginality. Our second purposes were to understand how the Kristianstad community worked to prevent young people of ending up as outsiders. Through interviews with local authorities, we tried to find out if the Kristianstad community lives up to their responsibility of looking after people less than twenty years of age.Our conclusion was that, although the Kristianstad community seems to have a good system, the community has the highest number of unemployed in the county of Skåne.

The observed values were accumulated by a survey and the result indicated that safety officers did not experience the two regulations as administrative burdens.

?En sund själ i en sund kropp? ? om hälsofrämjande insatser och upplevd hälsa på kvinnodominerade arbetsplatser

Syftet var att undersöka vilken betydelse hälsofrämjande insatser har för upplevd hälsa bland anställda på kvinnodominerade arbetsplatser. Vårt delsyfte med uppsatsen var att genom analys av empiri och teori ge råd till arbetsgivare angående hur hälsofrämjande insatser bör riktas. Vår studie har visat på att tre faktorer (positivt arbetsklimat, inflytande, socialt stöd) har primär betydelse för individens upplevda hälsa. Det är viktigt att först påverka dessa tre för att en förändring i de sekundära faktorerna (kompetensutveckling, friskvård, återhämtning) skall kunna uppstå. Vi menar att detta tankesätt kan underlätta för en organisations främjande av hälsa vilket kan leda till att öka en individs hälsa på arbetsplatsen..

 Abstract: Facebook in the Public Sector - qualitative interviewstudy with The Swedish maritime Administration, the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute, the Swedish prison and Probation services and the municipality of Katrineholm about their precense on Facebook.In my bachelor?s thesis I have studied how three government authority and one municipality uses or don?t use Facebook in their communication towards the citizens. I have chosen to study four different cases, to see if there are any significant similarities or differences between how the different services are working with their communication. I have chosen to explore my cases through semi-structured qualitative interviews, where I met communications officers of every organisation face to face.I have found out that there is not one right way to communicate through Facebook, every organisations decisions must be based on their own mission, aims and objectives. And I have seen that both the transmitter and the receiver need to mature into the new acting of this new channel - Facebook..

This reports purpose is to give a general view on how to handle information collectedthrough photogrammetry and laser scanning with the help of UAS. The report ismade in collaboration with WSP Group and will briefly describe howphotogrammetry and laser scanning, also known as Lidar, works and how those areused in the construction business today. Then the focus will be on how gathered datais handled today, how outsourcing of data should be approached and if there are anyconsequences if data is handled in the wrong way. Interviews have been made with allparts in the UAS business. That includes authorities as Transporstyrelsen,Försvarsmakten.

Patientinformation, vilken profession förmedlar den bäst? En systematisk litteraturstudie med tillhörande begreppsanalys.

This thesis is a systematic review of the Swedish healthcare and hospital-library?s authorities on the consumer health information. The goal is to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses that are inherited in two professions (medical and LiS) with two completely different perspectives on mediating information.The method used is a mix between conceptual analysis of the Swedish term ?patient information? and a Critical conceptual analysis, according to Fairclough, of published native theses and international professional journals.Conclusion of the thesis is that although the nursing and medical staff has the necessary medical expertise it does not, in many cases have either the time or skill to completely satisfy a patient or his/her next of kin´s information needs when exposed in a uneasy situation as when in need of treatment or help in any kind.The hospital librarian on the other hand does have the intermediating skills and most often the time to explain complex treatments or medical procedures, but the lack in medical or nursing expertise.In a perfect setting there is an inter-professional cooperation which brings a lot of positive results. The problem today is often to overcome the gap in awareness of one and other that exists in a modern Swedish hospital..

Hur begriplig är den lättlästa samhällsinformationen? : En studie av fyra texter från fyra myndigheter

The purpose of this thesis is to increase the knowledge about the comprehensibility of the easy-to-read civic information. In the study I present my analysis of the content of four easy-to-read texts from four government authorities. The analysis constitutes the starting point for interviews with the target group ? people with a minor mental retardation ?, but it also reveals some possible difficulties for the intended readers. In the empirical study ten persons from the target group were asked to read a text and the comprehension was tested by oral questions about facts in the text.

What roles are the most significant according to the users? Have the politicians succeeded in their intention of realizing a modern library according to the users? The theoretical starting point is Andersson?s and Skot-Hansen?s theory of four different roles of public libraries. In order to extend the model we added a fifth function; the one of aesthetical experience.
